I am a repeat customer. I worked with Ritchie in internet sales. Ritchie was quick to respond to all my questions. They made some changes to the vehicle for me that were over and above a normal trade in. There was no haggling I got a fair offer from the start. The truck was gassed up and ready for a test drive when I arrived, there was no waiting at all. Ritchie had all the paper work in order and I was in and out in a little over two hours. Ok, today is 10/10/19. Went in to have my shift bushing recall done, was told it's the "remedy". I see no evidence or anything online to validate it's a "remedy". But what happened after they were done blew my mind.
Before the repair I instructed that I had replaced the air filter, one of them wrote on my work order that I "declined" the multipoint inspection. The repair for the recall took roughly an hour. I was waved over and walked to my car and I observed in my opinion nervous smiles directed at me. A service employee parked my car and had to see the "issue" i'm about to discuss!!! So before I drove off I did my own inspection, the check engine light was on! I turned it off, restarted and the check engine light is still on. I shut it down and walked back inside, advised the check engine light was on.Monica Hunolt immediately advised me that the bearing being replaced shouldn't cause the check engine light to come on, of course I agreed and stated it wasn't on before they touched it. Another mechanic came out with the code reader and advised me it was the "manifold sensor" his EXACT words. He then walked away, as a couple gathered around a computer screen, so I popped the hood and immediately saw the snap was pulled back and unit had been unplugged. The mechanic ran right over to it, I never said a word. He plugs it back in. I asked him why was it unplugged in the first place. He said he had to take off the plastic cover to replace the recall part. I will note, that part is no where near and that sensor is installed on the breather tube closer to the firewall.
I'm not sure if the sensor is supposed to be loose, but it is now and rattles. I'm 59 years old and was a Senior Driver for Dynamic Science Inc and TERO TEK Intl.. I tested, maintained and repaired experimental vehicles for the military.

NOTE:A GUY FROM Gerry Wood called and almost had me convinced it may have been a mistake until he tried to tell me the cover and tube were attached and it had to be removed. I was looking right at it as he went through more xxxxxxxx. Anyways, they said "manifold sensor" even though it was attached to the air breather tube, he told me what it actually was, I already knew and caught them in another LIE! I'm stating what happened and what was said to me, and have to wonder why would a multi million dollar company do this to people? Again, hypothetical question. However after reading other negative reviews I conclude this is a regular occurance and it's not the first time it happened to me at this business, but it's the last time!!!

They never turned in the lease or paid it off. People said stay away, should have listened. Go to any dealership but this one.

Took my Jeep to the dealership for some repairs and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and were able to answer any questions that I had. They took time to explain what was going on and what needed to be repaired to remedy the problems. The shuttle drivers were great. Sometimes taking a vehicle to the shop is nerve wracking, but this visit was not a pain at all. I recommend the service department and I won’t hesitate to go back there.

Almost impossible to get to answer a phone call. Fail to return phone calls. Fail to follow up on issues when you actually do speak to some one. Can never see your vehicle in a timely manner even if it has completely stopped running due to defective parts. All this while under warranty. As one of the only Ram dealers in the Winston Salem area you are forced to deal with them for warranty issues. Completely incompetent with horrible customer service and not at all concerned about it.

I have always been more than satisfied with service at White's. Because they do not always tell me I need additional work, I am confident that when they do indicate a need, it is legitimate, not a money grab. Often an inspection results in "Everything fine, nothing needed." This is unlike my previous car that every oil change resulted in several hundred dollars of work needed. I think the integrity of service at White's will keep me a customer there.
