This is the worst dealership. Ragh will lie to you and the financial guy will just throw papers in your face to make a sale. I bought a 2026 Hyundai Tucson. I wasn’t happy with it so I went to Subaru, they did a car fax on it, it was in a front end accident and they bought it at an auction, so needless to say I was taken advantage of. Stay away from this dealership!!! They are shady. The service department is nasty too. I’m beyond happy with my Subaru! They were fantastic. Go to Subaru or Volkswagen for your next car. They will treat you like family and not take advantage of you and the service department is excellent and very friendly.

The service Manager always has the time to discuss and review the reason for service leaving me supremely confident. They have never disappointed me. Great Service. Worst service experience I’ve ever had. The maintenance prices are ridiculously expensive even after paying for a warranty, which honestly feels pointless at this point. What made the experience even worse was the assistant manager, José Colon. Instead of trying to help or find a solution, his attitude was basically “it is what it is, if you don’t like it don’t come back.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I genuinely cannot understand how someone with that attitude is in a management position. Customer service should be about helping people, not dismissing them when there’s an issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is our third Silverado from this dealership and this was the easiest transaction. We noticed the improvements in all areas, Trade value, finance etc. We came in just to see what our options were and walked out a few hours later with our "26 Silverado RST. No Pressure. Jay Gomez was great. And Brian got us into a new insurance carrier with greater coverage for $180 less per month. Bonus!

But along with that came such friendly, welcoming staff with some real knowledge and expertise. I never felt pressured or coerced by the sales associate like I have in the past. I recommend them to all who I know are searching for a car or SUV. And the fact that they have an actual dog park on the property is the icing on this very well-baked cake! I was clearly sold a Defective car which the Dealership refuses to help me with! These guys are crooks who dont mind selling you a Lemon.

I left my 2021 Atlas Cross Sport at Teddy Volkswagen on March 12, 2026 for a dashboard warning showing the emergency call system was not working (a safety feature). I was told diagnostics would take 24–48 hours. After multiple follow-up calls and no returned messages, I eventually learned a part had been ordered and a Volkswagen Technical Assistance case opened. I picked up my vehicle on March 14 and was told I would be contacted when the part arrived. I have still received no update and no repair timeline, and the safety system remains unresolved. Communication from the service department was extremely poor. If a dealership keeps a customer’s only vehicle for diagnostics, they should at minimum provide updates and follow through. I am currently working with Volkswagen Customer Care to resolve this issue.

Extremely Disrespectful Experience Avoid This Dealership I had a scheduled appointment on June 12, 2025, and drove in from Queens specifically to test drive a vehicle we were seriously interested in. Despite confirming our intent ahead of time, we were told upon arrival that no test drive plates were available because the dealership was closing. This was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of our time. To make matters worse, the sales representative we dealt with was shockingly unprofessional rude, dismissive, and even used foul language toward my husband during the conversation. It was the most disrespectful experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. Customer service and basic courtesy should never be optional especially for serious buyers. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. We’ve taken our business elsewhere and won’t be returning.

I have had my vehicle serviced there for about the last 2 years. For the last 6 months I developed a very slow leak of oil in the driveway. I reported it three times and each time nothing was found. Finally I decided to crawl underneath and take a look myself. In about 15 seconds I found the rear PTU leaking. How it was never spotted was beyond me. I had also complained a couple times of a rattle underneath the driver's side. Each time nothing was found. While looking for the oil leak I found one of the splash shields was missing a clip and was not secure. Once I told them where the oil leak was they confirmed it and ordered parts. What I didn't realize is they don't have loaners. Although the vehicle is under warranty I am responsible for the rental which does not reimburse the full amount. They do not have loaners though they will likely need the car for more than a day. Not sure who they have looking at these cars but I'm never coming back.

Dealer a joke, I had to pay both the same month for my old lease and the new one because it fell on the day after payment, even though I'm a repeat customer. Payment huge for a 2024 Kia Seltos. Car is like cracker jack box car, constant issues since I got it and the service center is awful. You can wait weeks for minor issues and they offer an uber home. What good is that if you work. I'm so dissatisfied with them and this car!

I came in at 5pm and left at 11pm with my car you talking about service. My time waiting was an experience it self lol Scott kept me entertained lol we talked about so many different things 😅 my mom had a great time sitting in the dealership enjoying Scott. I must say again the staff was the best part of buying my car. After I get approved I test drove the car and signed the papers. I only spent less than an hour at the dealership. And also Victor (service dept.) who helped me during my car services. This 2 guys are professional and courteous.

Worst place to buy a car. I bought a car at the end of September 2023. Eight months later, I still have no title. The title they tried to give me has an 8k mile difference from what is on the car. When I spoke with them in February, they were going to fix it. I have called countless times and left messages. They reject my call and refuse to call me back to fix this error.
