Customer service was amazing. As soon as we walked in, we felt comfortable. No one was pushy and we were greeted very politely. We had called previously and were directed to Frank. Frank was going to go above and beyond and stay after you closed but we refused to make him do that. We shot him a last minute call and he fit us in during working week hours. You guys have a gem having Frank on your team. He is a salesman but his personality and way of approaching a sale was very genuine and kind hearted. As a woman buying a car, he made me feel like he would have done just what he did for me for someone in his family. He broke down every single cost in "elementary terms" and was very patient as I called family to make sure I was doing the right thing. He listened to my wants and executed. Again, he listened versus just trying to make a sale on something that was not exactly what I liked. The Keffer family has a wonderful, family based business, and I could not be any happier with my experience and my brand new Jeep Wrangler. Thank you for bringing me aboard the Jeep Family.

I was looking for a specific Chrysler Pacifica. After looking at the numbers, my wife and I decided to talk it over as it was a little more than my budget allowed. I called back the next day and made a more reasonable counter offer that was much more than my original budget, but definitley a fair deal after doing more research. Ultimately, Betty Hurd did everything she could and we reached a deal. Also, Mike Foye (Sales Manager) was excellent and extemely outgoing. I have to tell you that the Chrysler Pacifica is a terrific van and we are so happy we did not go with our 2nd choice. The car is totally worth it and we are so happy with everyone at National Dodge. We had no expectations to buy if the deal wasn’t right and immediately upon engaging with our sales associate, Greg Davis, all of our concerns quickly went away as he was very transparent, honest and friendly. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of. He listened to our list of must-have’s versus like to haves and brought very appealing options to the table for us to consider within those parameters. Not only that but we felt the dealership was fair in the trade in value they gave us for our car. All in all we were in and out start to finish within a few hours all with our five-year-old who could be a bit ornery in tow. The kids room, popcorn and drinks were a bonus to keep little guy from running amok while Greg‘s demeanor was helpful, patient and kind throughout the transaction. Would highly recommend working with Greg and this dealership in the future!!

Have been to this dealership twice for warranty recalls. The service advisor Carrie Bost was quick to answer questions I had concerning the recall notice. Carrie assisted me learning the scheduled maintenance chart and other items relating to my newly purchased used vehicle. Even though my purchase was at another dealership I will definitely have any repairs and service at this dealership. Carrie even went over oil changes specials that will assist in saving money. I worked with sales manager, Derek Brown to find an affordable, preowned Chrysler Pacifica in good condition for my son and daughter in law who are currently stationed in Jacksonville, NC. They knew what they wanted, but they could not find the Pacifica in a price point that would fit their allotted budget. Derek jumped in feet first to help them with this purchase. Not only did he have the perfect Pacifica for them, but it fit under their price point!! We then met Dylan Lamm, their sales professional, who is not only extremely knowledgeable on the product, but is also very easy to deal with during the process. A consummate professional from beginning to end. The last part of the process took place in the business office where Matt Ellis took excellent care of them. He was not pushy at all, and he explained the extended service contract that they purchased on their Certified Preowned Chrysler Pacifica in detail. He even answered some of my questions, and he was very courteous throughout the entire process. Alex and Micah could not be happier with their new vehicle! It has everything they wanted and some awesome extras, it is in pristine condition, and most importantly it fit in their budget! What a terrible dealership in general. Especially customer service from every employee. From day 1, couldn’t get anyone to return my calls and voicemails and if I did, they would say they would call me back. I’ve had multiple transactions from this dealership before and I thought I would get treated better on this 3rd transaction. So this time I was selling a car to the dealership. I was made an offer. I declined at the time. Called into the dealership and spoke to the used car manager about the offer. Was told I could come in and they would honor the original offer. Brought the car in. Had 70 more miles on it than when I was in 9 days before. The used car manager couldn’t offer me the same. I even had it detailed for them. They went back on their word. They will tell you anything they want you to hear on the phone to get you in the door. I have family that is looking to buy a new Wrangler and I will make sure they do not come here. You’ve lost a great customer due to your lies and lack of customer service from multiple people at your dealership and future new car purchases.
ALSO, I was owed back money from them purchasing my vehicle and was promised they would call me by Wednesday of that next week to have me come pick up the check. I called Saturday morning and it took the 6th call for someone to actually say I can come by to get it. Everyone else said they would call me right back and then when I called back after hours of waiting they made up another excuse. What a shame this dealership is.

From start to finish this dealership offered the best customer service. They didn't have what we were looking at listed or on the lot BUT they found us the perfect truck in no time. Only hours later too. Our sales guy Aaron "Will" Williams was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. Even after closing time, he stayed and worked with us. Want to thank also our Sales Manager Brian Coneal for is assistance and talking with my husband about the trade. As a truck family the trade was important to us. Thank you to their GM, Jacob Amos for his help as well. We were so happy with the dealership we went back the next day and bought a Hell Cat from Will. When you go in ask for Will. He was a pleasure to work with. Appointment for test drive turned into>>> - BLURAYKING
Made appointment with Internet Manager to test drive 2017 Honda Accord Coupe but after an hour of driving to them it was sold hours earlier. Never got a phone call on it. They had 5 other people looking at it. Was never told of this. I had certified check in hand to buy right then and there. If they had told me of 5 other people was looking at it that very day, I would bought on the spot when I set up time to test drive it. The sales person they had for me had NO idea it was already sold. Very poor communication on their part and waste of my time and gas.
