He stayed late and worked with my schedule to get me the exact vehicle i wanted. He even reached out a few days later to with everything i accidentally left in my trade. Even after purchase, he was a great help in getting a small issue with the vehicle corrected and worked with the service department in making sure everything was taken care of. And a lot better this time than previously the management has changed up there and not for the good if you look at my record, I'll buy a new Chevy every year your service department since they lost the manager that had been there forever Joe Platt, the new manager you have in there is really doing y'all harm. I'm a car dealer been in the business since 1986. The lady that serviced my vehicle was polite and honest when I had a problem with my 26 model Duramax, he did not give me the time of day at 2000 miles. My motor blew up in it after he scanned it and didn't want to get me another vehicle to drive so he sent me to the dealer I purchased it from and they end up blowing up on the way knowing it had a bad oil pump. He had a bad disposition and never stepped out of line or never said anything regardless it was going to have to be changed, Just didn't feel a good vibe with him do you like to call me? I can explain with a little more detail. There was no arguments or exchange of words. I just felt that it was a poor judgment he made.
