Hall Honda Elizabeth City My experience at this location was perfect from the first inquiry to the day of close of sale. The car purchase was seamless. This was mainly due to KJ Clarke. I was treated with patience and respect during every conversation, I was never pushed or pressured. It was truly stress free. Plus all employees I encountered seemed very confident and great at their jobs. Every aspect of sale was smooth and straightforward. After searching nearby everywhere , long distances, and online for the lowest price, I was offered the best, by far, deal around for my specific vehicle. In addition, KJ and team are more than fair... especially with all recent market adjustments involving cars.. everyone I spoke to at this location was top notch and very personable and customer focused. Service department left my vehicle a mess and took over 5 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Then they completed a recall that I did not ask to be done. I also found my registration in the back floor board. Not professional at all.

He was quick to respond, answered all of my questions, and sent plenty of photos and details of the truck before I made the trip to High Point. That communication helped me feel confident moving forward and ultimately secure the truck before someone else did, since there was a lot of interest in it. He also went above and beyond by making sure the service team double-checked several items before we left, which gave me additional peace of mind. The truck was exactly as described, and the trip was absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend working with Joe if you're looking for a straightforward and professional buying experience.

I have never experienced a more exceptional level of service than I did at Andy Shaw Ford. I was on a road trip from Georgia to Ohio for an annual vacation to visit family, and my Bronco Sport had an issue with the turbo and suggested immediate service. At the time I searched for a local dealer and was only 2 miles away from Andy Shaw when this happened, and extremely happy this is where the issue occurred. This happened on a Saturday morning and the service advisor who answered my call, Bobbi, said to come in immediately and she would arrange for a tech to scan the code - Saturdays are appointment only at Andy Shaw but when I explained the situation she said not to worry they would work me in. The service staff determined my turbo had gone bad, a fairly common issue with the 1.5L 3 cylinder ecoboost engine, and assured me they would be able to take care of the replacement as I was still under warranty. After finding out I was on a vacation trip they immediately went to work finding me a rental. Specifically their service manager, Chad, took over here. Not only did he find me a rental, he helped load my luggage into his personal vehicle and drove me to pick up the rental to ensure everything happened as efficiently as possible. It was on the drive to pick up the rental car that I found out he wasn't even on the clock, he just happened to be dropping off some parts on his day off and overheard my dilemma and insisted on helping. Again, I have never experienced this level of service in my life. While on vacation Chad kept me up to date with my Bronco's repair work and took over working with Ford to cover my rental so that I didn't have to deal with any of this while on vacation. On my return trip Chad had my repaired Bronco waiting for me at the rental car location when I returned. I cannot say enough good things about the service staff, in particular Bobbi and Chad, at Andy Shaw Ford. They are friendly, polite, and seem like a close knit family who enjoy helping people; again something I have never experienced anywhere else. They all are the absolute best and if you are in their area, I cannot recommend them enough for your service needs. Thank you again Bobbi, Chad and the entire staff at Andy Shaw Ford - you turned an event that could have ruined my annual vacation into nothing more than a 3-hour setback and I can't thank you all enough! 5 stars isn't enough.

I have going to Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte for over 15 years; both to buy Mercedes and have them serviced. This is a great dealership! I will start with the service area. Immediately when I arrive I am greeted by Oscar, who then informs my service advisor Bryan G. that I have arrived. Bryan then greets me and we go over work and cost of items I have noticed. But Brian goes one step further. Before I arrive he has reviewed the maintenance schedule for the car and makes recommendations for what else is due for service. Brian then notifies me of when the car will be ready, any other problems noticed by their very professional mechanics and promptly returns any calls I make. All in all a superb service experience. On the sales side I recently purchased a new E350 from this dealership. This is my fourth Mercedes purchased from this dealership all with the same salesman Gary C. On this particular car Gary knew I was looking for an E class preferably black with a non black interior. Out of the blue he called me one day and told me one had come in. We went over options and a few other details and I purchased it over the phone. That is my level of trust in Gary. I got a fair price on my trade in arranged financing through MB and completed the sale. The closing of the sale was done by Gio who went over warranty info and other options available. I purchased the seven year extended warranty and everything went smoothly. Finally Jonathan gave my wife and I an orientation on the car. This is a first class superb dealership--Highly Recommend.

Stay away from these shady folks. Lost a FOB, bought a new one here which ended up costing us $1,000 - the new fob never worked properly. Made an appointment to have it fixed. But before the appointment the jeep completely shut down. Had it towed to the dealership at our expense. Then paid for diagnostic test, and a new car battery, the old battery seemed to be working only the jeep wasnt. Then when we went to pick it up the day after the repairs were supposed to be done. They hadn’t even done the work! Had to sit around for over an hour while they tried to locate the paperwork then start working on the vehicle. The place is a complete clown show.

This is because of the great service by our consultant Mike Murray and the GM Ricardo who helped close the deal. They were very fair with the trade in value and made it a good value to buy the Jeep from them versus buying 1 online and shipping it to us. Even after the sale Mike made arrangements to surprise our son and did a surprise reveal complete with large bow. We have purchased over a dozen vehicles from this location over the past two and an half decades and have had little to no problems in sales or services. In October of 2025 we purchased a Grand Highlander and again our salesman and finance personnel were great. However, this time we cannot get a simple part successfully delivered. This service department and parts department can’t seem to follow through with a simple small center cap for my wheel. That was lost when they rotated my tires on 05 January 2026. I have had this part on order since March 2026. I checked on the part again on 08 April 2026 and again on 26 May 2026 and told is still on order. I started calling every day on 22 June 2026-24 June 2026 when I was told it would be in on 26 June 2026. Also told that a service person would be out to my home to install. No call no part nothing showed up. On 29 June 2026 I called again and was told “it takes time to make these parts” furthermore I was told that the service manager would call me back today. So far I have received no call and of course no part. I have all my paperwork showing this. If I could I would give this service department a negative on the stars.
