Lease ending - Susan2019
I was completeing my first lease. I was anxious about the process, not knowing what to expect. Scott thoroughly explained everything and made me understand what I could do. He found me a car that I fell in love with since it had the accessories I had always wanted and never had. He was patient with me and explained the new technology my Altima has. It was a great experience and I will recommend him to others.

The selection was great and so was the sales team! Mason did a wonderful job getting me into the car I wanted. Shannon was great in negotiating, and they were both were funny! In only 2.5 hours I walked out with the car of my dreams... without feeling like I had been working with care salesmen. And Mark even gave me a free Ed Martin pen! Thanks for a great experience. #happycustomer

World Class Service - Elisha G.
WELL DESERVED RECOGNITION POST FOR JACK HUSTAVA!!! **Long post but worth the read!**
As someone who has worked in customer service for over 12 years and finance for nearly 7, I make it a point to treat all of my customers like family and help them through stressful times, ESPECIALLY when money is involved. Jack Hustava did just that for me!
Earlier this week I was day dreaming about a new truck as due to physical health issues my car needed to go. It was becoming very painful and nearly impossible to get in and out of my car. As someone who likes to have her ducks in a row I began researching and was presented with WORLD CLASS SERVICE.
What is World Class Service? To me it is being the best of the best. Some of the components I look for are Dedication, Compassion, Integrity, Respect and Personalization. Jack did this and more for me. Below are some examples:
Jack was not pushy but he was dedicated to ensuring I got what I needed and what I could afford. He emailed me and asked if I could come in or if we could speak on the phone. I am sick and have laryngitis and can barely speak. I also live pretty far away. Jack immediately took this into account and did just about EVERYTHING for me via email. Application, credit checks, looking at diff vehicles, EVERYTHING. He told me he did not want me coming out in the cold if I did not have to and that means a lot. I could tell Jack saw me as/cared about me as a person, not a number. Jack truly cares about people and wants to help. Also it was after 5PM when I got to the dealership which is about 45 mins from my house. I told them I had to be somewhere by 8. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Jack kept telling people I had somewhere to be and ensured I was out on time! I told him if I came in I wanted to take a vehicle home that same day due to the distance I had to drive...He ensured that happen and I now have Storm!
I am aware that there are not honest people in this world. While I am an optimist I am also not naive. Two places I make a point to never go alone is to a mechanic or a dealership as unfortunately people take advantage of women or the elderly who may not know any better. Jack could have been a predator and sold me the most expensive thing on the lot just because. He did not. In fact, he and his awesome colleague Nick in Finance worked magic, went toe to toe with the banks, and was able to knock my negative equity (over 5k) down to $0 and got me in a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder for WAAAAYYYYYYY less than I ever expected. They fought for me without me even asking. I also walked out of there with AWESOME warranties, free car washes, and paid LESS THAN HALF of the down payment I intended on paying even with less than sparkling credit. Speaking of that negative equity, they knocked $550 off of my trade in. Visit their website PRIOR to going in and have that offer emailed to you. Also I only got 1 credit inquiry on my credit! Their integrity is the best I have ever seen. Hubler Nissan is a place I would send my grandmother for a vehicle if she were still here as I trust them just that much!
When I woke up on Friday I was curious about a new vehicle but never dreamed I would have one. Jack Hustava and Hubler Nissan FARRRRR exceeded my expectations. Don't walk, don't run, FLY over there. They were my Christmas Miracle, let them be yours too! Tell them Elisha/Lish sent you!
PS: Their inventory is AWESOME! They use great precision in ensuring they present you with the best vehicles!
Great - MALIK PERRY

THIS IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD, I WOULD BUY 100 MORE JUST TO FEEL AS GOOD AS I DID AT PURCHASE!!! I LOVE MY NEW NISSAN, MY SALESMAN WAS SO CUTE TOO, A SHAME HE WAS MARRIED BECAUSE ID LOVE A "LONGER" TEST RIDE
Extremely Friendly and Pressure-Free! - thesara
I'm a college student and I was looking around for a car but not interested in the pushy environment usually provided by used car salesmen. However, John was perfectly patient and gave helpful suggestions without being overbearing. After I changed my mind about the car that I wanted, he continued to follow up with me---even after I purchased a car elsewhere! He seemed genuinely interested in my final decision and made the process of finding my car so much less stressful.
Definitely not a place to return to. - HEIDIMET
I am very upset with my terrible experience at this dealership. I used to have great customer service and it has changed. This place will not have any of my business or referrals. I was significantly overcharged and treated very poorly. I regret ever bringing my vehicle here, and trusting them.
