From choosing what car would fit my needs (sales dept...Todd Lloyd) to leasing process;regardless of what department, Tom Wood dealer’s staffs were nothing short of cordial, fully engaged to customers’ needs, and ready to assist. In case where there is a glitch, their innovative ways rectify the situation and make it right to the customers’ satisfaction...( as exemplified by John Hiatt; lease department) I pointed this out since I had a great assistance from him when I opted to buy the car I have leased for 3 years. John’s renderd customer service was stellar. His impressive demeanor in providing customer service speaks volumes of genuine experience. Tom wa the first person I met at the dealership and he was extremely nice and helpful. I returned the next day and he let Christy help me because he was busy. I thought this was really nice that he didnt make me wait. I was given a price that evening for my trade and said I would be back the next night. I received a call the next day stating that they had given me the wrong trade in price and needless to say I was disappointed. I went ahead and went back in, with my hopes not too high. I was greeted at the door by the GM Tom and Christy who apologized more than once for the error (which was not Christy’s fault) and promised to make it right. They did just that. I would highly recommend Christy. She is very down to earth, friendly, and doesn’t have the “average car sales personality”. She is truly genuine.

I'm a college student and I was looking around for a car but not interested in the pushy environment usually provided by used car salesmen. However, John was perfectly patient and gave helpful suggestions without being overbearing. After I changed my mind about the car that I wanted, he continued to follow up with me---even after I purchased a car elsewhere! He seemed genuinely interested in my final decision and made the process of finding my car so much less stressful.

Ask for Austin Gryske. He knows more about the cars than the sticker on the car. When buying a new car the review inside and out. They set my phone up, radio settings, colors, and even told me what type of oil goes in my car and how many quarts.

I came into this location to get my oil changed, I purchased my vehicle from this place new in 2017. Kevin Hass was extremely rude and obviously needs to be retrained on the proper way to service guests. It’s too much competition out here to deal with the lack of professionalism I experienced from him today. From the time I entered he acted as if I was interrupting him, extremely short and acted as if he was agitated about being at work.

My salesman Jim said he would throw in a few oil changes with the purchase and told me they lowered the price down by 1,000. However I did not get either of these discounts I was told I would recieve. I told Jim my price range and the first car he shows me was one out of budget, I specificially just mentioned! I told him about some comparisions and competitors prices and he informed me it was just a way to get you in. I financed my vehicle and decided to drop out of the waranty. Making my loan 3,500 less without warranty purchases. However upon speaking with my loan provider I recently was informed that my total amount I owe did not decrease by 3,500 but only a thousand. I am very disatisified with my experience!

Bought a vehicle before signing papers i told nick naquin that it needed new front brakes..they said they would take cAre of it bob (salesman) stated they would get new brakes....got my vehicle couple days later brakes started making noise...found out they turned the brakes they did not replace them when I went to talked to them nick naquin said they would take care of 50% of cost which was and still is unacceptable...I have bout 4 vehicle from them and this will b the last!!! Do not buy a single car from tom naquin ! They do not keep their word !!!!! I've been waiting for a call back on this for almost 2 months!

Bought a used 2006 Saturn ION. Everything went smoothly EXCEPT: Only one remote fob with car. I was given a second fob that wasn't Saturn, and had no battery. Sort of got smoke blown up my lower torso. Radio missing one button. Uncalled for delay in obtaining title and paperwork.
About average attitude treatment / courtesy/ honesty from a **choke** car dealer. I did get a nice car, low miles, ....that said.....paid plenty for it. I'd probably buy another from them. Obviously better ethics and treatment than from the "we tote your note-U work,U ride" type dealer.

I stopped into this dealership with my two kids looking for the Nissan Maxima. I just seen one on my way to Lafayette and been searching for the right car. I pulled up to the used car section not knowing what I was looking at or for. The salesman, Marty McGothlin, came up to help me. He pointed me in the right direction. No pressure salesman and very helpful. We got to look at the car and he asked if I wanted to drive. I said not today. He took my name and number and gave me literature to take home to my husband. He followed up with me and I came back to drive one. He is very knowledgeable about cars in general and listens to what I wanted even though I am a lady. The sales manager was also awesome to work with. We bought a 2016 maxima. I love it and I look forward to working with all the staff at Kendrick. All the staff were great to work with as well. The finance guy, other salesmen, and service manager. Thank you, Marty and Kevin!

These people were okay until I made it obvious that I was NOT going to buy there! Then, they rapidly disappeared!! No one wanted to deliver me the final number of their offer on my car!! The number was a flat out insult to me, my car, and my womanhood!!! They would NOT have dared to give a man such a lowball offer, and then be pissy about it when I walked out!!! They followed me to my car promising me the moon, and to call me, which did not happen!!!
