I've been with Transwest Service in Henderson for 10+ - windy99

I've been with Transwest Service in Henderson for 10+ years, and through 2 GMC Yukon vehicles. I've consistently found that the Service Advisors do what I ask, the technicians know what they're doing, and they really don't try to sell extra services e.g. "your transmissioun lines are leaking" (which is both untrue and unneded). Never once has the Service Dept. at Transwest/Henderson attempted to jerk my chain. This is appreciated. It is a real tribute to Transwest that they don't play these games. Good service, Honest Service, and Timely Service. This is the way to keep customers coming back! Thanks Transwest/Henderson Service.

I really step back at car dealerships and hold on to my wallet. I have to say I felt no pressure from the sales department. They fixed me up with exactly what I wanted. They were firm on their price, no surprise since their cars are flying off the shelf currently. They did a follow up phone call after the sale to see how I was adapting to the new car. Cannot comment on the service department yet. I have no complaints with Corwin.

The service department was awesome! Job was done on time and even a little less than the estimate. Steve the service manager and Rocky Rodriguez the general manager were both involved, and extremely gracious and helpful. I would recommend Rocky Mountain auto brokers service department to EVERYONE. Good make that GREAT service is so hard to come by anymore. Definitely give these guys a shot. You won’t regret it.

After an unsatisfactory, drawn-out experience at a different Kia dealership—and reading their bad reviews on this site—I decided (luckily before work was started) to have my Soul towed from there to Emich Kia, and what a relief! The Emich service department was instantly responsive and accommodating, including advising me that I could have my car towed free of charge using Kia Roadside Assistance. The next morning I was told the results of the diagnostic, that repairs were covered by warranty, and I would be given a loaner later that day. Jennifer, the service advisor, is a ROCK STAR!! She is absolutely the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with. EVER. On a different issue, I was also very happy with Emich’s parts department. Soon I will be moving across town, but will still bring my car to Emich for service.

Wow! I have never been so impressed with an auto service department. I own a 2022 Hyundai Tucson hybrid. I had a warning light that said “refill inverter coolant“. I called five dealerships, and received a different diagnosis from each one(if they even bothered to return my call). And, I was told everything from “do not drive the car, but have it towed in ….to… It won’t hurt anything drive at all you want”. When I called Foundation Hyundai, I talked to a “real person”. They asked the right questions, and even ascertained my Vin number. From that they determined that there was a recall on my car, for this particular issue. No one else had figured this out or even tried. I worked with two individuals. Thank you, Donnie and Richard. They knew immediately what to do and proceeded to diagnose fix the problem. I’ve never written a review like this before because I’ve never had this type of exemplary service. I am impressed! Thank you thank you thank you.

Ghent will be my service provider for my 2022 Malibu. They fixed a huge error made by Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield. A transmission flush that was over filled and caused my transmission to overheat. Fowler refused to stand behind their work, Ghent proved to me that they have excellence in service and not just service. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else in Colorado!. Truly a class above other dealerships!

I have purchased over 7 vehicles from Johnson's Auto. I always feel that I'm treated fairly. The service department has always treated me fairly. I deal with David on the Jerp side as my service advisor. David always kept me informed as to what is going on with my vehicle and listens to my concerns. I have also dealt with Jake on the Ram Diesel side. Jake also treats me very fairly listens to my concerns and keeps me informed about my vehicles. David and Jake are top notch as service advisors going above and beyond and are a great assets for the Johnsons Auto.

The car had about 13K miles. Needed a new rear differential because of a noise it appeared to be making. Making the appointment was easy to do and accommodating. One week to repair because of parts, I understand. I'm not sure the issue has been completely resolved and will contact the service dept. to follow up. My service representative, Vanessa Castillo, was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process.

Had our car serviced here and it was left over night! There was a hail storm and our car was damaged, dents on the hood roof etc and a cracked windshield. After speaking with Manager Edward Freehart, he helped guide us to getting the correct repairs started/completed! I was amazed at his customer service it was second to none. After the stress of having our expensive BMW damaged by the storm he has put my mind at ease and gone above and beyond to get our vehicle back to looking tip top! Couldn’t be happier and applause to BMW Denver and the team.

I had a couple of recalls on my Escape I called about 2 months ago and was put on a waiting list for the first recall. I was told they’d let me know when they had the parts. Brody called and we set up a mobile service, I also asked about the second recall and was told they would take care of it. Greg came to my work place with their mobile service and took care of the first recall within 30 minutes. He did an inspection for the second recall and I was told he’d be back to fix that once he had the parts. Within 4 days I had another mobile appointment and the second recall was corrected. Both gentlemen who helped me were awesome. My recalls were done without any inconvenience to me and in a timely fashion. This service is great!! I would definitely use this mobile service again. Thank you all.

A few days ago I pulled into the dealership with a VERY flat tire. I don't own a Hyundai, but Madisyn came right out and welcomed me and said they would help. She grabbed Tyler from the service department and they changed my tire to my spare and got me and ,my son on our way. Their kindness and willingness to help was so refreshing. It was a fantastic lesson for my son to see our community step up to help each other. Thank You Madisyn and Tyler - you made a difference!
