They are awful!! I took my genesis to them 3 times and always left with the exact same issue 3k lighter in my pocket (never fixed). I bought 2 Audis and it's a shame, I loved the car but hated the service department. My wifes car just had transmission replaced and now she has more problems when she took it in. I dont know anyone in the finance or sales department but it wouldnt let me go further so those gentlemen are only guilty by association of service.

Wow , we are very pleased to leave a review! Let me first tell you that our experience with Jenkins Acura was incredible. Pedro and Jeff went out of there way to insure us that our 4 hour drive was going to be exactly what we were coming for . They took videos of cold starts and extra pictures of the undercarriage, and researched every detail we needed and guaranteed what we saw is what we got. When we arrived they had our Tundra ready and waiting for a test drive where Pedro reminded me what a genuine, professional and courteous salesman is all about catering to us the buyer and not the car . We never felt pushed or pressured and was walked through all our options by Jeff (who has a great clothing line btw). Hands down the best vehicle buying experience of my life! Thanks guys!

Very welcoming and thorough in their service. I just purchased a Miata Sport. Series. Any and all questions were handled patiently and honestly. The sales representative, never pressure or pushed the sale. If he, or any other had done so, I would've left without buying. Christopher De Varona spent quite a bit of time advising, etc. He even helped me make some determining decisions regarding auto insurance. This Miata is a second vehicle. With his help I am now paying less for insurance coverage on two vehicles than I was paying for my other alone. Same if not better coverage too. Another fellow (Lawrence) also offered great assistance. Both delivered my new car to my residence, which is no small convenience. They have also been very clear that I am more than welcome to contact them if I have further questions. I will. Willie (manager) was extremely approachable. I got a fair price, a good deal. There is no doubt that I will recommend this dealership to my friends and acquaintances!

Jamayl O'Reilly was one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. My 2019 Honda HRV was totaled on 95S near Savannah, Ga driving from PA to FL for the winter. Needless to say it was a very horrible experience. My husband and I needed a vehicle, Jamayl was wonderful. He had so much patience, was kind and understanding of what we were experiencing. Did not know what to do but he helped me figure it out. I was going to purchase but decided to lease. George the financial person was also great in helping me since I was out of state. Our recent visit on 4/2/26 our sale person Storm was exceptional, friendly, and polite. I would recommend buying a vehicle from them anytime.
