Terrible dealer. Had over $2000 in worthless add ons that they did not disclose until after working on paperwork. No negotation on price. Sold me a car with a crack in it and said they would take care of it. Took a month to actually get me scheduled and then did not do anything but “seal” then said that’s what the contract says. Yep the contract sure scammed me all right - I expected the crack to be fixed. Obviously have zero care for you as the customer. I like the Jeep I bought and it serves my purpose but I won’t be back and I would stay far away.

I drove from Orange County to Ventura, California to see what they had to offer based on an ad for a new Jeep. Even with the discount it was a little more than I wanted to pay. So I bought a used Sahara, a beautiful black Jeep Wrangler. There was an issue with the steering having too much play. It doesn't appear to be a recall, but Crown has agreed to fix it There was a recall on an issue with the vattery, it is a hybrid. Crown already fixed that. My salesman, Jorge was excellent. Friendly, not at all pushy, negotiated what I felt was a fair price for the vehicle, and something I was comfortable paying. I go tomorrow to have the steering fixed. I will let this review know how it goes. Otherwise, I would recommend this dealership. And of course, will always recommend anyone dealing with buying especially a used vehicle. Go with some knowledge and get everything in writing. Be adamant. And don't buy something if you don't feel good about it. I'm so far extremely happy. Thank you Crown and I'll see you tomorrow. The were to replace the AC compressor but they never did, I took the vehicle to another dealership where they told me that the ac compressor was never changed. What started as a promising visit ended with lies and unkept promises. They could not deliver on what they promised but it was because they tried to hide added costs for services that were never asked for yet were disclosed as being "included" with the car. We have had this car for 2 weeks now and we still have not secured financing because of these costs they keep trying to add in to the loan! Finally, the sticker prices on the used cars here are at least 3k higher than competitors on the same street. Sadly, we just don't see being able to recommend or do business here again. It's a good thing we happen to like the vehicle we purchased (or at least think we purchased).

Two vehicles were advertised at fair prices online, but when I asked for quotes in person, both had $5,000 markups before taxes and fees, with no explanation. • 2025 Palisade Calligraphy FWD • Online Price: $50,879 • Quoted Price (pre-tax): $55,879 • VIN: KM8R74GEXSU906692 • OTD Price: $61,331.78 • 2025 Palisade SEL Premium FWD • Online Price: $43,705 • Quoted Price (pre-tax): $48,705 • VIN: KM8R44GE0SU934509 • OTD Price: $53,519.93 They also copied my driver’s license without permission and asked for my full address just to give a quote. The Calligraphy I came to see wasn’t even available — the manager had taken it home for the weekend. These practices are dishonest, invasive, and unprofessional. I walked out and will never return. This behavior damages the Hyundai brand and misleads customers.

A few weeks ago, I inquired, online, about a vehicle on their website. Almost immediately, Jose Garcia called me and was able to schedule a time for us to meet that day. When I arrived, Jose was there to greet me and had the vehicle on display. He was extremely well versed on the features of the car. The credit application process was very simple. Literally a QR code. During the negotiation process, Jericho stepped in to work on a payment plan that I was agreeable to. Jose suggested that we go on a test drive and I was sold. The gentleman, in the financial department, was extremely efficient as we worked through the financing and paperwork. Jose, and the team, made the whole process very smooth and effortless with his professional and friendly demeanor. All in all, I had a great experience with Jose and the team at Fremont CDJR.
