tried charging gf total of 23870 dollars for 2016 Chevy Cruze that is posted online for 9970 and kbb list is 8900 that's with her putting 2500 more than 25 percent of cars value as a down paymenttelling her bank was charging a 4000 loan fee on top of 19 percent interest when I called to complain offered it to me at the 9970 with no bank fee and thru in 1600 dollar warranty for free without even running my name she is a woman so they saw dollar signs remember to take payment amount times number of payments before signing anything

I worked with Andy the salesman over the phone and was able to come to an agreed price that we were both comfortable with and when I got to the dealer the vehicle was ready to test drive right when I got there at 8 am. Called around 11AM on Friday to order parts for my truck. Parts guy guaranteed they’d be here between 7:30AM-8AM on Saturday. I didn’t think to check the parts departments hours because he GUARANTEED they would be coming in. Called Saturday around 8:30AM to find out that the parts department was closed. Sales guy I talked to did try to find the parts by calling the service guy and I apologize to him for my attitude. But I am now stuck another 2 days over 2 hours from home because Molsteads parts guys can’t get out bed without hurting themselves.

Bought a car 3 years ago from the owners daughter she’ll push any clunker they have on lot after some critical issues arose they did nothing but blame me even though I wasn’t only told that the driver side mirror needed replaced and that everything was in pretty good shape .. less than a year later the engine cradle was completely rotted out .. the passenger side tire had an issue with a leak the day I drove it off site .. the CD player was jammed and wouldn’t work (with a tester cd lodged inside) Do NOT buy from this place they will rob you blind with a smile on their face

Well, went to trade in the wifes 2011 Ford Explorer today, nothing wrong 139,000 miles. Now at June 2019 and was told sorry your vehicle has a car fax report from a dealer repair at 30,000 says it was in an accident in 2013 two owners ago. Holy crap that's nice to know at least it was fixed correctly by a dealer, I think to myself. Their response is nope sorry, can't give you trade on what it's worth. It has orginal title. When did car fax rule between original title and salvage title?
