My most recent service appointment was great! In fact, I always have an awesome experience at Walser Toyota. From the moment that I check in with my service representative, Mike Alovera, everything always runs smooth and timely. Everyone, but especially Mike, is courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and flat out kind. I always feel that I can trust Mike to take care of my vehicles in the best way possible, without over selling me on service. I have been with Walser Toyota for almost 20 years. We are on our 7th Walser Toyota vehicle, I would not even think about buying, or servicing my cars anywhere else! As always, thank you Mike, and Walser Toyota for taking such good care of me!

Damaged vehicle. - Jodi

We brought our vehicle there for a recall repair and they gave it back to us with front end damage after only having it for a few hours. They refused to repair or accept any responsibility for it while it was in their care. Not only was the bumper scraped and cracked, but license plate was torn in half. It had obviously been in a collision with another vehicle or stationary object.
