I bought my second new Audi Q5 Quattro last week at the Wesley Chapel Audi. First car was A6. Both times, the General Manager, Michael Cronk work with me in negotiating the deal including taking my A6. He was and is very kind, and truly professional. Sean Reilly, the Brand Specialist thoroughly explained about the new car with smiles from beginning to the end which made me very comfortable. Also Daniel Palladino answered all my questions as the same kind manner as Michael and Sean. I highly recommend this dealership because of their wonderful attitudes, professionalism and best customer services.

Positive: This dealership had a nice quantity & quality of vehicles. It was clean and spacious. Vehicle pricing is top tier. Negative: Our experience was very frustrating and uncomfortable. We drove 5 hours to get to this dealership because we felt it would provide us with the best experience (per reviews) and deal (per research), yet it did not. 1. Salesperson-Michael exhibited a subpar level of customer service. He was inattentive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. He was not welcoming and stayed on his phone texting/reading messages. He did not explain anything about the vehicle. When he pulled the vehicles up for us to look at them it was raining. He expected us to view them in the pouring rain. His excuse was there was no room under the overhang that customer view vehicles. Why, because another staff member's personal vehicle (per Michael's report- which was true Miata- tan cloth drop top) was parked under the overhang. My hubby drove us to the WAWA so we could be under an overhang and view the vehicle without continuing to get soaked. When we asked questions, Michael replied in an agreesive tone and his words were biting. I had enough and proceeded to let him know how his behavior was affecting our customer experience. 2. Now after signing the buyer's sheet is when we were informed that they had made a mistake with pricing due to sales tax. This now was increasing the price by approximately $2.5k. Not a cheap mistake. Mind you this was the 2nd buyer's sheet in approximately 3 weeks. You had my address and where I planned to register this vehicle at from the beginning. This was the final straw and we had to just walk away. We understand mistakes happen, but mixed with horrible customer service is a deal breaker for us. Would we have closed the deal with the mistake yes, but we refuse to give our hard earned money for poor customer service.

Had appointment to see a car. Was told that the car would be there. So, we drove 1.5 hrs+/-to the dealership. When we arrived, we were told the car was out for a test drive. That was OK, they had a good deal on the car. After a couple of hours and several assurances the car is on the way, we learned the car had been let out as a loaner for the day. The salesman did let us try another, identical vehicle. But it was not the one we came to see. Test driving a car that was not the one we were there for and being reassured it was identical is nothing short of a switch and bait scheme. While we waited, he started doing purchase paperwork for a vehicle we had not seen or driven. Our test drive in the other car was about 1 mile. I guess he thought a 1 mile test drive in a car we were not interested in was going to persuade us to sign paperwork for the fictional car. Which led us to believe, this fictional car, has some serious issues. We sat there for 2 hours, had enough of his xx and left when he made another trip to get another fictional ETA of said car. We will NEVER set foot on there property again.

The whole process was so straightforward and painless after being tortured at several other bay area dealerships. ​I worked with Brenda Guillen Vazques, Edward Carrasquillo, and Javier Ruiz, and they were rock stars. No games, no high-pressure sales tactics, just honest, direct and fantastic customer service. They get right to the point and don't waste your time, which is exactly what I was looking for after wasting so much time talking to other sales guys that are only interested in selling the highest financing and not the car. ​They've earned my loyalty for life. Basically, with Orlando VW North’s help, I was able to purchase my preferred Jetta GLI, which was in Tampa, within 24 hours. Raul was extremely helpful in securing my Jetta - even going so far as to pick it up from Tampa early Friday morning - and negotiating a great deal with me. I absolutely love the way the car drives and I feel very comfortable in working with Orlando VW North moving forward. They have a great staff and inventory of both used and new cars.
