Terrible experience!! Don't shop here!! Cancelled a service plan I purchased. Still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later. Dealer tells me it can take up to 45 days for a refund. Have filed complaints with the Attorney General and the Secretary of State. Spend your money at a better dealer!!

They don’t respond to their text messages and they don’t respond back if you leave a voicemail , my vehicle was there for four weeks for a recall that the only fixed half of and then told us it was ready , I picked it up drove off got about a mile down the road, and it went into lag mode! Over 5 weeks before it was fixed! At my cost when it went in for a free recall ! I dare say it’s the worst service center I’ve ever been to and if you can’t service vehicles why the heck would I buy one from you! I’ll find a good place to go even if I have to drive out of my way ! PS Just wanted to let everyone know that after getting it back again at my cost it made it less than a week and guess what’s back on , Yep you guessed it. Find someplace else ! 1 star how about -10 stars for this service center

I took my jeep in because it was leaking antifreeze. They took several multi-day appts before they found the issue. I had a blown head gasket. After months of waiting for parts to come in and my miles going over warranty, they got me in. Still covered under warranty. They told me it was an 8 hr job and they needed 2 days to do it. I made an appt for Thursday and Friday of the following week. I use my jeep for work on a mail rt, so when I don't have it I have to take vacation days from work. Well tomorrow will be 10 days vacation I've had to use for that 8 hr job. It has now been 2 weeks that they've had it. It's very frustrating that it is taking this long. I was okay with 2 days, but 2 weeks is completely ridiculous. That means they did less than 1 hours work per 8 hour day. They took 10 working days to accomplish an 8 hour job. They clearly have no concern for their customers. They took 10 vacation days from me for an 8 hour warranty job.

Service department is a joke! Send you off with a service report, everything Great and all items checked off stating all was CHECKED. First, earlier this year brought our Silverado in for an oil change and multi point inspection. Left with form - all things checked. Less than 48 hours later, while checking something else out, husband checked oil filter compartment as he was in the area. YIKES. A full squirrel nest! BUT..our filter was “checked” and all GOOD! Send a complaint - answer, they were sorry, but short handed! This past week had oil change on our Traverse as we are heading to Florida. Started having problems with a noise when turning. Looked up what it might be wrong. Check Steering fluids. Husband did just that and there was next to NOTHING — ZERO fluid. How can that be if it was checked? What else WASN’T done? We purchased your oil plan for both vehicles. GLAD THEY ARE DONE! Truly thought going to the dealership was the way to go! Guess NOT. Time to find a local garage!

The services department is rude (Kate) and seem to lack any knowledge on issues that come up with a Jeep repair. I have been waiting on new doors for a year, as my Jeep started rusting after a year. Service will not update and are hard to communicate with. Get your Jeep fixed anywhere but here!

I purchased a car two months ago and now the vehicle needs a new engine because the dealership lied about work that was supposedly done before the sale. Sales rep advised any issues “bring it right up to our shop and we’ll take care of you. Lies! They sold me a KIA without disclosing they don’t even service KIAs, then sent me to another location that offers no loaner vehicles and refuses to help. The vehicle had open recalls that were never completed, and the Carfax report provided was inaccurate. I am now paying out of pocket for repairs because nothing they claimed was done actually was. They even refused to reimburse me for a basic oil change that was promised and never completed. Now it’s always “I can’t help,” but there were no issues or limitations when they wanted my money. Now I am dealing with an ongoing battle with the warranty to fix all the major issues with the vehicle. This was a bogus car and a bogus deal. Everything about this experience felt deceptive. Sales reps involved were Jaden and Derrick. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

First I would like to say we began using Thelen service in 2009 and were so happy with their service we used their body shop and went on to purchase a new 2018 Sedona from them. Unfortunately they are not the dealership and service department we were so happy with today. We had the service department troubleshoot and replace both headlight bulbs on our 2018 Kia Sedona. When we had to drive in the dark my wife noticed the driver side light was aiming at the ground. After spending around 150.00 I ended up making the proper repair myself. Then our window on our van was stuck in the down position and it was the actuator that was bad. They told me the cable was stuck inside the motor. I asked for my parts and they took their time finding them. There was no possible way the cable could be stuck in the motor. Per 2 other Kia service departments they stuck us for $400.00 plus in in needed repairs with no consultation. Then after the review phone call and my conversation with the service manager I was going to have the opportunity to receive a call from Mike Thelen which to this point he has not reached out to me.

GREAT EXPERIENCE at the service department today, I was scheduled to diagnose and repair my RAM tailgate. I arrived and settled in for a likely 1/2 day wait in the lounge. However, Jon (Service Manager) checked it out immediately and realized I only needed a $20 bushing. He installed it, lubricated all the tailgate bearings, and did not charge for his time. I was promptly out the door with my problem solved at a total cost of only $20.

When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted with a handshake and was treated as I was the only priority the advisor (Andy) had of the day. I was checked in and shown where the waiting area was. There was coffee, tea, cookies and water for refreshments and the waiting area was clean and quite. A short time later, Andy came to tell me that they needed to order a part for my truck and that if I would like, Chrysler would pay for a rental if I didn't want to drive my truck while waiting for the part. Once the part was in, it was promptly installed and I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Once I returned to pick it up, I was again warmly greeted and my truck was pulled around for me. I greatly appreciate the fantastic service and would recommend this service department to any and all who need their vehicles repaired. Thank You Bill Marsh!!!!

When financing fell thru on it they did everything possible to get me into a new vehicle. We purchased our first Van at Preferred in 2010 and followed up in 2017 with a Chrysler Pacifica. we have had them serviced when in Michigan entirely by Preferred and have been excessively pleased with the purchase procedures and service. In every way they have met or exceeded their words. In one instances we were scheduled to be leaving the state for a time when an accident threaten our plans. The Pacifica was a newly redesigned model and a check with Glass companies indicated tailgate glass was not readily available. Preferred body shop expedited shipment, replaced the glass and tailgate hinges and repaired other damage in three days resulting in but a one day delay. They have provided free oil changes and fast service. In every way we are confirmed Preferred Chrysler customers
