I'm a long-time Reineke Nissan customer. The current sales team I dealt with was rather new to this dealership although the senior members had worked within the Reineke organization at other dealerships for some time. My primary contact during the purchase process was Michael Smith. He provided attention and guidance beyond my expectations when handling my trade-in and the purchase process. My onboarding process was handled by Kirsten Tiedy, a sales representative quite new to the business. What she lacked in deep knowledge was offset extremely well by her can-do attitude and willingness to find answers if she did not know something. Zack Ardema was quite well informed about all of the matters related to financing and extended warranties and his input was valuable despite my not needing financing or electing to initially purchase an extended warranty. I purchased a vehicle off the lot rather than ordering one because of a need for immediate gratification. There was some initial difficulty determining how to properly replace the flat tire repair kit provided in lieu of any type of spare tire because of the 21-inch wheels on the vehicle purchased. The matter was satisfactorily resolved quickly when James Gibson, parts manager, became available to research the matter. Bill Squire, general manager, was involved just enough to assure the overall sales process ended on a fully positive note. The entire team in Lima deserve a 5-star rating for the way my purchase was handled from start to finish.
