I have a very difficult schedule to work around and therefore require a lot of electronic communication (vs coming into the dealership). Mr. Julian London was the recepient of my initial electronic communication, and we could not be more thankful! He is incredibly responsive, very respectful, knowledgeable, and customer focused! We stopped by the dealership to look at a car, and it ended up not being exactly what we were looking for, so instead of giving up (like many dealerships would), he kept working with us and the end result - a much nicer car than we ever thought we could be in for the payment we were looking for - so we are ecstatic with our Lincoln MKX! We also had the pleasure of meeting Scott who was very genuine and ensured our visit met our expectations - which it far surpassed! Again, we could not be more happy and excited about how easy this car buying process was, and the car we drove away in! Will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade our other car and would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I spend days looking for Lincoln Navigators. I found several, but thought I would begin to go to dealerships with the closest to my home. I live about 1 hour from Capitol. I spoke with Paul Smith several times in reference to used vehicles they had on the lot. Once I settled on one, I made arrangements to go to the dealership to negotiate price and test drive a Navigator. I had gone on line and even made an offer through the website for the used car and had called ahead to verify that we were going to negotiate price, I didn't want to drive all the way up to the dealership and not be able to negotiate price. I also wanted to be able to take a test ride. I have never ridden in a Navigator and wanted to check the ride. I was told by Paul Smith that I was going to be able to test drive a Navigator. So now I have verified a test drive and the opportunity to negotiate price. I had also informed them that I had seen several cars online and was giving them first shot. I also told them I was without a car and need a car fairly quickly. When I arrived I was greeted by another salesman named Paul. I was immediately informed that because the car was at another one of their locations that they don't negotiate price and that I had to pay full list price on the vehicle. A vehicle priced $8,000.00 above the going price for a similar vehicle. When I told him I was not willing to pay such a price I was informed that they only had $1000.00 in profit on the car when transferred from the other dealership, ( I use to be a car salesman and am aware that an internal transfer is not restricted from price negotiation.I have done just such negotiations with other dealerships on other vehicles.) The salesman then proceeded to get the manager. He now tells me that he only has $330.00 he can move on the price of the car. Now I get a lie directly to my face by the manager. We go back and forth in what I felt about their business practices for a few minutes. I then give up, realizing I was not going to be buying a car today and never from this dealership. I then requested, at least after an hour drive, I could get the test ride in the vehicle. I was then told they had no Navigator available for a test ride on the lot. Just another lie. It seems this dealership feels it is okay to lie to customers, deceive people and take advantage of a situation where they new I was desperate for a vehicle.

This is the 8 or 9th car I've bought at Cella. As usual, everyone was most helpful and answered all my questions. This time the 2018 Taurus was the car I have been waiting for, all the options were there, the color was right, Rufus made it happen. As the Taurus will not be made after March 2019, I have the one I wanted. My wife's car is a 2014 Mustang, so it won't be long before she is looking at my car and wants a new Mustang.

we went to classic for to loo at the potential car. We needed to check the ease of entry and egress. We tried the car on the road. After some financial discussion we were encouraged to take the car home for awhile. We did not intend to purchase before next year, but the deal we received was good enough to go ahead and get the car now.

Made an appointment to have transmission looked at on a Monday called that evening to check on progress and was told they hadn’t had time to look at the car because it was RAINING WOW.so day two called to check on progress and was told that the guy that does transmission work got stuck on one car and is behind and they still haven’t looked at my car ,I called the manager CHRIS COATES and explained what was going on as expected he said he would look into it the next morning first thing I got a called explaining what the problem might be BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PARTS and it WOULD BE THE FOLLOWING WEEK BEFORE THEY COULD GET THEM WOW it took them three days to tell me that which I had an appointment from the start RUN I MEAN RUN IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY i was charged $140 for all that trouble and two quarts of transmission fluid.

Very pleasurable experience purchasing my F150. I took a test drive and then asked for pricing. I had previously spoken with Kyle. Pricing was provided and after a few minutes of negotiations I received a fair price. The entire process was simple and they were respective of my time. They even offered to deliver the vehicle to me since I live 75 miles away. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

I had a 7:30 am appointment for a simple oil change, and arrived at 7:10 am and was the first vehicle parked outside the closed bay doors. When the doors opened at 7:30 am, I drove in and was directed into the customer service area to check in. I had to wait several minutes while the service tech dealt with someone else. When he finally got around to me, was told that it would be 2 hours before my vehicle could get its's oil change and I could be on my way. When I told the tech I had a 7:30 am appointment, he indicated that there were several other customers who got there before me and that it would be 2+ hrs before my car was serviced and I'd be on my way. When I pointed out to him that this was not true - that I had arrived at 7:10 am and was the first vehicle at the doors and then the first vehicle to drive in, he simply shrugged. And the service area manager wants to now claim that I didn't get there until 8:15 am, and that is not true. Apparently an appointment time means nothing to this dealership, and being a new resident to Charlotte, I can guarantee I will never go to this dealership again.

Due to time limits I decided I would do my first online car purchase. I sent the info on the car we wanted to six dealers, and Hilbish (Candace Thompson, online sales) was the only one that followed my simple instructions. The others just couldn't seem to understand. The price quote from Hilbish was the best by quite a bit of money. I made an appointment to meet with Dennis Rowland (sales), and the deal was sealed within 10 minutes. This is the 8th new vehicle we have bought from Hilbish, and was really glad they gave us the best price.
BTW, they also have a great service department. I have been dealing with them for over 30 years.

Drove truck to service department for small tic in top of engine they told me it was cam phasers and it would be 2800.00 and 1 week to repair truck sets in their shop for 5 weeks they tear it down and install parts then put it back together only to tell me that now the engine has a bad knock in the bottom of the motor ( truck was driven there with no problem but slight tick and no knock) so they go back and check engine and tell me I need a new one and there is nothing they can do to the tune of 8-9000 dollars when it was their fault. The general manager did not have the common decency to speak or meet with me. Will have to go after them in court.

Great experience. I got a great truck for a fair price. No hassle, No pressure. Everyone from the Salesperson to the General Manager, to the Owner greeted me in a friendly manner and made me feel at ease. They answered all of my questions and made this process quick and easy. Even though i have a Ford dealership in town and Central Ford is 45 minutes away, Central Ford will sell me my next vehicle.

I called Fairway Ford after my car had major transmission failure ON the Southport ferry. I was leaving the next day to start my return trip to NY. They were so understanding and great to deal with. They got me in the next morning! I had called many other Ford Dealers that were not at all helpful. They had the parts necessary and repaired my car the next morning. I made it back to NY safely without losing much of my vacation. I am so thankful!

Went in for service on my 08 Ford F450 wanted to see my trade in value on it as well while there seen a nice used Chevy so test drove it while they did a performance evaluation on my truck well this went from 10;00 to 3;30 with them feeding me line after line and the salesman not even listening to what i was saying . I asked 3 times what my trade value was and got an excuse every time !!!!! never wanted to bargain on the chevy either just assumed that i would pay full price !! plus i said i would go through my own bank and not there credit but still continued to fill out the app with paying no regard to what i said
with that said i was a loyal customer but i will never go back nor recommend this dealer to anyone nor return for any parts or oil changes ever i dont care if they gave me the other truck i wouldnt take it from them !!!!
