Sales staff were informative, friendly, knowledgeable and did not over push a sale. Sales staff answered all my concerns and explained reasoning for their answer. Sales staff helped setup a repair for my new vehicle prior to purchase. Part for repair arrived as stated by service staff. On my scheduled service day I arrived just prior to the appointment. Did have an issue with online check in and staff advised it was a “work in progress.” After checking for service had a comfortable place to wait. Refreshments were abundant and good. Had free WiFi while I waited. Was sent a text when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Invoice was straight forward and sent via email. Service staff was friendly and responsive ensuring I was greeted and taken care of. My vehicle was washed when I picked up the vehicle which was a wonderful touch for service. My only critique is it appears the service tech did not use gloves or had grease on their hands. My repair was an interior part and I found dirt/grease stains on my headliner where they made the repair. That was my only criticism of the whole process with this dealership. I believe the service mistake was very isolated and would still bring my vehicle back for additional service.

Damaged vehicle. - Jodi

We brought our vehicle there for a recall repair and they gave it back to us with front end damage after only having it for a few hours. They refused to repair or accept any responsibility for it while it was in their care. Not only was the bumper scraped and cracked, but license plate was torn in half. It had obviously been in a collision with another vehicle or stationary object.
