Called on September the 5th 2025 (called on three different occasions even left a voicemail on one of them) they didn't return my call had some questions about my vehicle about safety of driving to the facility for a faulty transmission. As of now I'm still waiting on them to call. This is not the first instance I've ran into with this facility. They have the stigma I believe that once the vehicle is off the light the customer is no longer valid. It's really sad that a Dodge dealership in this day and time would not even return a voicemail I did leave the phone number. But as of yet I have not heard anything from them I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere yet this is the closest place to my home again I may have a faulty transmission and it may be safe to drive I'm not sure I was wanting to talk to a technician about the issue I would even give him $20 if they would just call me but it is later on on a Friday afternoon so I guess they stop off early once again it's really sad I do not recommend.. !!!

I bought this car in October of 2022; I have been completely unhappy with the quality and durability of the vehicle. I have sent dozens of emails to the local manager with only sporadic responses. I also have had the car at the dealership for repairs over eight times. Not only is there a thunking sound that occurs every day while the car shifts, but the vehicle is also creaking all the time. The dealership I took the car to for repairs, Keffer Chrysler, mentioned that it was in some previous accident, and the EMRP I paid for would not cover it. The noises and creaking are getting worse. The repairs cost over $4k, and the problem persists. I had to pay a $100 copay every time I took the car in, but Enterprise only reimbursed two visits since they promised to fix any issue before delivery which they didn't. They are not returning my calls or emails at this point which is exceptionally unprofessional as they have been through this process. I want an exchange of the exact vehicle and am willing to negotiate options, money, etc., but I need to talk about the first steps. Honestly, the lack of response and communication from Enterprise has been the most stressful part. I do not feel like I have been taking care of and spent over 20K$. I have two children with special needs that rely on this car, and Im concerned about safety and reliability. I was promised that every vehicle is thoroughly inspected and checked before selling, but I do not believe this is the case since they knowingly sold me a car with multiple issues. Before contacting the BBB, I looked for corporate contact information or complaint messaging but could not locate a phone number or email. I have numerous emails backing up all these claims, as well as their few responses and the frustration of the lack of assistance on their part. I will provide all emails if needed.

I went in to look at an I-Pace but they didn’t have one in stock. I spoke with Tomera and she was outstanding! She followed up with me to let me know they were expecting one to come in and she stayed in touch and addressed all my questions. She made sure to let me know when it came in and was extremely helpful and courteous. Even though I didn’t end up buying the car (for reasons that had nothing to do with the dealership), I would recommend doing business here and ask for Tomera!

This has been my first car that hasn't been a complete jalopy. Customer service and just the help was wonderful. This car has made me cry on more than one occasion, knowing I have a truly reliable car. So I can't express how thankful and grateful I am!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the great experience I had buying a Jaguar from Cosmos Motors. I had been searching for a very specific 2015 Jaguar F-Type SV8 for a few months when I found what I was looking for on the Cosmos Motors website. All the information posted on the website provided me with the necessary details to convince me to send an inquiry. I sent a message that evening stating my interest and was contacted the next day by a sales representative, Matt Glover. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of my hesitancy. Most importantly, he was incredibly responsive to my endless barrage of calls/texts/questions – this was crucial to my decision to buy a car located 6 hours away from my home. Matt sent additional videos and closeups of the car. I cannot exaggerate what an amazing job their detail shop did preparing the car for sale. A 2015 black Jaguar is supposed to have a few swirl marks, minor scratches, and a chip here and there – it did not! In fact, after seeing the pics I asked Matt about the cost of ceramic coating. He introduced me to the detail shop manager, Jacob Bishop. Jacob took the time to explain how and what they used to detail the F-Type. I asked him about applying a protective film to vulnerable places on the car in conjunction with the ceramic coating. He recommended the areas to protect, explained why, and made me an offer on the price - to which I instantly agreed! I previously owned a black 2014 F-Type S V6 that had minor chips and swirls in the same areas Jacob described – he obviously knows his cars. Additionally, the previous quotes I received from shops in Northern Virginia for those same services on my 2014 Jag were significantly higher. The deal was made and all I needed to do was get to Cosmos to drive the car home. Matt arranged for a driver to pick me up at Charlotte Airport (about an hour from Cosmos). That sounds easy but our plane had to return to Dulles Airport 20 minutes away from landing in Charlotte and after three hours of delays, we were back in the sky. Matt and the Cosmos driver, Paul, were understanding, patient, and unshaken. Paul and I chatted all the way to the dealership, he was pleasant company and had some great stories. When I arrived at Cosmos, the car was ready and impressive as described. Matt and Jacob walked me around the car, describing what had been detailed, and we took it for a drive (yes, I am still smiling). The general manager, Chance Parsons, finalized the sale effortlessly and with the same laid-back friendly attitude. This was the theme from cradle to grave throughout this entire experience. Okay, I have to admit only one thing was disappointing. My drive home was about 375 miles, and they did not fill the car with gas. I should have asked, but it didn’t occur to me until I pulled out of the lot. Not necessary or even expected, but that would have been a nice touch. This is the longest review I have ever written (positive or negative). My dad sold cars for over 20 years, and I know most of the tricks and tactics they use to not only make the initial sale but too also push expensive add-ons and hidden fees. I cannot express how impressed I was with Matt, Jacob, Chance, Paul, and my overall experience purchasing a car from Cosmos Motors. Their entire team was incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. I would certainly recommend Cosmos Motors to my friends and would buy another car from them with total confidence and comfort. I will follow up with a 90-day review or as needed. Denny Wood

Shady as sin, wont let me take the car to a dealer after TJ said I could take it to the dealer… their “dealer warranty” is a scam, they don’t let you take the car where you want despite TJ using it as an aggressive “sales” tactic only. Mr. Peter should be ashamed in the poor business practices being used. Do NOT do business with them, they are scummy.

DISHONEST DEALERSHIP-SOLD ME A LEMON-I purchased a car from them last year. I DIDN'T EVEN GET THE CAR HOME BEFORE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. Took it back the next day and they sent it off to be fixed in Charlotte. In the meantime, there was a slow drip from my transmission line where their mechanic left a piece of tape before I even bought the vehicle. Eventually the pan filled and started spilling out, leaving my driveway and the back of my car covered in transmission fluid. Since there was a horrible smell and fluid everywhere, I took the car to the place where Mich's sent it the first time and the bill was over $1,000. They said the factory bolts had been removed from my car and replaced with non-certified parts. The dealership I took it to called Mich's and told them they should reimburse me because it was their mechanic's mistake. They refused even after I contacted them several times and said I should have brought it to them. Nobody in their right mind would return a car after these two negligent repair issues right off the bat. These guys gave me misleading information about the condition of my car and then provided poor customer service afterwards. Save yourself the headache and go to a reputable dealer. This is NOT a honest business. They just don't care. I bought my car from them on November 1, 2017. They do not get their cars properly checked out in the beginning. Not only did I have to call them to remind them to file my paperwork in order to receive my license plate: here is a list of repairs that I have had to deal with in the 2 months since buying this car: A new transmission Engine Oil Cooler Oil cooler gasket Oxygen sensors Exhaust Manifold Gasket set CV axle shaft Added 2 qts of oil, along with brake fluid, and transmission fluid. Replaced lights inside that were burnt out. They refuse to contact me when I call, and they never fixed my passenger side door handle that they AGREED to fix and cover the cost on when I signed the paperwork. Yes, I bought a warranty, but they didn't cover everything and I had to put hundreds of dollars in order to get everything repaired. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and they refused to settle that way. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and I hope they understand that karma will come back to bite them in the end.
