I bought my first car from here and sadly about a month and a half later i was involved in a reck and the car was a total loss. I wasn’t so sure i was going to buy another car from GW BUT their great customer service was to hard to pass up. Plus they gave me a great deal on an even better car than i was driving before. This place is outstanding and i can tell they actually care about their customers. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re interested in buying a car. My salesman was Brett for both my cars and he is AWESOME!!!

I have never had a better experience with a car dealership than I did at Brad Deery. I found this handicap accessible van online and it looked like an amazing deal for the price. I was very skeptical, but from the minute I started talking to Brad Deery about the van, they went out of their way to make sure I understood everything about the vehicle. Because I lived out of state, there was no way I could verify that the van was everything they said it would be, but they worked with me on a deposit and said I could come check out the van before making any other commitment. I purchased a one-way flight and they picked me up at the airport. We took it for a test drive and then tested all teh handicap-accessible features. During this period, the wheelchair lift in the back malfunctioned. I was concerned I may have gotten myself into a bad situation, but they immediately took the van to a specialist and had the wheelchair lift repaired at no cost to me PLUS they bought me lunch while I was waiting!!! I purchased the van and drove it home and it has been a lifesaver for my parents (my mother is immobile). In addition, Brad Deery has called me at least twice to check in and make sure I was pleased with the purchase. I have never had such great customer service and I would not hesitant for a second to work with them again. I can't thank them enough for their help in making our lives so much easier!

I bought a new Prius in 2012. I've come here for nearly all my services. Not once have I had a bad experience or have been disappointed. A "triple A" rating to our salesman Al Hunter for his knowledge and patience with the sale. He helped us explore many options until we found the best that worked for us. Al referred us to others who have purchased the same car, so we "didn't have to take his word for it". And worked for the best price for us. Compared to purchases from other dealers this was a very pleasant...even great experience.
Making an appointment with service department is easy and done within a day. They accommodate needs by giving a loaner. They explain everything that was done and willing to answer questions. There were times when they could help me troubleshoot over the phone and I did not need to make the trip in. First class.

We recently bought a 2015 Escalade from Van Horn Chevrolet of Newhall. Great car, great price, great people. We are very happy with it, so far. The salesman (Tate), his manager, and Heather were all a pleasure to work with. It was worth the 4 hour drive to get the vehicle.
I liked that they did offer extra items but didn't do a hard sale. We called the day before to get everything negotiated. Drove up and the vehicle looked just like the pictures. Once we drove the vehicle to make sure it ran good, it took less than an hour to do the paperwork.
Will keep them in mind, the next time we are looking for a used vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion from Torren at Noble Auto Group and had a great experience. Despite being located over 300 miles from my home in Wisconsin, I found Noble to be a dealership that was easy to work with. Using Cars.com I found the exact vehicle I wanted and negotiated a great price. Torren went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the car - they washed it for me and he took a video so I could see there were no blemishes. When I was ready to commit to the purchase, and the long drive, they took care of my final request and installed a trailer hitch. All went smoothly when I arrived to pick up the car. After a thorough inspection and a test drive, I was satisfied that they delivered exactly what I expected. We took care of the paperwork and I was pleased that there was no high pressure sales pitch for added services or warranties but rather a professional presentation of what options I had available. With a full tank of gas and Torren's recommendation for a great BBQ joint for lunch, I was on my way. My experience could not have been better. I love my car and would recommend Torren, and the other folks at Noble Auto Group to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, no matter how far they have to drive!

Had been looking for a vehicle for quite some time, i got involved with another dealer who I had told I had the check for a vehicle and made an appointment to meet the sales rep and the day I was headed out the door, I got a simple e-mail from the General Manager that the car was sold overnight! Really, overnight.
Thats when my wife and i took a few minutes to rethink a new plan on what to do. We chose Browns's in Elkader because after many trips through their display of cars over the years, we knew they had high quality used vehicles!
I then looked up vehicles that met our needs and called Lori, who helped us connect with Wes our salesperson, sat with Wes and went through our story and he was more than willing to get us in a good car. The whole process with Lori, Wes and Kelsey was a treat after what we had gone through. Our feeling that dealing with local small town dealership with friendly customer oriented people sure makes life more enjoyable. Hats off to Browns's and their super staff. Would recommend them anybody!