Amazing experience. - Poormansgirl
Chris Holliman is the best. Treated us like family, made sure we were happy through the entire process, never pushy, best experience I have had with buying a car. I am so thrilled with Cronin Toyota I bought 4 new vehicles this week. 2...4runners , a truck and an RAV4. Everyone that helped us throught the entire process from the sales, to paperwork, to the guys that washed the car are so sweetand treated me so well.

Lies, deception, racial profiling - Up-set-guy123
Just bought a 2011 maxima with 64000 miles. Love the car honestly. During the test drive I noticed the seat rocked about an inch. The salesman said it was just loose on the mounts by the floor. When I removed the seat I found it needed a whole new base. After some research I found lots of people were injured in collisions with this defect. Then ironically I received a call from my salesman while I was attempting to repair the seat. He said he would sell me one at cost after I found the dealer charged $1700 for the bad part. Thought it was going to be great. Getting this done for a few hundred instead of almost two grand. Received another call the following week to check on the car. The guy totally forgot about the seat... xxx?
Secondly, I was waiting for my plates to come in the mail. The salesman said the plates should come in about 30 days. They also said I would have to come back in to sign papers before the tags came. I was called and came in the next available day. The manager assured me the plates would come in the mail before the temporary expired. A few days later I recieved a letter stating I needed to go register the car myself!!! I scurried to look at my paper work to see how much they took for the fees. Lines were blank. I specifically asked to have the taxes and registration fees added to the finance amount. Taxes were financed but no registration fee. I was led on for six weeks. Now I have to come up with the registration fees two weeks before Christmas... Wish I had six weeks to plan for the expense. Now I called my salesman again. Except now he no longer works there. The manager I spoke with refused to give his name. He said he wasn't going to do anything about it! Pretty much done with this place. Thinking about horrible things now because these people messed up my kids Christmas.
With all that being said the abolute worst was how they profile people. I made an appointment with the salesman after recieving several calls from him trying to buy my 2015 altima. I told him I had no plans on selling it but would be interested in a used car about $8-10,000. When I showed up I was paired up with another salesman. Then I noticed the Mexican family was paired up with a Mexican salesman. The guy I was paired was also a Latino. I thought nothing of it at first. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks. I'm a native American and have brown skin. These people thought I was a Latino so the white guy was too good to help me. Now he doesn't work there, pretty good idea why. Really the Latino guy sealed the deal but the other guys name is on my sales slip.
I will never forget the people who wrong me. It became personal. I plan to file a bbb complaint. Also the local news is conducting an investigation into several of the local car lots practices and plan on including my story.
Do not fall for the "we can make the deal happen"........... - Tammy
We contacted Andy Mohr Nissan about a used 2017 Nissan Maxima SR. Lisa replied to our inquiry so we told her exactly what we were wanting to do as far as monthly payments, down payment and loan terms. She had told us she spoke with Pat the sales manager and the deal could be done with the said vehicle we had inquired about. I had told her I was not wanting to waste my time or theirs if my terms couldn't be met she assured me once we came in that Pat, the sales manager would make it happen and ask for him.
We drove over an hour to the dealership for no one to know we were coming at 4 for our scheduled test drive, the keys to the Maxima SR could not be found, it took 35 minutes for them to make a new key and program a key fob just for us to test drive the car. I had asked to speak to Lisa who came out to talk to me. She had no idea why the vehicle wasn't ready and said she would find out what had happened and would get back with me; she never did. I was told when I asked why she hadn't came back that she was out smoking! Really?
We told Paul, salesman, we were interested in buying the car if they could make the deal happen with the terms we had said we wanted. He went to Pat and came back with an offer that was no where near what we were told could happen. Pat came out to talk to my husband and had no clue what Lisa had said would happen and tried to accuse my husband of lying. Pat was aware of the email and text communication between my husband and Lisa and still continued to be rude and unprofessional. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. Very dishonest and unprofessional practices from Lisa in internet sales and from Pat the sales manager.
Paul, salesman, was nice and tried to be helpful but Lisa and Pat made it impossible for him.
My visit turned out better then I expected very pleased. - wanda257
The reason why I gave such a high rating had a lot to do with customer service everyone that I talked to was very pleasant as especially my sales person Feldie Jones.
