I purchased a new Sierra with the trade of my Jeep. My salesman was Kyle Lopez and the sales GM Luke Sillar joined once it was time to crunch numbers. Both were great to work with, both knew the product and were able to answer all my questions. I had been looking for about 2 months so I was very familiar with the truck trims and prices as well as the value of my Jeep I traded. I am very satisfied with the final price of the truck I purchased, I also got a fair trade value for my Jeep. Both Kyle and Luke worked to cover every detail and did everything they could to make the process quick and simple. They were both honest and straightforward. As a side note, days after after the sale I returned to have some extras done by service, Kyle personally arranged the appointment and work to be done and Luke even checked in to make sure I was still happy with everything. In short, these guys were personable, professional, knowledgeable and were focused on making sure I was satisfied to the best of their ability. A tip of the hat to D'Arcy, good employees and good leadership make a huge difference! They have earned my business.

The service department could use some improvement. The first time I took my Yukon XL in for an electric door lock problem, I was told they did't have the part in stock and to return in 2 days. O.K., not unusual. When I returned in 2 days, I was then informed that the wrong part was sent (after seeing the service report, I discoveted the wrong part was ordered). I was then told I would be called the next day when the correct part was received. After rearranging my schedule for the next day, I received no phone call whether or not the part came in. I called the dealership in the early p.m. and talked to the parts department and discovered the part was there all along. This was last Thursday, Friday being the 4th. I had to wait until Monday to get the repair done. A full week to get a simple repair completed seems excessive to me, all because of poor communication between the service manager, the parts department and resultant extra effort required by the customer.

Purchased a vehicle in July 2025. - Can’t ignore me now

Purchased a vehicle in July 2025. Still waiting for the proper paperwork to legally title and tag the vehicle over 90 days later. The individuals “in charge” have lost paperwork that overnighted with tracking, and refuse to send what is needed to the local/State Motor Vehicle Division. This process has proven the dealership not only grossly negligent, but grossly incompetent, and rendered the vehicle unusable, resulting in loss of income. Would not recommend.

Buyer Beware! Run From This Dealer I made the mistake of buying a used car online from this dealer. In my opinion they lied about the condition, doing any type of inspection, and have not lived up to any of their promises in 6 months, not a single offer of help. The car they sold me didn’t even have working seatbelts in all seats. I think this may even be illegal to sell a car like that. Their answer to me was that I should call some junkyards to find replacement seatbelts. The rear brake light was not working, they told me to buy a new one and they would reimburse me, to date they have not. I asked if the car had rust, I was told many times no, the car in fact has rust. The rear doors leak when it rains. The gear shifter is so loose it feels like it will fall off, they told me this is normal. And of course, the air conditioning didn’t work. These are just the major problems they refuse to address. Jim Kroll, General Manager has said the problems would be addressed but none of them ever have been. I am not alone, don’t take my word for it, see other people who have had the same experience.
