Deanna was very pleasant and professional and within minutes we were on our test drive. I brought my wife back 3 hours later and we bought the car!

Very fast process to purchase a vehicle. - mmahoney71
Very fast process to purchase a vehicle. Only downside is they bump the vehicle price up for market condition. At least they show it to your face and really won’t budge. Nice people though. Thank you

The Right Way.. - Steve
Have you ever seen a deal to good to be true? Most times when you see a deal like that there is always a catch...Well at Weir Chevy there is no catch just believe it! I recently bought a preowned 2018 Colorado and traded in my 2013 Silverado. My salesman Stephen Dupertuis and I came to a deal on paper in 10 minutes! They had a great price on their truck and he offered a very fair trade in value on mine. No car dealer games . I took the Colorado home for the night and came back the next day telling Stephen I really liked the truck but the seats were very uncomfortable and I could not see buying this truck. Stephen said no problem we can fix the seats. I was shocked by that offer to fix basically new seats! I had never heard of such a thing. And true to his word they re-stuffed the drivers seat and after I asked and received a toneau cover we closed the deal. It is so refreshing to see there is a car dealer out there that cares about the customer more than the almighty dollar! Thank you very much Mr Roy (owner of Weir Chevy) And Mr. Stephen Dupertius for restoring my faith in car dealers who operate their business in a honest and straight forward way! St Louis people need to visit Weir Chevy and see what is too good to be true in Redbud IL I am sure glad i did!
This was the best experience I have ever had. - l.bloompott
This was the best experience I have ever had. I took a test drive in the morning, and I drove my new vehicle home before noon. No high-pressure sales talk. Everyone in the entire dealership was genuinely friendly. They also gave me a cinnamon coffee cake from confectionary in Morton. Just another going above and beyond an extra mile to satisfy their customers. I also received a phone call from Stephen a week later to make sure everything was well. WOW I was so impressed.
I heard a salesman say that buying a new car shouldn't - r.helander71
I heard a salesman say that buying a new car shouldn't have to suck. I can say, for the first time, that that was the case here. There was absolutely no pressure. There was nothing hidden, they were transparent and Carla explained everything in full detail down to the penny. Clay brought the invoice out to me-without me even asking for it (at other dealerships you have to fight for it). I have never been treated this well at any other dealership.

Poage is the only service center I have used for the last - mlr1941
Poage is the only service center I have used for the last 15 years. I usually get an appointment to have the oil changed within a week from the time that I call. I like to talk to Dan. I always wait, the accommodations are very nice. I had a surprise on my last bill, they rotated my tires without letting me know ahead of time. I left the next morning for 3 1/2 hour trip. I got out on the road and my right rear tire said too high. I had to stop & let the air out. I’m not sure this is what you wanted to hear. Please consider this a very minor complaint. I value all the service workers at Poage and will continue using their services.

I appreciate the timely and prompt maintenance accomplished on my vehicle by Ian while I waited in the lounge area at Anthem, and I received the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection paper report with good results explained by Dane. Thank you, Anthem team!

I am imploring any Veterans, Women, honestly any and all - Lkneal4
I am imploring any Veterans, Women, honestly any and all customers, DO NOT shop for a used vehicle from Rogers Auto Group Chicago. This company does not value customer service and they are not a company that honerably stands behind their Certified vehicles and will sell you an illegitimate auto warranty. They failed to disclose all history of the vehicle and did not include the original sell date on my used vehicle and they falsely mislead me to purchase an overpriced extended warranty that expired well under the 60 month/100k miles I was told I was purchasing by my sales representative and the finance manager.
I requested authorization on 8/9/2022 on my Auto Guard warranty contract purchased from Rogers on 02/25/2019 for my GMC Certified vehicle. I was told my coverage had expired inJanuary 2021. The analysis of the repair cost exceeded $1700. I presented my warranty to service and the finance manager. I explained i purchased this GMC Certified vehicle and was told by my car salesman and the finance manager that i was buying coverage for 5 years (60 months) or 100,000 Miles under the Ultimate plan. It was never indicated to me that coverage would be for less than 2 years anywhere on the service contract. My signed contract (see attached) does not indicate the warranty would end on 01/19/2019, nor did it have the Original In-service date of 01/19/2016 (as required) to indicate the warranty would end on a date less than purchased. In fact, I was never told the original in-service date of the vehicle at all, neither verbally nor in writing on my contract. This non-disclosure is pure deception.
I was told I was purchasing an extended warranty that would cover my Certified vehicle from the date of my purchase on 2/25/2019. GMC CPO automatically provided my vehicle with a 12 months/12000 mile warranty that would cover the car until 2/25/20. My vehicle had only 14480 miles on it at time of purchase. I would not have purchased or agreed to a warranty that would only cover my vehicle from 2/25/20 to only 01/19/21. This is less than 2 years from purchase and less than a year from the CPO warranty coverage end. I would have never purchased essentially a 10 month warranty for $2200 that increased my monthly payments. I was vamboozled.
I am a military disabled veteran that continues to work with current National Guard soldiers, their families and veterans in the Chicagoland area and state of IL. As a single mother, grandmother, woman I depend on a reliable vehicle to perform my jobs. I help and meet with hundreds of military and families a year; driving miles to help them with community resources as part of my job. I would never have been driving a vehicle without some warranty protection since January 2021. I rely on my car. I only discovered, I had no coverage when I brought my vehicle in for a power steering repair on 8/9/22 and was told the warranty expired on 1/19/2021. That is only 23 months of warranty coverage, and less than 10 months from the CPO warranty coverage that ended on 2/25/20.
Currently, I only have 66,000 miles on my vehicle. No where on my copy of my originally signed contract did it indicate that I was getting less than what I paid for with this warranty. My contract states 60 months/100,000 miles. My contract does not indicate the original-in-service date nor that the warranty would end less than the written 60Months/100000 miles. I have attached a copy of the contract. Not only did i have to go back and forth with Rogers finance manager over this discrepancy, i was without a vehicle in limbo for over a week, before they finally told me NO. contract shown to me in your finance department on 8/9 does not match my originally signed warranty contract. More deception. All I got was, "Sorry" and an offer to take only a $400 hundred dollars off the repair estimate. Rogers would not even match the Firestone lower Repair cost that was quoted to me.
Despite all of this, i was frustrated and i had been without my vehicle for over 10 days already. I authorized Rogers service to proceed with repairs, because i could no longer rent and borrow a friends vehicle. The service department then failed to keep me updated on the vehicle status with parts which meant more delay. Finally, i had enough. I retrieved my vehicle from Rogers even though i had to pay for the diagnostic, took it to another repair shop and it was fixed in 3 days at a cheaper price.
Again beware, Rogers Auto Group does not stand behind their warranty contracts. The sales department and finance department at Rogers auto mislead and deceptively sold me the warranty without proper disclosure and failed to make it right. I purchased in good faith and I would have not purchased a warranty that would only provide me coverage for less than 2 years. I purchased the contract for the life of my car loan. I keep my cars and this is my third GMC made vehicle. I have been a faithful customer to Rogers Buick/GMC and serviced my cars with your company regularly. In fact, I’m still paying on this less than 2 year warranty since It was added into my financing which actually increased my payment. I also traded my Buick Enclave in with this purchase. Saying I'm dissatisfied with this betrayal of customer trust from Rogers auto is an understatment. I am imploring any customers not to shop for a used vehicle from Rogers GMC Auto and definitely do not purchase or trust their extended warranties. They have lost this customer.
