I went into this evolution prepared for a heated bartering battle. I cant say anything but good things about my purchase on 4 Dec 2018. I had made contact beforehand and identified a truck. When I arrived they had the truck parked at the front of the dealership, no walking around required. I was met at the door by Jeff Harper and I was treated with respect and courtesy. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from National Dodge and this is by far the best experience of the the 3 purchases. As a side note, I bought a top of the line vehicle with all of the bells and whistles, when I compared the sale proce with other dealerships, National Dodge was $3000 to $5000 cheaper. I AM NOT A DODGE EMPLOYEE, THIS ISAN HONEST REVIEW!!!!

I had been looking for a 4WD vehicle for a while with the coming snow in Virginia and all the rain, flooding, and mud I've had to deal with the past few months. I had been looking at Honda Elements for a little while and found one 40 miles from me in Kernersville. My wife and I made the trip and arrived after 7 PM and met with Dave after mentioning that we had talked with Angela online. The car was on their secondary lot where they process new vehicles and he said it closed at 6 PM but we might be able to look at the car or possibly get in if it was unlocked. He drove us over in his truck to take a look and he was able to get the keys for us since the building was still open because a couple employees were working late. We got to take the car for a spin around their lot and everything ran great. We noticed an issue with the car (fog lights were not working) and he had them check it out the next day. Since they couldn't repair it, the dealership took more off the price the price they quoted me online.
Dave is truly a friendly, helpful, and wonderful person. He was up front about everything. Anyone that believes car salesmen are only out for themselves have never met Dave. While my wife and I would never buy a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram (personal preference that Hondas and other non-American brand cars are higher quality vehicles), if we ever need another used Honda and this dealership has what we're looking for and at the price we want to pay, we wouldn't hesitate to come back and buy it from David Maxson!

Have been to this dealership twice for warranty recalls. The service advisor Carrie Bost was quick to answer questions I had concerning the recall notice. Carrie assisted me learning the scheduled maintenance chart and other items relating to my newly purchased used vehicle. Even though my purchase was at another dealership I will definitely have any repairs and service at this dealership. Carrie even went over oil changes specials that will assist in saving money. Great customer service.

It deserves a rating of a million plus...
Right from the beginning of my shopping experience with your dealership...via phone. The professionalism exuded was very courteous. Jeff Beam did an extraordinaire job of listening without interruptions...heartfelt, with concerns of understanding exactly what I wanted. Plus, Jeff made me feel like he was working in behalf of my interest. Talking to me as "valued client"...versus...just a customer.
Lastly, Jeff's product knowledge was very spot-on. Plus, easy to absorb and comprehend.
As for Eddie Daye...He contractile the deal, of securing exactly what I needed in behave of Jeff being off the day I called to switch chassis length. Teamwork amongst staff. A rare quality exhibited in stereotype dealerships. But...Kudos...to the North Point's culture, ambiance and atmosphere rooted, beyond brick & mortar. All and all, due to my awesome pleasant experience at North Point. The 540 mile journey to that dealership was worth every dollar spent. Time included. Let me end by saying. Whatever, the dealership is paying Jeff Bean & Eddie Daye. They possess those two individuals "at a bargain." So, the dealership as well the Dodge Ram Division...should be very grateful, to have those two represent product, services as well the dealership. Very happy to have purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X from Jeff Williams and the team at Leith Jeep. Jeff was friendly from the start and very knowledgeable about the Jeep's powertrain, features, and functions. He entertained two test drives separately for my wife and I over a few days, kept my daughter occupied with jokes and a coloring book, and even gave her a couple bucks for the vending machine when the buying process got into the evening hours!
Overall we had a great experience at Leith Jeep. I have to say, this was the first time that I received a fully transparent offer on an automobile without having to ask for it from the Sales Manager. (including the price of the car, They walked me through 1 small section outlining the MSRP, rebates, trade-in value, cash to be paid, and FINAL total to be paid... BEFORE I sat down with the Finance Manager.
This is our 3rd Jeep since 2012 and we'll certainly be back again. Thanks for all your help and Happy Holidays!

First off I will never ever take my Jeep anywhere else. Everyone in the service department is top notch especially Aaron!!! Even though it took a few weeks to jet my JKU back (not because of service Jeep proper) Aaron called me every few days go give an update. I received a loaner vehicle and forgot a very important item in the car to me and it was turned in and they called for me to pick it up.
I refuse to go anywhere else!!!!!

From start to finish this dealership offered the best customer service. They didn't have what we were looking at listed or on the lot BUT they found us the perfect truck in no time. Only hours later too. Our sales guy Aaron "Will" Williams was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. Even after closing time, he stayed and worked with us. Want to thank also our Sales Manager Brian Coneal for is assistance and talking with my husband about the trade. As a truck family the trade was important to us. Thank you to their GM, Jacob Amos for his help as well. My initial visit was having my Jeep towed in because of engine trouble. My son in-law recommended Black Said he had good luck there. DeShawn Robinson scheduled my truck for service. He was courteous and honest. I received an email from Mike Summers a day or two later. He offered some options if I was interested in a trade. We corresponded back and forth for a day or two. He worked very hard to get the kinks worked out. Remember, I live in Indiana. To me he went completely out of his way to help me make this transaction happen within my parameters and travel schedule. Chip, the finance guy also made me feel very welcome. These guys are good at what they do and it was very much appreciated.
