I had an appointment to get my oil changed. Amy Tysdal... - jk
I had an appointment to get my oil changed. Amy Tysdal was my advisor. She brought to my attention that I needed additional filters changed that I was not aware of. I told her I had to wait for the car and that I had an appointment a little later on. The car was done on time & I was out of the door. I will be sure to ask for Amy the next time I need to bring my Buick Encore in.

Amazing Customer Service - MESSEXMARISSA122
This was my first time going to Laura to get a check engine light fixed on my car. They went above and beyond to help figure out what the problem was and a solution to it. Kevin was the guy who helped me understand what was wrong with my car and walked me through the steps on how to fix it and turn it into my warranty. I will definitely be going back to Laura to get anything fixed on my car! Would recommend everyone to go to Laura.
Hassle Free - NBaker
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Belton Auto Credit. Ron (who is sadly retired) was beyond amazing with our first vehicle. Never felt pressured in to buying and always friendly and helpful. Jim has been great with our second vehicle, again friendly and helpful. Never had problems with either vehicle that was not easily and quickly taken care of. Jason and Sean (mechanics) go above and beyond in helping with repairs or just simple questions i may have regarding either vehicle, one of which is already paid off. I have recommended BAC and will continue to do so.
Excellent Service - dprintlady1

Oil change tire rotation - Blueman
Dropped my Sierra 1500 for an oil change and tire rotation. They completed the service and checked everything out. Got me the best pricing discounts they could find and informed me of upcoming services needed in the future.
They were not pushy and explained all the work performed and I was on my way. Would recommend them to anyone.
This review begins with me taking my Chevy Equinox in... - Landon_fisher
This review begins with me taking my Chevy Equinox in because the gas gauge stopped working. I was told the part needed to be ordered and would take a week to arrive. A little over a week passed and I was contacted on November 16th to schedule my car to be repaired with the earliest opening being on November 24th. I brought my vehicle in on the 24th and was informed that it was the wrong part and that they would need to order the correct one. I called back on December 10th to schedule a second time to bring in my vehicle to hopefully get it fixed. December 17th was the earliest that they had an opening so I took that appointment day. At this point my fuel gauge is working after this second trip to have it repaired. I was informed that it was actually a recall and I didn't owe anything which was good news after the issues with getting the right part. Fast forward to Christmas/ Dec 25th and I noticed my vehicle leaking gasoline at my sister in law's home as I filled up my car and her driveway has an incline which was how the leak or lack of a seal became known. I didn't have this issue prior to my vehicle being "repaired" which upset me to say the least after everything else that came before this point. I call December 28th as the service department was closed and informed Tyler of the issue. He and I agreed to that they could check it on December 30th. I brought it in and explained how I was parked when the leak happened and he said they would check it out. I called a little late in the afternoon as I hadn't heard anything. I was informed that they couldn't find the leak and then became busy. I agreed that they could keep it another day to find the leak. I got my car back on December 31st with the leak supposedly fixed. I decided to fill up my car today and now it leaks parked in my flat driveway. Very disappointing after all the time and trips. I'm hoping I don't have any further issues that I have to use them for.
I called the dealership back on January 5th very irrate that the leak still wasn't fixed. I was finally offered a loaner car while they attempted to fix the leak yet again. I dropped my vehicle off the morning of January 6th for them to work on it. I received my car back on the 7th as it was returned to me at my job. Which brings us to today. I filled up my tank and come to find out that my gas gauge is now wildly in accurate as when I go up an incline I had a reading of 3/4's full even though I literally filled up. No noticeable leaks were seen so I can only guess it's the fuel gauge. I took videos on the way home to document what I could and then documented it parked in my driveway to which the tank slowly and magically refilled itself slowly. Honestly I'm afraid to take my car back because I don't know what the next thing is that they will mess up while trying to fix one of their other mistakes.

