Best experience by far! - Donna M
This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Brad Deery and they never disappoint! Went there with plans on one vehicle and ended up going a totally different direction with no regrets. Steve was great to work with and made sure I got everything I wanted and more in a vehicle along with great follow up afterwards. Kody was amazing. He made all the paperwork go smoothly, helped with the added warranty and kept in contact through it all.

They were able to find the exact truck I was looking and very nice and easy to work with. We were very happy with them.

Pretty Great! - LaDuska
Made the sales process quick and painless. The visit was nicley prepared and put together. Went over info thoroughly. Kelsey and Jerry did a great job answering any question I had before I left that lot. The test drive was very casual and informative about the vehicle. Later when I decide to purchase another vehicle ill definetly be giving Kelsey a jingle!
I had the check engine light come on a couple weeks after purchasing the vehicle but it was a quick and painless fix of just my system just needing to be updated. which didnt cost me another penny. Over all please with my visit.
Friendly people, great service - scotnkiz
We just had the best experience purchasing a new pickup from Deter Motors. Everyone from Chaz Terry to Kate Hepler were great. It was actually fun. You can't say that very often about a vehicle buying experience.
Best experience with a car salesman in my entire life!!! - rdracer277
I can't really say enough about Andy the salesman that helped me. I literally flew across the country to purchase this truck. Not only did Andy have me picked up from the airport from his father-in-law, but he got me to my hotel and picked me up in the morning to take me to the dealership in the morning. I know of no other dealership or salesman that would go that far for a customer. This just shows the good midwest people will go out of their way to help someone. You can use me as a reference forever!!. I will always check with these guys whenever I need a future car, even though I live in Las Vegas and went to Iowa for this truck! Thanks again Andy you're the best guy ever! .
Sincerely David H
Great place!!! - Jenae
I had a great experience buying a new car from Kemna in Fort Dodge. Very knowledgeable, friendly people. Thanks to Dylan Drummond for getting me in a great car. I will definitely be back to do business and highly recommend this place!
Service- a step above! - K&B Texas
While traveling from Texas in our Ford 250 diesel truck, pulling a travel trailer, our check engine light came on. We pulled into Molstead Ford and they could not have been nicer! Not only did they get the truck back to running order, but they dropped us at a restaurant for lunch, picked us up and took us back to our camper, and later picked us up at the campground to pick up the truck. Super nice people! Above and beyond!

Great Customer Service - Bhaffner
One of the best experiences I’ve had at a car dealership, Zach went out of his way to accommodate my needs, by staying late after hours and working with me on my new vehicle, would recommend them to everyone.
Glenn is honest and caring! - Karin Hanson
The dealership was clean, organized, straight forward, and Glenn got to the heart of what I wanted and needed right away. No gimmicks or trying to sell me stuff I couldn't afford or didnt want. I was comfortable and satisfied.
Easy To Work With - Norm T
The dealership is easy to work with. The inventory is great and the sales team is there to meet your needs. I have purchased two vehicles from Fessler and both times they have been most helpful in the process. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.
New car purchase - ad1awret
Have purchased numerous new vehicles here and had good experiences, this time not so much, felt as if I was rushed to buy. Not real happy with the vehicle, my trade in vehicle was better, wished I would have waited and not purchased this vehicle!!! Also gave them the name of the person that referred me so they could get the $100 check, they still have not gotten the check, seems to be a reoccurring problem. The sales people don't follow up on this.
And I don't like dealers - tfc
Lynch may be a car dealer, but they don't feel like a car dealer. When you go there, you feel like you are a guest in someone's home. As far as the business aspect of things is concerned. they don't play games, they do what they promise, they do the best they can to take care of you and they do it with grace and friendliness. If you don't like car dealers, this is the place to find your next car.
Rubber Meets The Road - Boots
Got a new tire after finding the current tire could not be fixed. Billion had a new tire ordered and put on the Enclave quickly.
Rick’s Review - Rick E
Excellent service & great turn around on my damaged vehicle. Body shop provided a loaner while repairs were made after a deer hit my car. I highly recommend Gregg Young!
My salesperson was the best!! - acoakley
Our salesperson, Bethany Golombeski, worked so hard for us. We had very specific needs, seeing as we were purchasing a car for a 16 year old and she helped us find a vehicle with low miles, lower insurance, and a low payment!! We couldn't have asked for someone to be so patient and helpful during this whole process! They were busy and instead of leaving us waiting sitting there, she sat with us for over an hour and we had a wonderful conversation. I would go back to her any of my car needs!
Misdiagnosed - Not happy customer
Took our 2002 trailblazer and for diagnosis was told that it was a starter and a battery. On that note yes it did need replaced however we told them there was a strong smell of fuel they check the fuel pump however they failed to check the breather box which was completely full of fuel causing a misfire in the number 5 cylinder.
