From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, communicative, and just genuinely easy to work with. One thing that really stood out to me is something I personally look for. I have my own “hoodie and sweats test” for customer service. I came in dressed super casual on purpose, and Lenny didn’t judge me for a second. Same level of professionalism, same level of attention from start to finish.
