Every service representative is extremely professional and welcoming. Gibson Eickman, my most recent representative, ensured my unknown issue would be resolved. He took the extra time to explain multiple avenues I could take to get my issue repaired and was very understanding of my situation. 5 stars all across the board!

Last week my 30 year old daughter’s small SUV was totaled (no injuries thankfully). She is single & lives in southern CA.  A nurse at UCLA hospital,  she needed a vehicle immediately. She went to 3 dealers in her Santa Monica neighborhood. looking to buy another SUV.
