Like many, I’m very busy, limited time and Justin Crenshaw listened to what I wanted, my time constraints and navigated me through the process- using links and online tools to keep me moving through the process. I appreciate him caring about where I was and what I needed to balance this transaction and my work schedule. I came all the way feom the south side of Indy to work with Tom Wood Honda. I knew the mdl and trim package I wanted but was having problems finding it in Indy. Justin had 1!! He allowed me to hold it with a deposit and I would be able to close on my next available time. Awesome experience!

I have purchased or leased many cars in the past 30 years, but my recent purchase of a high demand sports car from Unlimited Motors in Elwood was the best experience I have had in that time. I came from out of state to see and test drive a vehicle that was on their website. Syed Ali was the sales person that I had originally contacted on the phone, and he arranged the visit on a Saturday and followed up in a professional manner after I told him that I wanted the car but would need a couple of days to return home and get the finances worked out. The sales/finance manager, Toby Johnson, arranged the paperwork and agreed to hold the car until the following week until I could arrange a money wire transfer on the next business day. He also arranged the shipment back to my home state. Everything worked well and the car was delivered within 2 days with timely follow up by Ali to ensure that I was satisfied with car and the process. Ali and Toby were both a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend both of them and the dealership.

My car failed to start when I was out It took 2 phone calls and I was told everyone in service was too busy. That they'd call me back and then when someone did call me back, they gave me a number for a tow truck that didn't seem to be in service. I found my own tow Service. The vehicle was jumped I and I got it to the dealership at 2:30 Because it had been jumped, it obviously was not able to be tested so I had to leave it overnight. I was told they retest in the am and the problem was fixed in good time
