Arnold is my preferred advisor when it comes to my vehicles I've gotten from castle. He professional and Honest. There was a issue going on recently with my motor and it went out. This was so disappointing at a time like this. I had thought it was a mistake mad in shop because no red stop vehicle light came on prior to sending it in just a P-code for a senor yellow solid check engine light. I definitely needed clarity why a new $12k motor was needed. Castle shop has done all engine work orders on the vehicle since purchase. Oil changes and maintenance. Long story short it was a blown vacuum pump which collapsed the internal parts of the motor.
