I leased a vehicle from Wallace Chevrolet in Stuart Florida about two years ago. Recently, salesperson Joshua Heflin kept calling us saying we should come in even though we still had one year left on our lease because they “needed the car back.” He promised they would put her into the same model, just a newer 2026, for the same price or even less since we had only driven about 5,000 miles in two years. We trusted what we were told and agreed to get the new vehicle. Later, when we received the paperwork in the mail, we found out the payment is $511 per month — higher than before and not what was promised. When we contacted the dealership, the only thing we were told was, “Your wife signed the papers.” The sales manager refused to help, and we were told the general manager was “too busy.” We feel completely misled. We were called in with promises that were not honored, and once the deal was done, no one wanted to take responsibility. Be very careful and make sure everything they promise is in writing before signing anything. Listen to the one star reviews because the dealership has their friends and family writing the five star reviews.

We recently purchased a 2026 Chevy Traverse. Jonathan has been nothing short of amazing. He knew what I wanted and found exactly what I wanted and made sure I got it. The car was in Miami and Ray set up a trade for it. Crazy enough after a few days of having it there was a bad smell coming from it. Brought it back in and Jonathan made sure I had a car to drive while it was in the shop. There was a 4 foot iguana that was hiding out up inside causing the smell. They deep cleaned it all and got it ready in time for our road trip. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone. His friendly, happy go lucky attitude just lights up the room in an already stressful situation. He has easily turned into a friend at this point.

I brought my 2025 Corvette Z06 in for an oil leak and Caterina Vega provided top-notch customer service. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me updated every step of the way. I also had the pleasure of meeting the technician Chris Nicollas when the engine was partially disassembled and he explained to me in detail exactly what was wrong and what had to be done to fix it. He also sent a video explaining exactly what was wrong, which I really appreciated. They got my car fixed in a timely manner. The area was clean, and they even washed my car afterward. Highly recommend this team for honest service.

I cant say enough about Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet! Our salesman, George, was absolutely amazing at helping us find our new Traverse. He wrote down what we wanted and didnt want, and picked out the perfect fit on the first try! Ham was also a pleasure to work with, he kept the process light and entertaining so we didnt feel so stressed about the process. I cant recommend them enough and look forward to dealing with them when its time for my husband to get a new truck!

We went to Register Chevrolet on 2/9/26 to look at a 2026 Silverado. We met with a salesman named Nick, reviewed a truck we liked, and had both of our trade-ins evaluated. We were presented with a worksheet showing numbers that worked for us. Nick said the next step was completing a credit application. After our credit was run, Nick returned and said they had “made a mistake” on the worksheet and that one of our trades hadn’t been listed properly — meaning they could no longer honor the deal. No manager came out. No real explanation. No attempt to resolve it. Running a customer’s credit before verifying deal accuracy is unacceptable. Credit pulls affect your financial profile, and that should never happen unless the dealership is confident in the numbers they present. This felt misleading and extremely unprofessional. If there was an error, it should have been caught before pulling credit. Be cautious — this experience left us feeling like our credit was used as leverage after the fact. Not how business should be done.

Bought my blazer here wasn’t the greatest price but I was in a rush during the worst car market, can’t blame them their my biggest issue is their service department, 3 times now I schedule a early appointment I'm there 10 mins early for paper work, and their is a line out the door… the service manger has to be more limited with their appointment availability I am not waiting a hour to just speak to a service writer to do a basic inspection and oil change that’s ridiculous, I switched my authorized gm service to victory lane due to this ongoing issue the service manger needs to get their stuff together.

Do NOT use this service center unless you like getting ripped off. Brian Miller in service is a crook and a liar. He will tell you one thing and then when the bill comes you pay something you did not agree to and if you don't they won't release your car or even explain why. They refuse to let you talk to their boss and give all kinds of excuses with a really shiity condescending tone. Stay clear of this place!!!

Called to inquire about a vehicle advertised online, as we are more than 2 hours away, with pre-approved financing on our own When they sent the deal over, they had raised the sale price roughly 2k, added on 1400 for paint protection (not discussed) 1k for a lojac (suspect was already on vehicle since carfax shows prior repo, and is only there when required by lender) 1400 for pre delivery inspection (they knew it had electrical issues, and a private shop only charges a couple hundred. I'm a mechanic, 85% sure i already know what the issue is, their shop has tried 2 things to find the problem and can't, i dont trust their in house inspection) undisclosed taxable and untaxable fees, doc fees, etc, plus tax, raising the out the door price 10k (50%) over advertised price.

The kid that checked my car in had me stand there and wait, he was the only one in the area. Now there are 4 and they are just hanging out. I would not even give this dealership a 1 star. From now on I will go to the 15 minute places and take my chances. This place is a joke!

I'm in Delray Beach FL, 3.5 hours from Vann Gannaway. The local dealers that had or in transit the Trax were tacking on bogus fees of $2k-$3K over MRSP for dent protection, extra dealer fees, etc in addition to the standard prep fee of $1K. I refused to pay over MSRP. Someone on the Chevy trax forum recommended Vann Gannaway and many reviews mentioned Jayme as salesperson. I called him and I honestly didn't believe there were no additional fees and even the dealer's prep was only $484. He emailed me the info, had a yellow trax in stock, and within the week I wired the $, drove up 3.5 hrs and drove back with the yellow trax. Transaction was flawless. Too bad we don't live closer. I HIGHLY recomend this dealership !!!! And all the employees there were so friendly. I'm also from Long Island, NY and this was by far the best dealer experience ever.

I am extremely mad at this dealership... Appx 1 month ago my Uncle Harry Fain came to this place and came home with a new car... He is 81 years old and has full dementia.. There is no way the sales people could not have known... Now he ha a 500.00 payment that he has no way to take care of...Harry was a 35 year employee of General Motors and has retired from there... It pisses me off that all the sales people wanted was a sale from an old man that isnt capable of making decisions.... I am his niece and have POA... I will be consulting a lawyer about this... Shame on these people for taking advantage of old people there in Florida..

Michael Nicolas came highly recommend when I was looking to trade in my Colorado. He answered my call on the first try and from there it was gravy. Searched another dealer and couldn't deal with the hassles and sales talk. After several phone conversations with Michael, I met up with him and immediately I knew this guy knew everything there was to know about Silverados and all it's bells and whistles. He's very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He went out of his way to make me and wife comfortable with the deal. The whole process from sales and purchase was within a short time, not like other dealers where it seems you'll spend your day there. Michael Nicolas is a great asset to your origination and dealer.