Service Above and Beyond - Lynn
I recently took my car to Andy Mohr Collision where Mike Lopez took care of every detail. The service they provided was well above a typical dealership. Mike took the hassle out of working with my insurance for coverage details and payment, to making sure I found a rental car when there were none available in the Indianapolis area that would be covered by my insurance. Mike kept me informed during the entire process. Once I picked up my car the attention to detail on repairs were impeccable. A couple of days after pick up, I heard a noise that sounded like something was loose so I took it in today to see if a something was left untightened. Mike test drove the car and had the small, totally unrelated issue issue fixed within minutes. That was amazing customer service! Mike, Cathy and the entire office make sure you are treated promptly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend their service for any type of collision repair and will continue to recommend to all family and friends. Mike, thank you for going above and beyond!
Right vehicle - Great Nissan
My wife and I were scheduled for a test drive. The car was great and there were no hassles whatsoever. Joseph helped us tremendously and we are greatly appreciated for all of his help.
Great service. Helpful salesman! - Misty
This dealership did a great job helping us find a great reliable vehicle for our daughter at a great price. We had a great experience. Strongly recommend working with them.
Disappointing - Birdman01
I booked a $170 20,000 mile service online when i went to pay they said it was $250 and that they do not have services offered for that price I showed them my phone where the desl was but i guess i “settled” for $205 but really i had been there for almost 4 hours so just wanted to leave especially since i wanted them to fix my spoiler that was coming off i had just bought my cpi 17 maxima platinum fro ed martin in anderson they said any nissan will fix it no problem but you guys said nope cant do it your car has been wrecked not our problem its “their” problem. This is coming from richardson the service manager because the girl working didn’t have a clue but ya he said cant do call martins. So i called martins they ft wayne is just trying to upsale you bring it on down no problem so i did they fixed and adjusted the trunk free of charge took less than 2 hrs! And by the wsy ft Wayne did not hand wash or sweep the car like they were supposed to by the service package I purchased! So long story short i got screwed out of $35 bucks but thats also what the service manager said too trying to make me feel bad i guess. Not impressed at all. Not sure what else to say other than ft Wayne did quote me the cost the repairs through them so maybe I’ll just be taking my car an hour and half south for better service. And martins does not think my car was wrecked I believe them!
Grand Customer Service - Kdog12
I was desperately in need of a dependable running vehicle after my auto accident I was involved in and after being with out for 3 weeks, I chose to show up here in search of my answer. When I arrived I was greeted with smiles and friendly faces. I was talked to like a valued customer. I was given the opportunity to test drive what I wanted and provided all the details I needed. With in a short amount of time I received my new 2019 vehicle and I am very happy I can now get to work on my own agenda. Thank you very much Jeremiah for helping me through very high stressful times. I will continue to be a GM Customer and I will return in the future for my next ride.
Bought a used 2006 Saturn ION. Everything went smoothly... - schizy
Bought a used 2006 Saturn ION. Everything went smoothly EXCEPT: Only one remote fob with car. I was given a second fob that wasn't Saturn, and had no battery. Sort of got smoke blown up my lower torso. Radio missing one button. Uncalled for delay in obtaining title and paperwork.
About average attitude treatment / courtesy/ honesty from a **choke** car dealer. I did get a nice car, low miles, ....that said.....paid plenty for it. I'd probably buy another from them. Obviously better ethics and treatment than from the "we tote your note-U work,U ride" type dealer.
Great Experience - Triva
I stopped into this dealership with my two kids looking for the Nissan Maxima. I just seen one on my way to Lafayette and been searching for the right car. I pulled up to the used car section not knowing what I was looking at or for. The salesman, Marty McGothlin, came up to help me. He pointed me in the right direction. No pressure salesman and very helpful. We got to look at the car and he asked if I wanted to drive. I said not today. He took my name and number and gave me literature to take home to my husband. He followed up with me and I came back to drive one. He is very knowledgeable about cars in general and listens to what I wanted even though I am a lady. The sales manager was also awesome to work with. We bought a 2016 maxima. I love it and I look forward to working with all the staff at Kendrick. All the staff were great to work with as well. The finance guy, other salesmen, and service manager. Thank you, Marty and Kevin!
SEXIST; not friendly - joya57
These people were okay until I made it obvious that I was NOT going to buy there! Then, they rapidly disappeared!! No one wanted to deliver me the final number of their offer on my car!! The number was a flat out insult to me, my car, and my womanhood!!! They would NOT have dared to give a man such a lowball offer, and then be pissy about it when I walked out!!! They followed me to my car promising me the moon, and to call me, which did not happen!!!
