I recently leased a car through jeep Chrysler dodge in riverdale and I want to highlight the excellent service I received from Derrick Bennet . From the beginning, they were professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was that Derrick Bennet never pressured me into rushing the process. Never been here, absolutely positive. Ashley was straight forward perfect. Ron in finance was awesome as well. Methodically went through the paperwork A to Z explaining details. We got stuck on the warranty I wouldn't budge. Stretching our budget out alot ackually, we did finally get to an agreement. Never been to Della, great place to buy from. Felt relaxed and not pressured. Once I feel the hammer at other dealerships we have gotten up and walked out.

Very bad customer service very disappointed after making purchase of my used vehicle Sold me a vehicle with transmission issue and few other problems as well every used car as per NY law dealership suppose to give 30 days warranty but they let you deal with manufacturers warranty very rude behavior from sales person and the sales manger didn’t provide his name but I would say bigger names With no respect for customer concerns when I call them after picking up the car answer was go to the manufacturer they can’t do anything since it’s non Lexus car to me they should not be selling non Lexus vehicles if they can’t help customers very disappointed with their response .i hope no one else has to go through like this less than a weeks my car at the repair shop for 4 days and selling dealership can’t do anything they already said I have to deal with it they won’t take the car back either very professional behavior.

The salesperson "Gran" was adamant about pushing me into buying or leasing a new car. After going back and forth between us and the "manager", we tried explaining the maximum amount I could finance & he wasn't having it. "That's not gonna work" was said to us more times than I cared to hear. What do you mean "it's not gonna work"?! There were plenty of used cars on that lot that fell into my price range. He wasn't having it. Kept pushing us. So we got up to walk out. The next thing I know "Gran" is dropping f-bombs!!! And when my husband responded to his outrageous language, "Gran" tried coaxing him into a physical altercation!!! He said "Let's take this outside!" My husband said "Neither of us are Spring chickens. I don't think you want to do that." Gran says "Let's take this off-property!" "We'll go across the street!" "I'll knock your head off!" We're already almost to the door and this guy is walking after us, threatening my husband!!! My husband asked "What are we, in high school?!" and we walked out. I was floored!!! I'm still in shock! I may have to file a police report & go to court for an order of protection. This guy knows everything about me! Full name, SSN, where I live, where I work. It's extremely concerning to me!

Worst place to buy a car. I bought a car at the end of September 2023. Eight months later, I still have no title. The title they tried to give me has an 8k mile difference from what is on the car. When I spoke with them in February, they were going to fix it. I have called countless times and left messages. They reject my call and refuse to call me back to fix this error.

Highly Disappointed with the sales department. Tico told me that the car I purchased was eligible for a EV tax credit, but he lied. Cars that are leased and are not assembled in the US are not eligible. My car was delivered with a huge chip, covered in paint. No one will take responsibility to repair this. Even the sales manager does not follow through after the sale. It’s too bad the owner is not aware of these issues. Karp ‘s best employee is Donna who helped me with paperwork I needed. She gets 10 stars.

Received incredible service from every staff member I spoke with and who helped me. Jared assisted me tremendously in picking the right car, and detailed all of the specifics of the process and the car itself extremely well. Every interaction we had was genuine and made the entire car buying process super easy and comfortable. Alejandro guided me through financing the car, and he gave an amazing breakdown off a plan that worked best for me. He just like Jared was very knowledgeable and they were both incredibly friendly and professional. From the moment I first got to the front desk to when I drove the car off of the lot, the process was enlightening, informative, and easy. Thank you to the entire Garden City Mazda Team!

My electric truck has been in this shop since July 3rd. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received so far if you could even call it service. There’s been zero communication unless initiated by me asking for updates. The most recent correspondence from them was that they had not fixed my truck, that the HYBRID battery was bad (I do not have a hybrid vehicle, 100% electric) and that I would receive an update today. At this point there is gross negligence happening at this dealership, by both the mechanics and the office staff. I would NEVER recommend anyone coming here for any type of repair. If this wasn’t a company fleet truck I would have bailed WEEKS ago.

I would avoid. First, communication was bad, came in having seen a vehicle that they advertised that we wanted, confirmed it was what we wanted and stated we wanted to buy it. I understand that the profit margin and sales commission on a $14K vehicle is probably considerably less than an brand new $70K vehicle, but the sales team seemed uninterested at best in assisting and had a hard time getting phone calls returned while going through the purchase and financing of it. If you don't want to be bothered selling used vehicles, stop selling them. Secondly, from the time I purchased it the transmission felt as if it may be low on fluid or in need of servicing. It's a sealed transmission so I was unable to check the fluid level myself so made an appointment to bring it in while it was under NY state used car warranty. I made an appointment because they advised the worker who does transmission work wasn't in all the time (understandable), and I had to pay for a rental car so I had a vehicle while being worked on so wanted it at the shop for as shot a time as possible. Dropped it for service, then in 3 days, after several rounds of failed phone tag, I stopped past the shop (and by "stopped by" I mean drove the hour from home because nobody could answer the phone and when they did, nobody called me back again) to be told they hadn't even looked at it yet. Two days later I get called and told it's good, nothing wrong with it, service manager stated that he took it for a drive himself and claimed it to be on the, "one of the smoothest driving Journey's'" (his words) that he'd ever driven. I was kind of mad to have paid for a rental car for most of the week only to have it looked at 5 days after being dropped off but I figured, its done, I have the car back, we'll just move on. The transmission continued to feel off but I assumed perhaps Dodge Journey's just weren't a smooth driving car. This all occurred approximately two months ago. This week I took the vehicle for brakes and had the mechanic point out a very minor leak from the transmission, one he surmised could have existed for weeks or months due to the leak being very minor and transmission fluid having been spattered some distance down the length of the undercarriage of the vehicle. Having this pointed out, and having noticed minor fluid drippings in the driveway for the last couple months that I had previously blamed on my older vehicle, I did a visual check an confirmed no leak from my other vehicle, only the transmission of the Journey. With these new findings and the dismissive nature of the service staff and manager, I cant help but wonder if a test drive or even a basic visual inspection of the transmission was completed to begin with. Another Dodge dealer in the area advised transmission service on the vehicle will be $500-800 so I understand why the staff of Armory would blow me off rather than complete work under warranty but it doesn't make it right. Now here I am, a week before an intended family vacation struggling to not only find a shop to complete service this week, but also figuring out how to afford it when it seems this issue should have been detected and repaired by Armory in the week that they had it in their shop. I'd suggest suggest looking elsewhere if in the market for a vehicle or for service on an already owned vehicle.
