I had a very complicated issue with my car. I called and spoke to the service manager. You understood my problem. He then got what the general manager who also understood my problem. They took wonderful care of me in my car. They went beyond the call of duty. They were totally awesome.

Tried to buy out my lease after three years. Salesman said I had to buy an extended warranty or the bank would not give me a loan to buy out the car. My bank said it was a scam banks had no such requirement. Total lie. Be careful dealing here.

I purchased a car from Riverhead Toyota very recently, my salesman was Ali Shah. Ali was very, very helpful in my decision to purchase a Rav4 vehicle that was for sale at Riverhead Toyota dealership. The first thing was the dealer location was approximately 2 hours driving distance from where I live. I asked Ali if he could send me a phone recording of the car and he did. I explained that the distance was a barrier to the sale because if I didn't like the car or something went awry with my trade-in purchase, I could have taken a rather long trip for nothing. Ali obliged to drive the car to me. After seeing the car on video and reading the Carfax report everything looked great. I also provide photos of my trade-in vehicle and it was also in pristine condition. Ali dropped the vehicle off to me, we did the paperwork and exchanged keys and I have to tell you I got the car of my dreams only because of Ali. Thank you, Ali. The sales part of this company is amazing. Frank went out of his way to do everything he could to make the car buying process as easy as possible... the service center on the other hand is a joke. I needed some work done and Brett asked me if I could be there at 8 o’clock. I told him no and it would have to be 8:30-8:45 and we agreed on that time. Fast forward 1 week to my appointment I walked in at 8:43 and was greeted with a snippy attitude and was informed that I was suppose to be there at 8. Brett took my car into the shop and proceeded to bad mouth me to another person in the shop and talk about how mad he is. Very unprofessional service and I will never be returning here again.

I had such an amazing experience at FOGG'S! The people are all wonderful, kind, funny, hard working. The grounds are clean, neat and safe. The building was immaculate and welcoming. Marcus was my salesman and he was outstanding! He was funny, nice, and listened to everything I said. He did not try to speak over me, did not try to push me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. He was helpful and thorough. I had had a very bad prior experience with a different car sales place so when I arrived I was a bit nervous and apprehensive. I am a female and I was by myself. I soon realized I had nothing to worry about at FOGG'S. From the minute you walk through the door you feel welcomed and at ease. No one gets in your face, no one tries any high pressure sales tactics. My whole experience with FOGG'S was fantastic and my Rogue is exactly what I wanted & is beautiful! I will definitely be returning to FOGG'S for all future car needs and I am planning to recommend FOGG'S to any friend or family member in the market for a vehicle. I found a new grand highlander from them, I called them and asked if they would sell out of state. They said yes. They sent me an email with detailed pricing. I asked to put a deposit on the vehicle, which they said they can’t do until it is in freight mode. I said Ok, call me asap and I will put it down immediately. They just called me and told me that the vehicle had been sold to someone locally because those people are allowed to put down a deposit. I specifically asked them if they would sell this vehicle to someone out of state. Don’t appreciate being lied to by Kimberly Taylor and the sales managers at Williams Toyota of Binghamton.

I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

Louie was phenomenal to work with in buying my new 2024 RAM 2500. I have never had a more pleasant no non-sense experience at any dealership anywhere and I have been to tons of them. This last time I visited more than 15 dealerships and called at least 25. I inquired at more than 40 online and when I finally called Wally’s and Louie answered he proved dealerships still do an honest business and want to sell vehicles. I made my 1 and only offer on the truck based on what I could spend. Louie presented the offer to management and they accepted it. I got an incredible deal and treated with nothing but respect throughout the entire process. Louie even went out of his way to make sure my every request was handled. Made the 6 hour drive from my home there 100% worth it. Even their service guys went out of their way to help me out as I had to tow my other vehicle home on an auto transport behind my new truck and I needed to have my ball flipped over so I could lower it to get a better tow for the 6 hour trip back home. I will be pleased to take my business to Wally’s CDJR when I need my next truck. They were fantastic.

I want to applaud the Service Manager at Nissan of Yorktown Heights! His name Chris Risnes. He has only been there about 6 months. Although the business is about cars, he is about the people! I believe with his leadership, and modeling excellent customer service, this very low non- rating by the BBB, will not only improve, but excel. Chris went above and beyond to resolve a serious issue I had with my Nissan. I did not have transportation to the service department, and my car had the kind of problem that was a true safety issue. Chris did not delay, put off, make excuses, try to upsell, he went out of his way, came to where I live, left his car and took my car to the service department to be fixed. It took a day longer than he thought it might to get the part. He called me and let me know as soon as he knew. He called me the next day also to share an update. And he called when he was on his way back with my car. Elizabeth, who was at the service desk and took my call, also showed exemplary customer service ... she did not try and "get rid of me', listened to my story, and immediately went and talked to Chris, explained my story and he returned my call within a half hour. Both Chris and Elizabeth made me feel like they would find a solution, no matter what... not more obstacles. If your experince in the service department has felt lacking, prior to 6 months ago, please at least give those two folks a shot... they made all the difference in my experience as a customer needing assistance!

The most unscrupulous dealership. Stay away!!! Prices are bait and switch here, and rise every time you speak to the sales staff. At signing, they asked to see my down payment and then served me paperwork 20% above the deal we struck. When I wouldn’t sign, they wouldn’t return what would’ve been my down payment. It took months and countless visits to get my money after they had sold the car to someone else
