Nice people to deal with, just not the best communicators. I don't purchase vehicles frequently, and I was not familiar with the process, so it was a little frustrating. I drove the vehicle for two days without any insurance, because I apparently misunderstood what I was told. I didn't realize it was possible to finance or register a vehicle without having the proper insurance. Also, they tend to be slow to respond to text messages, which added to my frustration. However, they were accommodating and helpful when they did respond. Eventually, everything worked out very nicely. Thank you.

I made an appointment with service to have a door handle replaced and was given a quote for labor plus new part, so I knew what to expect. But when my car was ready I was told NO CHARGE. What??? They found the old door handle I'd left in the car, and decided I didn't need a new one. The old one just had a bolt that had come loose. They saved me around $225. I couldn't be more pleased to find an honest dealership I know I can rely on. Thanks, King Ford!

Saw a Maverick heading to one of their dealerships. Swung in to see if pre sold. Even on a Saturday with just salesman (Paul) and one manage it took a 10-20 minutes to confirm it wasn’t. Other dealership added to delay also. Drop my deposit. Confirmed delivery day as it was enroute. Came in on time. Had all paperwork set up for when I could get back to pick up car. Told them I wasn’t interested in any aftermarket or add ins. They didn’t bring up! Was in and out in under an hour even with a test drive. Feyer Ford Edenton was very easy to work with. Enjoyed buying the car from them.