horrible-they put a part in that was defective (turbo replaced) - oil poured out back according to service tech. they replaced part - again oil gone from car - now they say the pistons are bad and that was the problem all a long and will not accept responsibility for placing a defective part in my car. I had no problems with oil level before they placed defective part in my car. So disappointed!
Horrible service manager - Gordon family
originally service d for leaking sunroof.Sunroof seal replaced may 2019.. roof leaks worse than ever!! On 3rd trip back they have had car for 2 weeks. No loaner offered. We were told "if we take down negative review they could get me a loaner" then service manager Chris becAme very confrontational. Refusing to service vehicle and threatening $30 per day storage if I don't immediately come pick up my car. Very argumentative, and tryin to bully me! in years past, this WAS one of the best places in town.. sad to see bad employee s can ruin a reputation.. Dave Cross shame on you for employing this type of person.
Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing - But, tired for first
1st trip to service dept... Appointment was at 7am to drop off my truck and pick up a rental truck. Problem is the rental dept doesn't open until 730 (and he was late, didn't show up until 737). I had my employee meet me at the job site at 730 because I know it only takes a few minutes to drop it off and get the rental.
In addition, I told the guy in the phone that I have the extended warranty and out covers everything. Change the oil while it's here to have the other thing fixed. Well, they tried to charge me. They didn't see that I had multiple warranties not just one (I guess that's how it is) and apparently there's no way computers in this day and age can show that kind of information.
2nd visit.... Scheduled this appointment 3 weeks in advance because it's my work truck and I med it back as soon as possible. Made the appointment at 730 this time (fool me once...), told the guy the whole story about why I need it dropped off and why I need it back. The only noted in the system are to "talk to Mike", problem is mine didn't start work until 830.-then the guy who's helping me, tells me that it'll be a day or two baggie that even look at it... Obviously frustrated, I calmly pleed my case, too no avail. He tells me this it's how it is because its first come first serve.
They have no clue how to run the service dept. Terrible terrible service.
Probably several typos, I'm aggravated.
Great place to take your car if you want someone to break... - zachbailey7
Great place to take your car if you want someone to break your irreplaceable personal items and then try to hide them so you won’t notice when you pick up your car!
Terrible staff!!! - Duhhhh
The one they call Barry, yeah, joke! The finance guy, Traverse, joke number 2. 3 weeks in the waiting for a done deal. Returning the car because Barry can't fix the problem. He is your typical salesman. All about himself. Traverse needs a calculator to count his toes. Stay away!! Very far away!!
First time I took my SUV in for service the service... - Jatsr
First time I took my SUV in for service the service manger was Rude and talked down to me. That was my first and last time. I wouldn't take my vehicle back there under any circumstances. There are too many dealerships around to take their CRAP.
Stay far away - Madbuyer19
Stay far away from this dealership, they will lie to you to get your name on the contact. The service department is by far the most incompetent group that I’ve come across our vehicle has been in the shop for the same thing four times and they didn’t know how to address the issue. There’s an electronic issue with the information system that they can’t figure out, just stay away from this dealership they are willing to sell you what they have but they cannot repair what they sell.
The service is terrible. They only offer oil changes on... - me.matty8
The service is terrible. They only offer oil changes on Saturdays. You can not reserve a rental if there is something wrong with your vehicle. They just tell you to wait and see. I had a loose bolt on my brand new Silverado inside the manifold. The extended “bumper to bumper” warranty I purchased through them didn’t cover it. How is a loose bolt not covered? I guess the $1,900 charge they were sticking me with was a bit too high for them to cover. They then said if I had a complaint I had to call GM myself. Thanks for going to bat for me. GM then said they would cover some of it. They dropped it to $560. So I buy a warranty to cover YOUR mistakes then pay more for such mistake that was no fault of my own. Thanks Jim Trenary of Union for absolutely nothing. Oh and I’m still paying for the “warranty”
Service Department is an utter joke. - triggerhappier
In good faith I purchased a 2016 (in 2016) Malibu brand new off the lot and within 1 week the car had completely stalled and locked up throwing us from 50 mpg to 5 in about 1 second (I know that's not their fault) but we expect them to analyze and correct the problem as we purchased their extended warranty. At that point all the service department did was turn off the check engine light which does not generate a service record. It's 2019 now, check engine light still on, vehicle still stalling, service 2 days ago the service department turned off the check engine light and told my wife that it keeps coming on because she is on and off the gas pedals, what a complete crock. Between the purchase in 2016 the check engine light has never been off for more than a week and we have driven the car to Lottspeich (40 miles away) between 12 and 15 times, we had them print us out service record for our attorney and it printed out 4 records, which means ten times all they did was reset the check engine light. Every time we get a loaner they talk like we should be excited about it, it's embarrassing and I don't give a crap about the loaners. This service department is a complete joke and the management allowing this to happen to its customers will feel the burn one day.
I know they will reply with a generic statement about how highly they uphold their customer service, but we are done with customer service. We want a working vehicle and this deal that went down in 2016 has completely wasted years of our lives that we cannot get back. All we do is swap out vehicles and wonder when our car is going to lock up on the highway. Still to this day no resolution, nothing you can do at this point will make it right unless you give a refund for this piece of garbage you sold us and continue to sell us on, wasting yours and our time.
Bought 2020 Trax. After having less than 1 month,... - Samatha
Bought 2020 Trax. After having less than 1 month, transmission issues. 2-way call with business mgr, service mgr, and salesman called me at work and accused my son of "tampering" with vehicle. Never once told me this had been a service vehicle.
