I have been a Fort's Toyota customer for 15 years and service has always been more of a small family get-together versus a large dealership where you get lost in the shuffle. I prefer their more personal approach to handling business. The Sales and Service for 2 new and 3 used cars over the years has never let me down, I recommend Fort's Toyota 100 percent! Plus, they now have a brand new coffee kiosk machine with every variety you could want. Makes you want to stay!

Worked with Justin to address two issues with my car. His input was very clear and he took me to even to show the issues with my own eyes in addition to the pictures that technician had taken since those didn't help me fully understand the case. Very attentive as listener and helpfull with details as needed. What impressed me the most was his assistant and work with his manager to address an issue that came up after i picked my car from the service. They arranged to come at my home to pick up my car and returned back at my home after addressing the issue. They brought me a loaner to use while they worked on the issue. That helped me tremendously as i was tied up with my work and the issue was needed to be addressed since i have only that car and we all were concern about safety. So, big thank you to Justin, his manager, technicians who worked on my car and to the guy who came to pick up my car from my home and bringing it back!!!

Once assigned a service representative, all went well. Explained to me my recommended services. Answered all of my questions. Made recommendations on how to care for my vehicle till my next appointment. Overall, vey patient. I did not feel like I was being rushed or just a metric. My only recommendation to the Service Center, is to have a greeter(s) when you arrive to direct you on where to go. The arrival process was a little sloopy and unorganized. After that, all went smoothly.
