As a long time Audi driver, this experience was among the best we have had. Brian made the closing process so easy and quick. Was amazing. He was not a typical closing guy. He made us feel like he was in it for our best interest. He believed in all of the warranty products and explains the pros and cons with succinct ability. We will be back!

I got a flat tire as I was going to great falls and Wolfe helped put my spare on since the tire was ruined. Unfortunately one lug nut in particular got stripped while putting the spare on and we didn’t find out until we replaced the tires later. Overall the staff is friendly we just had this incident where it would have been nice to know we needed to replace the lug nut. Wolfe also installed a side window and did a great job installing it. It would have been great to have got the exact tinted window as before but it’s nice to have an uncracked window overall!

From my initial inquiry on the phone with Shelby and Elaina, to my in-house appointment(s), I was treated with a welcoming voice on the phone. Upon my arrival, two staff greeted me with smiles as they opened the dealership doors. My sales rep, Tyrel, was waiting in the front foyer and asked if I was Micki his 1:15 appointment. Tyrel was very professional, friendly, informative and genuine. I appreciated his honesty, positive attitude and finding me the vehicle that was right for me. After my decision to purchase the vehicle, I had the pleasure to meet with Christina, who assisted me in completing the paperwork for my purchase. All in all, I was impressed with how the Kalispell Ford Dealership, along with the team members I was directly interacting with, I would recommend to family and friends to definitely stop in to your dealership when searching for a new or used vehicle.

Went to Lithia Ram in Billings to look at a used truck. We really wanted a new one and after a once over of the used truck we told the salesperson, EJ Ross, we wanted to look at the new one. EJ was great. He didn't push anything we didn't want and understood everything we were asking for. We now have a great new truck and made the buying purchase easy and actually enjoyable. We spent the better part of 2 weeks looking not only around town but at Lithia, and Kevin was patient and listened to all our wants, needs, and don't wants. Kevin was able to find us a vehicle that met all our needs. We found their in-house financing easy and reasonable. I highly recommend Kevin for his amazing customer service and diligence in finding us a vehicle.

Anna took us to our hotel and picked us up the next day, explaining the possibilities (knock sensor Or a new motor - all covered under an extended warrantee.) Being out of town, we were happy the team at Kia was able to replace the "knock sensor" - they had one in stock. Jenelle at the front desk was helpful, as well.

I recently had a disappointing experience with the - Stirminator

I recently had a disappointing experience with the service department at Missoula Nissan and feel it's important to share for the benefit of others. I brought in my 2015 Nissan Juke, which only had 38,000 original miles, due to what felt like transmission slipping. After inspecting the vehicle, the service manager informed me that the CVT transmission would need to be replaced at a cost of approximately $7,500. I was told this is a common issue with CVT transmissions and the miles do not matter as to when a CTV transmission will fail. Really, only 38,000 miles! As a potential first step, via voice call, they informed me of the transmission problem plus they offered to change the transmission fluid—for an additional charge—which I approved. When i picked up the vehicle, they nevver provided me with any quotes to replace the transmission. Unfortunately, the vehicle still exhibited the same symptoms after the service. Despite this, the car remained drivable, although it felt unstable and unsafe. A few days later, I received a follow-up call from someone by the name of Clay, at the dealership asking if I’d consider selling them the vehicle, which I declined at the time. Ultimately, I sold the vehicle to a private mechanic for $3,000. A few weeks later, I followed up with him, and to my surprise, he informed me that the transmission was not the problem at all. The issue was related to the fuel system, which had caused the car to enter limp mode. Once the fuel system issue was resolved and the computer reset, the vehicle was back to running normally. In total, I lost approximately $10,000 due to what I now believe was either a misdiagnosis or a failure to investigate the problem thoroughly. Given the dealership’s quick interest in purchasing the vehicle after their diagnosis, I can’t help but question their intentions. Based on this experience, I no longer consider Missoula Nissan to be a trustworthy or reputable service provider. I had previously considered purchasing a new vehicle from them, but after this incident, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I encourage others to seek a second opinion before authorizing any major repairs.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer. Went in to see about purchase of a new car and since they didn't have any, they pushed used cars on me. Salesman and finance person did not know the advertised price of cars. It was in fact a little odd and kinda scary how they acted. I wouldn't set foot in that place again or any dealership under the Butte Auto dealerships. It was comparable only to a sales pitch from the carnival people at the fair. very poor. Avoid.

I would never recommend them after the experience I have had. My wife andI would not recommend Bob Smith Motors under any circumstances at this point. My wife and I purchased a brand-new 2023 Mazda CX-5, and initially we were very happy with the vehicle and the buying experience. However, our experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. In early November, we contacted the dealership to cancel our extended warranty. We were told the refund would be processed and sent by the end of November, which we felt was reasonable. November came and went, and no refund was received. I left a message with Mike and never received a return call. My wife also called multiple times, leaving messages that went unanswered. Eventually, we were put in contact with Kevin, who initially addressed my wife’s questions and assured us the issue was resolved. Again, we waited—but still no refund. Now, at the end of December, we have yet to receive the refund. My wife has continued calling with no resolution. When I finally spoke with Kevin directly, he stated he was not aware that my wife had canceled the warranty. After our conversation, he told me he would overnight the check. He said he would send me with a tracking code, and I still have not received this. The check has still not arrived. At this point, the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability is unacceptable. I would never recommend any Bob Smith dealership after this experience. I will be sharing this experience on every review platform available and will continue contacting the dealership until this matter is resolved.