Will not be returning! We have always serviced with Bob Brown and purchased our vehicles there.
cadillac repair - Bruce
I bought my Cadillac from Edwards and it was the best car buying experience I have had with a dealer. Since then I have been more than impressed with the service department particularly Fred and Omar. They make every repair or maintenance experience outstanding. They take care of me, keep me informed, and ensure I know what will be done and when the car will be ready. Their attention to detail and customer care is outstanding. I highly recommend Edwards for car buying and all maintenance. I have dealt with many car dealers in the area and bar none Edwards is the best customer focused dealer. They listen and try their best to satisfy. I have been to many dealers who don't listen and try and sell the car they need to get off the lot. Their service department isn't concerned with customer service (completely informing you up front and keeping you updated on status). I got my Cadillac back with two new tires, completely cleaned with no maintenance paper seat covers like I have at other dealer shops. Guess what, this place even ensured all my tires had the right tire pressure in every tire! I have gotten my car back from other shops with different tire pressure in every tire and none of them correct. You want a pleasant car buying and service experience, go to Edwards, if not, any car dealer will do. Ask for Fred or Omar.
Horrible Experience - mgrubham
PLEASE READ IN FULL...Sorry, this will be a little long. I recently and just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Ive been searching for months as I have a rear facing beautiful little daughter and another daughter due in 7 weeks. We definitely needed a larger vehicle!
I was looking for this particular vehicle and am willing to look anywhere in the US if the price is worth the trip. I did find 3 of the exact same vehicles. 2016 White GMC Yukon... All 3 of the vehicles were similar, the other two had about 4000 less miles, it really just broke down to the distance I needed to travel to purchase it. The prices... all the exact same, as I have documentation on all three showing this so you dont just have to take my word for it.
It was a blind buy as I had to travel 5 hrs to get the vehicle... not to mention I had to rent a one way car and stay in a hotel. So I was just taking all of there words for the condition of the vehicle.... and of course it was in great shape and didnt have anything wrong with it.
THIS VEHICLE FULLY PASSED THERE CERTIFIED INSPECTION....Upon arrival, I had to set for quite sometime before I was helped. I did go and take a look in the meantime and noticed the tires were balding in odd places on the front two tires. I asked about the alignment and of course they told me it was completely in alignment. Then they told me it was more than likely from the tires not being rotated... Which is odd with the tires balding in odd spots and not the whole tire. Along with this there were no floor mats in the vehicle and of course they only had one key fob because they could not find the other one... They did end up finding it and sending me that thank god.
I didnt leave the dealership until after 3:00 and when I went to start the vehicle it was on below empty after me being told they would have if filled up and ready to go.
Here comes the bad part. From the minute I left the dealership, every turn and bump I took the drivers seat shifted and moved. I also have had a drivers assist warning light on from minute one. I thought to myself, i will just take it to a dealership here in town and maybe it is just an error and a quick fix.
I have now taken it to 3 of the largest GM dealerships in town and 1 of them being the largest in the Country... Everyone has came back with the same thing... THERE IS NO WAY THIS SHOULD OF AND COULD HAVE PASSED ANY INSPECTION... I then took it for a couple more opinions and took the vehicle to 2 smaller privately owned mechanics who also concurred with this..
$4000.00 WORTH OF WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE TO THIS. STRUTS ARE COMPLETELY SHOT AND THAT IS WHAT IS CAUSING THE TIRES TO WEAR IN ODD SPOTS AS WELL AS THE SEAT NEEDING TO BE FIXED AND A DRIVER ASSIST CENSOR IS COMPLETELY BROKEN.
There fix..... they sent me a $53.50 censor and that was it. I talked to the GM multiple times as well as THE OWNER. I told them I would be willing to drive back to them if they could help alleviate some of the cost. I WAS TOLD BY ALL THAT THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING MORE THAN WHAT THEY DID. KEEP IN MIND THEY GOT THERE ASKING PRICE AND SOME!!!
BUYER BE WARE........................................... I KNOW WHEN YOU BUY A USED CAR, IT COMES AS IS BUT NOT IF THE VEHICLE IS NOT IN THE CONDITION THEY SAID IT WAS IN.
I do have there certified inspection showing they passed all of this completely in the green...not even in the yellow. AND NOW I HAVE 5 CERTIFIED INSPECTIONS SHOWING IN THE RED!
i HAVE DOCUMENTATION ON ALL OF THIS! EVERY EMAIL...EVERY BIT OF PAPERWORK...EVERYTHING.
