Every time I interact with any employee of this company, I am impressed with their kindness and professionalism. Over the 4 years I have owned a 2017 Nissan Rogue, I have dealt with the parts department and the service department. Working with Darren as my service consultant was a pleasure. He explained everything that needed to be done for my 60,000 check up and suggested the most important things to take care of first. I will go back periodically to get the other things done to spread out the costs. My oil change and multi-point inspection were done quickly so my wait time was kept to a minimum. As I was about to leave, I thought to ask if my spare had been checked and when he realized that it had not, he did it himself and filled it with the appropriate amount of air. It is a true pleasure to work with all the folks at Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg.

Sales and service continue to be outstanding at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs, FL. Frank Deluca is very professional....he is responsive, prompt and literally full service. Over the past few years he always found the vehicle we were looking for within 24 hours. He continues to help even after the sale. Recently our car needed routine maintenance and service...not satisfied with the local dealer I called Frank and with in 15 minutes he arranged a flatbed to pick up the car and simultaneously provide us with a loaner. Franks dealership is 90 miles away. Frank Deluca is incredibly reliable and professional and I highly recommend him and the Bonita Springs Fl dealership. Also, Scott Hutton of the service department called me within 20 minutes of the car arriving at the dealership confirming the issues and 24 hours later he identified the problem.
