Avoid this dealership until it's under new management. They failed to make a sale due to poor management. My wife, toddler, and I drove up from Fort Liberty (Bragg), NC (just over an hour) to test drive and purchase a new Ford Bronco; we even went the extra step to secure an appointment with a salesperson and a specific Bronco. The dealership knew we were intent on a purchase, however, their eagerness kept them from simple business practices, such as verifying VINs, prepping the vehicle, and ensuring it was clear for sale. We had test drove the Bronco and spent well over an hour at the dealership before they informed us that the vehicle was unavailable for purchase, as it had an open recall on the hard top. We offered to purchase the Bronco without the hardtop, but they denied that offer. I probably would've paid MSRP, as that SUV had everything I wanted, package-wise.

Appointments are pretty meaningless. They will check in your vehicle, tell you that you will get "timely updates" and then not communicate anything about your vehicle for more than 10 hours despite multiple calls asking for an update. All calls get forwarded to your 'advisor' that you can't ever get on the phone, and they refuse to let you speak to any manager. Absolutely terrible communication. Finally got an update that the truck was ready. Techs just cleared codes and everything came back after driving .2miles down the road. Stated that they cleared the codes and drove for 10 miles to ensure the problem didn't come back, but suspiciously the invoice had the exact same mileage listed for in/out. Also appear to be having trouble with their phone lines. Calls to their service department somehow get routed to a dealership in Durham, NC 20% of the time. Apparently they use a call center that sometimes just misroutes customers.

This was my first time dealing with Feyer Ford in Ahoskie. Got to meet and deal with Larry Mulderig, the general manager, and I could not have been happier with the entire experience. Larry was great to deal with, and I told him that even though they are 1:30 hours away from where I live, they have a customer for life. I would recommend Feyer of Ahoskie to anyone looking to buy new or used car.

Very pleased with the experience of buying my 2017 Ford Escape with Hilbish Ford.The sales person did not rush out to greet us as soon as we got of the car so this allowed me to look over all the used cars on the lot and by time I did that I was greeted by a very nice friendly salesman(Nick Corpening) that ask to help me. We took it for a test drive while Nick explained things to me and asking me what I had in mind to purchase. He helped me through the process of purchasing the vehicle.Then I met Andy in finance and he walked me through the financing process. I am very impressed with the service that I received and the fact jjthat Nick was not at all pushy but listened to what I was lookinf for. Hilbish Ford has certainly improved on customer service from years agp.

Let me tell you about the experience I had today at Quick Lane. I made an appointment last Thursday for Monday morning at 8:30 for brake work that Quick lane said I needed (at my last service) Brake pads and rotors. I dropped off my truck at 8:00, at 2:30 Don Davis called and and said they just checked the brakes and there was nothing wrong. I explained the conversation from my last service and he said okay. I went to pick up the truck at 3:15 and it was done and out the door at 3:32 pm. I guess they when ahead and changed brakes and rotors on a truck that didn't need brakes and rotors!? To the tune of $1,283.77 for a 2 hour brake job! $680.00 labor! I have a GPS tracker on my truck and know the truck DID NOT leave where I left it at 8:00 until 1:55pm, so I guess y'all charge about $400.00 per hour! I will NEVER darken your doorstep ever again and I'll be sure to tell all my friends and family about the shellacking I feel like I got! Have a nice day! Michael Shean

I waited a while to do a review, just because I've been bamboozled in the past by dealerships, so when it came down to it, I was honestly terrified. But I honestly think Cameron did an amazing job. This has been my first car that hasn't been a complete jalopy. Customer service and just the help was wonderful. This car has made me cry on more than one occasion, knowing I have a truly reliable car. So I can't express how thankful and grateful I am!