Tire Program - Jim
I just received new tires under the tire replacement program. The car drove and handled perfect until they put on the new tires. Now it will try to follow the grooves on concrete highway sections and throw the car back and forth. It is very unsafe and I contacted the service department who sent me to the tire department who first said new tire treads are different and also my car may need a alignment. He then said he would look into it and get back to me, which he didn't.
Do not use this dealer - insists on their lenders - Unsat
GM should remove all affiliation with this dealership. I should of known from the first time I walked in the showroom and no one asked me if I needed anything. I finally walked into a cubicle and asked if I could get a brochure. The person said they no longer have brochures and I could get the information on line. Then they walked away.
The prices are good, then you get there and start the loan process. From the very first visit they continue to ask for you to use their lenders. When asked for the interest rate, they never gave an interest rate just “it could be 5% to 8%”. This was after knowing the credit score.
They do not return calls. Could not get the sale price quote in a timely manner. Could not take a test drive because they would have to move too many cars to get the car you want to test drive out. There was a deadline on some discounts that was missed due to price quote delays and the salesman having the day off.
Even so, I continued to try to work with Vaughn (I know, I know - not wise on my part) and it was absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I've owned more than 20 cars in my lifetime, so the experience of purchasing a vehicle is not new to me. What was new to me, was realizing that this Dealer does not make any effort to accommodate buyers or make a sale.
The worst part was because I did not use any of their lenders, they would not release the vehicle until they received the funds. WHAT?? Yes, even though my nationally known bank’s “ letter of credit “, a legal document, guaranteed the loan amount. Vaughn was insistent that they would not release the car until they received actual payment. They do not require having actual payment from their lenders before they release the car. I asked them if their lender could match my banks interest rate and they said no. Most banks, of course, will not release funds without the proper paperwork to include being put as lien holder on a title.
For several weeks, my bank went out of their way to develop some type of compromise, but Vaughn was insistent on having the funds first or using one of their lenders. I offered a HUGH downpayment of 30% of the price. After weeks of trying to find a compromise, Vaughn stated that they would not accept my bank’s letter of credit. WHAT? Vaughn then finally stated the only way to purchase the vehicle was to use one of their lenders. This is no way to do business.
So in the end, "Vaughn Automotive" WILL NEVER get business from me again or whoever I know. Good luck to whoever goes and deals with them. Using this bullying tactic on using their lenders is unacceptable. This is what gives car salesman such a bad name and now I can see why.
Remove the Vaughn car sticker and do not advertise for this dealership.
We are also wanting to purchase a new truck in the coming year. I wouldn't return to this place for a free, fully loaded truck. Don't waste your time driving to this dealership, it's worth paying more money at another place. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. If you'd like to have a real, customer-oriented buying experience, then stay away from this place! Find another place to spend your money.
O After the sale: "What's your name again?" - csharpe123
I found the vehicle I was looking for here; and the salesman was nice and low key until the finalization.
Sales manager and finance guy told me that I since I had my Credit Union financing the sale, I had to write them a personal check once the CU put the funds into my account.
I thought this odd. They sent me home in my trade in to get a personal check! Fortunately I called my bank about halfway home and they clarified that the money would never touch my hands; and I returned and drove my car home.
I called a couple of days later to verify that they received the funds, and there was no "how do you like you vehicle" or any courtesy follow up about my satisfactions with my experience there. Indeed the sales manager who sent me on a wild goose chase for the personal check had trouble even remembering who I was. I got a decent deal. But the shenanigans with the financing and sending me off in my trade in on a sixty mile round trip was shady. And the lack of follow through guaranteed that I wouldn't recommend them.
Trade in - Tom
Well, went to trade in the wifes 2011 Ford Explorer today, nothing wrong 139,000 miles. Now at June 2019 and was told sorry your vehicle has a car fax report from a dealer repair at 30,000 says it was in an accident in 2013 two owners ago. Holy crap that's nice to know at least it was fixed correctly by a dealer, I think to myself. Their response is nope sorry, can't give you trade on what it's worth. It has orginal title. When did car fax rule between original title and salvage title?
Buyers Beware......Do not buy from this dealer - ppeterson
We purchased a 2004 Chevy Van from this dealership...Very disappointed with their service and customer service is horrible, I have never bought anything from a company that is as rude as these people are, especially Steve Schukei ...I would not recommend buying from this dealership but if you do purchase a used vehicle from this dealership to not sign an “as is” agreement and to not believe them when they say how great the car is, also, insist they give you a warranty on the motor and transmission, at least, and always insist on taking it to your own mechanic…The transmission went out on this vehicle after driving it less than 900 miles and they never apologized or respond to our calls. Besides we paid $2000 over high book for a car which they assured us was in excellent condition...Very bad company
