Have purchased 4 cars from this dealership and appreciate their professionalism and friendliness. Most recently purchased a 2020 Sentra from Hannah who is just wonderful. She is friendly, professional and knows her product well. She ordered the Sentra per my specifications and kept me apprised of order status. When the car arrived she sent me a video showing it being off loaded from the truck which I thought was extra special fun. She had paperwork prepared in advance which made things run smoothly and spent time with me to ensure I understood bluetooth and other computer operations. I highly recommend her for a great buying experience. Matt is great too!

June 2020 visited this dealership (Bosak Nissan) and found it very clean and staff very friendly, but it does not close the deal for me. Buyer beware of the fact they don't provide loaners and not too sure they provide shuttle service either. If your vehicle breaks down and need a tow to dealership is at your cost. I contacted 3 other local Nissan Dealers and all would provide loaners or shuttle rides and free towing. During the negotiations I seen 2 unusual charges totaling $1224. This was to cover dealership's insurance and destination fee. Again, the 3 local dealers never heard of such charges for insurance and destination. The finale was the low trade in value offered on my vehicle. My vehicle had 1800 miles and 3.6 years full warranty left and vehicle was better then new looking condition. I would not recommend this dealership due to no loaner or towing and low balling trade-in values. I will say the sales manager had claimed error was made on vehicles advertised price and agreed to allow me the weekend to decided. After the weekend price would be increased $3890. This is either a positive offer or was it a sells tactic. I will not buy due to $1500 too low on trade-in, no free loaners during warranty period repairs and having to pay for the dealerships ins. and msrp stated delivery charge.

There was not one iota of preparation to adhere to the federal guidelines in the entire building. No one was wearing a mask. There was no social distancing. The employees were meandering around and bending over each other’s shoulders. The client chairs were right against the agent’s desk. There was no hand sanitizer available and pens were offered without being wiped. It was very disturbing to say the least that the pandemic was so ignored. Be safe. Don’t go there.

Google only allows you to make one review ever of a business. So since a couple years ago I complained of how Dorsett Nissan damaged my vehicle while in for service I cannot make any other reviews. So I am on another website. Service Manager Chad told me a part was covered under the power train warranty. Then explained my warranty expired at 50,000 miles I paid for the service. Then I read my paperwork and discovered the warranty is good through 100,000 miles. After calling back they explained the service is over. So I escalated it and called Nissan Customer service who backed their dealership and said even if they told me incorrectly that is my issue not theirs. How would you like to be told something just to have it disregarded. Well if you like that treatment Dorsett is your place. Read my last review from like 2 years ago. I’ve bought my last 3 vehicles from Nissan. Sorry to say now I understand how the entire company works not just the local dealership. My business will go elsewhere as well as any and every recommendation I can make.

Bought a used 2006 Saturn ION. Everything went smoothly EXCEPT: Only one remote fob with car. I was given a second fob that wasn't Saturn, and had no battery. Sort of got smoke blown up my lower torso. Radio missing one button. Uncalled for delay in obtaining title and paperwork.
About average attitude treatment / courtesy/ honesty from a **choke** car dealer. I did get a nice car, low miles, ....that said.....paid plenty for it. I'd probably buy another from them. Obviously better ethics and treatment than from the "we tote your note-U work,U ride" type dealer.

The number was a flat out insult to me, my car, and my womanhood!!! They would NOT have dared to give a man such a lowball offer, and then be pissy about it when I walked out!!! They followed me to my car promising me the moon, and to call me, which did not happen!!!
