Returning customer, sales staff was great. Once the sale was complete, the desire to take care of the customer dropped considerably. Within a few days of my purchase i noticed a decent oil leak from my vehicle. Took a few days to get it back in there due to work and snow storms. When they inspected the vehicle, it was confirmed my rear main seal needed replaced and wanted me to pay $1050. I was told it's an "as is" sale and "this happens sometimes when buying a used vehicle." I understand to a certain point but this leak didnt just happen the day i drove off the lot. Willingness to accommodate or work with the customer seems to be a constant struggle. As for now I will not be returning for another purchase and will continue to warn others about the treatment i received from this location.

I dealt with Jordan in sales and Aaron in finance. Long story short don't bother if your from out of state here. They are more interested in pushing their own financing on you and making excuses about it than selling you a car. Then if you want to use your own APPROVED and ready to go financing they just ignore you out right. Well atleast the salesman did. Most unprofessional dealer I've ever dealt with and only 5 hours away from me. Don't bother if your out of state. They won't put forth the effort unless it's on their own terms to put you in a vehicle.

Update: Almost forgot to come on and update the outcome of all of this. Not only did I get the letter the day after buying this vehicle from a local bank that had told Naquin about a 4 point better interest rate, telling me that I could refi with them, I made a single call to another bank and took the nearly 11% rate Naquin told me I qualified for and cut it to 4.5%…nothing down…no extra costs…
That’s a 6.5% lower rate folks. Saved me nearly $200 a month and cut 3 months off my loan and saved me over $12,000 in interest overall. I’m floored that car dealerships still are able to do this to people and not have some type of accountability for it. I will not be back EVER, and I also will make sure all of my connections know about what Naquin did to me and my family.

Communication was just abysmal. At the point of sale on our first vehicle (1 of 5 that was purchased by me or a close friend/family member in 8 days), They only turned in my application to two banks, and because of that brought me what ended up being an awful interest-rate. I received a letter in the mail from one of the banks and they offered me four percentage points lower of an interest rate. I asked repeatedly the day of the sale if they would turn this into more banks and see what other offers they got back. They told me it wouldn’t make any difference, but guess what…it did.
I just feel bad that I have recommended those that I love go here already, and that they may have ended up having the same issue. I was in car sales for five years so I know the questions to ask, but not everyone does. 0 out of 5 stars. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I'm a college student and I was looking around for a car but not interested in the pushy environment usually provided by used car salesmen. However, John was perfectly patient and gave helpful suggestions without being overbearing. After I changed my mind about the car that I wanted, he continued to follow up with me---even after I purchased a car elsewhere! He seemed genuinely interested in my final decision and made the process of finding my car so much less stressful.

Bought a used 2006 Saturn ION. Everything went smoothly EXCEPT: Only one remote fob with car. I was given a second fob that wasn't Saturn, and had no battery. Sort of got smoke blown up my lower torso. Radio missing one button. Uncalled for delay in obtaining title and paperwork.
About average attitude treatment / courtesy/ honesty from a **choke** car dealer. I did get a nice car, low miles, ....that said.....paid plenty for it. I'd probably buy another from them. Obviously better ethics and treatment than from the "we tote your note-U work,U ride" type dealer.

My husband and I entered the store due to a flyer for free ear buds and the chance for other prizes. We were greeted at the door immediately, asked if we were looking to buy today, and I said, "Not necessarily." He checked our code, we were not winners, so he got us the ear buds. I then asked about any used Jeeps they may have. He told me they just sold it earlier today. I asked about the 2017 I saw on the lot as I drove in. He said he wasn't aware they had it. I asked if I could talk to someone about it, and he offered to help me. He didn't even know the Jeep was on the lot, and did not offer to get someone to even find out the cost. He gave me a random guess. Not the type of customer service I'm looking for when I ask about an auto at an auto dealership.

These people were okay until I made it obvious that I was NOT going to buy there! Then, they rapidly disappeared!! No one wanted to deliver me the final number of their offer on my car!! The number was a flat out insult to me, my car, and my womanhood!!! They would NOT have dared to give a man such a lowball offer, and then be pissy about it when I walked out!!! They followed me to my car promising me the moon, and to call me, which did not happen!!!
