Called the Service Department and Joh Powell was efficient in getting me in that same day, diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. I came back the very next day and he had me in and out in a matter of 30 minutes! John was the model of EXCELLENT customer service and communication! I have purchased 40 vehicles in my lifetime and this has been a very pleasurable experience. Alex Pablo was my salesperson. He is a regular guy that I found to be honest, sincere, and keeps his word. He is very easy to converse with. We did most of the buying process by email, as I am from out of state, so I was in and out quickly. He was prompt in getting back to me, answering al my questions. The GM checked with me a couple times to make sure I was happy, and the finance manager was very personable and processed the numbers and explained everything so even I could understand. There was no stress whatsoever, which is rare when buying a vehicle. I got a great car at a fair price. Alex stayed late to make sure I got on the road safely, explaining what all the buttons do, and followed my to a gas station to fill up my tank. I had fun buying my dream car and was not nervous at all.

This is a little belated because we purchased our Jeep in February but it still bothers me the way the sale went. We purchased a very expensive used Jeep Unlimited with the dual top option. During the test drive and negotiations it was discussed how nice the soft top would be with us living at the beach. After getting home with the Jeep it was apparent over half of the soft top components were missing. The dealers remedy to this was to give us 150 dollars back when the top was going to cost us over 1500 dollars. What we came to discover was the manager knew the top was incomplete and did not reveal that fact to us or the sales person. Very disappointed and they have lost all my future business

Dealer where I purchased the truck for what ever reason could not get the transmission part that needed replaced under recall. I called the 800 number on the recall notices, Patricia found what I needed at Deacon Jones in Smithfield. I also purchased some exterior accessories from DJ.
Everyone was polite and the recall items were taken care of, even though I did not purchase the truck from them.. A few days later i had them install accessories. Thought the price was a bit steep, though the job was done well. Deacon Jones will get my future service needs outside what was offered included with the new truck purchase..

Poor Quality Control in Service Department - Dodge Guy
First experience a few months back, got an oil change and axle replaced under warranty. When I picked up my truck, there was a large spot of grease on my cloth seats (truck was still pretty much brand new with no stains anywhere). They did clean the seat, but the stain still remains. Overall not a bad experience, just frustrating that no one saw the spot and they didn't clean it all the way.
2nd experience August4, 2020 - Took truck in for oil change and transmission leak. Specifically told two people (during appointment set up and when I dropped off) DO NOT rotate my tires. I had just got new wheels 3 weeks ago and did not want them damaged and the tires did not needed rotated yet. They rotated them anyway and went through my glove box to find the key for the wheel lock. One wheel was nicked a little and they left out one of the chrome screws on the center cap. They removed my hitch and did not put it back and cannot find it. Plastic seat cover and floor mat were left in the truck for me to dispose of. The counter folks were nice enough, but the QC needs a lot of improvement.