We purchased our truck last summer, that was a great experience, we would rate our purchasing experience five stars, however recently we had an experience that makes us never want to deal with Edwards auto group again.
We needed work done as the truck wouldn’t shift from park to drive without shutting off. We figured it would be an engine issue, which would have been covered by our warranty, but they said it was an issue with the 4x4 transfer case shift motor, which was somehow not covered by the warranty. Oh well, we paid for the repair. We then drove our truck towards home when the engine light and wrench lit up again. We had to call Edwards to tow our truck back due to the truck not shifting.
Meanwhile we aren’t able to get a courtesy vehicle because we have progressive insurance?! Which is ridiculous, they’ve had our truck for a week now and if we want any updates we have to call them, they have not called us with updates. We still have no idea what they did to our truck AND we don’t have a vehicle to use to get to and from work. At this point, the only reason we are giving them any stars is because their sales people are great and their financial department has been great. Their “service” department is currently getting zero stars as far as we are concerned. ~Parracks

Well guess what, I was told this vehicle wasnt an auction vehicle and that it was a local trade. This truck had been on the lot for 5+ months. I didn't understand why. My salesman said I don't know why it has been here so long either.....B.S. Well when I received the title in the mail it was from a lease company that the lease was turned in and Karl cheverolet bought it at the auction. It was from Michigan. So..... not a local trade and it was an auction car. Now I see why it was on the lot so long.I called Karl cheverolet up and had a discussion with them about what I was told and the truth of the vehicle came out when I received the title. They said I could trade it back in for another vehicle, they were going to give me $3000,00 less than what I bought it for 3weeks earlier and I only put 1200 miles on it. I guess Karl cheverolet is becoming just like any other car dealer. No matter how many vehicles you buy from them they will do whatever they can to unload an unwanted vehicle on a many time repeat buyer. Karl Moyer, I am amazed at how I was treated and such a misleading deal that Was made to get old inventory sold. I sure wish you would read these reviews, maybe you would sell more cars when you correct these type of sale antics.
Transmission broke after 10 miles - Renopreacher
I test drove 3 vehicles, the first one had a bad motor,(making a lot of noise and the check engine light came on). The second had a bad power steering pump. I bought the third unfortunately and ended up losing the transmission. They will not help or refund me any amount. I recommend you never buy a used car from here, they sell junk, and know it. They refuse to take any responsibility and hide behind there as is no warranty policy. Repairs are going to cost me more than the price of the car, and that's on top of my tow bill.
Never buy a car from Bob Brown - hall4jrs
I will never buy a car from Bob Brown again. I purchased a used car in November and heard a noise in the steering wheel ( heard the noise when I was testing driving it). I was told that it would be fixed before I picked it up. So the next night when I went to pick it up I heard the noise again and called my sales guy right away and told him and he said to make an appoint with the service guys and they can look at it again. The day I took it up there the noise was not there and so they couldn't fix it. So it went a few day and then I started hearing the noise again and again. So at my oil change they told me I need new filter(which made me upset and they gave me a credit) and that my power steering was leaking and that could be what causing that noise and to make an appointment up at the service area. So I did and it wasn't a power steering leak it was a gear and going to cost me 1200.00. So I spoke to the manager and he said he would pay half. I said that is not right as I heard this noise when I first test drove and bought the car and it should of been fixed then. So I wrote a review out here. The sales manager wasn't happy with me so he bullied me and said "that if I didn't take the review down they would not fix my car for free." So I took the review down and they fixed it for what I thought was no charge, but instead come to find out when I went to my next oil change that they had used my credit from the filter towards that job. To me they didn't fix it for free. Also the car when you stepped on the gas was hesitating and giving you a slight whiplash a lot but not every time so when I took it in they could never find what was going on cause it would never do it for them. I will never buy from Bob Brown again, for the way I was treated I have taken my business somewhere else and gotten rid of that car. I want to let everyone know so if you have been treated like this please share as that should never be how you treat a customer. Thanks and have a wonderful day. I gave a 4 star below as the problem did get fixed so the quality of work was good.

DANGER! Reported this dealership, Mike Molstead Motors, to Iowa State Credit Card Fraud Division this morning - gave our credit card number as downpayment on a truck. Received a phone call almost 20 hours later that our truck had been "accidentally" sold to someone else but not to worry, they had not run our credit card. Where did that information go if not into a credit card processing program?!? And where is our truck!!!
