I have a very difficult schedule to work around and therefore require a lot of electronic communication (vs coming into the dealership). Mr. Julian London was the recepient of my initial electronic communication, and we could not be more thankful! He is incredibly responsive, very respectful, knowledgeable, and customer focused! We stopped by the dealership to look at a car, and it ended up not being exactly what we were looking for, so instead of giving up (like many dealerships would), he kept working with us and the end result - a much nicer car than we ever thought we could be in for the payment we were looking for - so we are ecstatic with our Lincoln MKX! We also had the pleasure of meeting Scott who was very genuine and ensured our visit met our expectations - which it far surpassed! Again, we could not be more happy and excited about how easy this car buying process was, and the car we drove away in! Will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade our other car and would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I GAVE WILBUR THE DIFFICULT JOB OF FINDING A NEEDLE IN A HAYSTACK. I WAS VERY SPECIFIC IN WHAT I WANTED BUT I HAD CONFIDENCE IN HIM. So my story is not good I went to dealership filled out all paperwork they presented a truck signed all paperwork switched my insurance put the tags on it and took it home the only thing I was told was to bring my paystub in I did that check stub was exactly what it was suppose to be then they say you must provide a w2 I did and they then tell me that my loan is revoked because the amount on the w2 does not match must be exactly what I make a week I mean you sometimes may be out of work for sickness vacation or lack of work in the profession I'm in etc...they should have never let me take the vehicle off the lot if that's the case it's not like they put a dealer tag on it and said drive it this weekend they shook my hand said the truck is yours just xxxxxxxx I had to take all my stuff back out of vehicle take off tags put them back on they didn't give a xxxx about me once they knew I wasn't getting vehicle I would not recommend them to nobody

We went there the other day because of the commercials where they offer you more for your trade. 1st off they kept calling and emailing to make sure we were still coming. about 3x! that should've clued me in! The salesman we had didn't seem to want to deal with us and wouldn't give us anywhere close to blue book value. Also i didn't appreciate how pushy they were and the only thing he kept asking was how much of a monthly pmt we wanted. It didn't matter what that was . They couldn't adjust the pmt. of the truck nor our trade. I looked up dealer price for that vehicle and these guys are asking about 8K more than average dealer! scammers. seriously! will not recommend this dealer to anyone!

My first online purchase - Wanted33
Due to time limits I decided I would do my first online car purchase. I sent the info on the car we wanted to six dealers, and Hilbish (Candace Thompson, online sales) was the only one that followed my simple instructions. The others just couldn't seem to understand. The price quote from Hilbish was the best by quite a bit of money. I made an appointment to meet with Dennis Rowland (sales), and the deal was sealed within 10 minutes. This is the 8th new vehicle we have bought from Hilbish, and was really glad they gave us the best price.
BTW, they also have a great service department. I have been dealing with them for over 30 years.
Service Center is Horrible - drken
I had a 7:30 am appointment for a simple oil change, and arrived at 7:10 am and was the first vehicle parked outside the closed bay doors. When the doors opened at 7:30 am, I drove in and was directed into the customer service area to check in. I had to wait several minutes while the service tech dealt with someone else. When he finally got around to me, was told that it would be 2 hours before my vehicle could get its's oil change and I could be on my way. When I told the tech I had a 7:30 am appointment, he indicated that there were several other customers who got there before me and that it would be 2+ hrs before my car was serviced and I'd be on my way. When I pointed out to him that this was not true - that I had arrived at 7:10 am and was the first vehicle at the doors and then the first vehicle to drive in, he simply shrugged. And the service area manager wants to now claim that I didn't get there until 8:15 am, and that is not true. Apparently an appointment time means nothing to this dealership, and being a new resident to Charlotte, I can guarantee I will never go to this dealership again.

2013 fx4 truck - James r
Drove truck to service department for small tic in top of engine they told me it was cam phasers and it would be 2800.00 and 1 week to repair truck sets in their shop for 5 weeks they tear it down and install parts then put it back together only to tell me that now the engine has a bad knock in the bottom of the motor ( truck was driven there with no problem but slight tick and no knock) so they go back and check engine and tell me I need a new one and there is nothing they can do to the tune of 8-9000 dollars when it was their fault. The general manager did not have the common decency to speak or meet with me. Will have to go after them in court.

Great experience. I got a great truck for a fair price. No hassle, No pressure. Everyone from the Salesperson to the General Manager, to the Owner greeted me in a friendly manner and made me feel at ease. They answered all of my questions and made this process quick and easy. Even though i have a Ford dealership in town and Central Ford is 45 minutes away, Central Ford will sell me my next vehicle.

I received stellar treatment from Mr. Francis Johnson at Crossroads Ford, Cary. He demonstrated a willingness to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and address my points of concern. The purchase negotiation process was conducted in a transparent manner and with professional integrity. Even with the obligatory visit from the Sales Manager Erik Gay, I did not have to endure the typical mind games, histrionics, and sales tricks common at many dealerships.
Mr. Johnson conducted himself with the highest level of professionalism and assisted me through the initial contact until the delivery of the vehicle.
I would also like to point out that the financing component, led by Zac Cooper, resulted in a great financing rate beating other 3rd party lending quotes I received. Even though Zac completes these multiple forms every day, he took the time to explain each one and patiently answered any questions I had. Great job Zac.

I called Fairway Ford after my car had major transmission failure ON the Southport ferry. I was leaving the next day to start my return trip to NY. They were so understanding and great to deal with. They got me in the next morning! I had called many other Ford Dealers that were not at all helpful. They had the parts necessary and repaired my car the next morning. I made it back to NY safely without losing much of my vacation. I am so thankful!
