I purchased a 2021 Black Label Nautilus from Bergey's a few weeks ago. Bergeys is about 7 hours away from my home. Making such a large purchase sight unseen was way out of my comfort zone, but I wanted the 22-position seat/massage option because of back issues, and there were none available locally. Sebastion, my salesperson, was patient with my MANY calls and questions, responded quickly and provided me with videos and documentation about the vehicle I was considering. He also facilitated transportation from the Philly airport to the dealership. John Saddel was great to work with regarding financial arrangements and choosing the best extended warranty with the CPO coverage and my planned ownership. Kari Fluke assisted me with the long-distance title process and Ben Walsh helped with all the closing paperwork and some post purchase questions. Great team effort!

Hate car shopping but this dealership made it easy and fast when purchasing my vehicle which was exactly what I wanted. Tom had all paperwork ready before our appointment time and isn't pushy when it comes to the extra packages they try to sell you. Ben was nice and understanding to deal with when purchasing my vehicle and I didn't feel stressed during the whole process. Would definitely buy again from here and hope Ben and Tom are still there. Two awesome employees!

Discussed my issues with service in person and scheduled service. They actually came to my home picked up my car and delivered it for absolutely no charge and no hassle. I had my car detailed as part of my service and it was like getting a brand new car delivered to my driveway! I am over the top happy with this dealership and will be a forever customer.

I want to preface by saying, Brad seemed like a wonderful salesman. However, this dealership will never have my business. I had made an appointment to try out an explorer that had just come in. The price was reasonable, a little lower than the ones I had been looking at but still in the ball park. I tried it, liked it, went into the office to make a deal, when I was informed the price online was inaccurate. Okay, mistakes happen, that’s fine. The correct price was $13k MORE than the online price. Way out of my budget. They told me it was $41k but they’d give me a “deal” and it would be $39,900. Still not going to work for me. They tried to sell me on a lease which I wasn’t interested in, as well as sell me on another car that didn’t have the features I needed. I walked away frustrated at the fact I wasted my own time because of a clerical error that should’ve been checked when the appointment was made. The real kicker is, when I went to check on it again the following day, they had it priced at the “deal” they tried to give me. So, they tried to pretend it was $2,000 more than what they were actually pricing it at, and then try to sell it to me like I’m making out well on it. Disgusting and slimy behavior. Good luck to them trying to sell a car for $5,000 over the going rate. And only $6,000 less than a brand new, off the lot explorer. Stay far, far away. Do your research and know what the cars you’re looking at go for because they will try to rip you off. Lastly, women that go car shopping alone, don’t let these xxxxxxxx try to push you around.

By far the worst experience I have had with a dealership. I called 5 days in advance to make an appointment to test drive a used car on their lot. I live out of state and informed the sales team of this when scheduling the test drive. I kept the dealership updated leading up to the appointment and even confirmed that appointment same day. After driving nearly 6 hours I arrived only to find out they sold the car I was scheduled to see. There was no courtesy call to let me know it was being sold. They also did not inform me of their no-hold policy when I arranged this appointment. This is not an uncommon policy, but transparency and clear communication is important to good business. This was not the way to treat a customer. I would highly recommend searching elsewhere for your next car purchase.

I went here last week and wanted to buy a used ford ranger, they put in the deal a $3500 warranty that I didn't want, salesman wouldn't drop it . So I left. The next day I called and asked him if he was going to sell the truck to me, he said I'll call you back. Half hour later he calls and says we will drop the warranty but you have to finance with us. I said why would I want to finance with you, when I can get financing through my credit union 3% cheaper. They wouldn't sell me the truck. So I filed a complaint with CFPB. I would not recommend this dealership, their just trying to make more money on all this xxxxxxxx. Be careful if you go here.

My initial purchase was a 1990 Lincoln Mark VII and I continued buying Lincolns primarily through 2003 when I purchased a Lincoln LS Premium Sport, which I still own. I also purchased 2 Mercury Sables from Mr. Conti as second vehicles. My latest purchase was in 2010 when I bought a Chrysler 300 Hemi. Mr. Conti is our family's prized sales manager at Reedman-Toll. It has always been a pleasure working with Mr. Conti because of his professional demeanor along with his genuine interest and concern for the customer. Pete Conti goes the extra mile to make certain that the customer is completely comfortable with their new car purchase. He is efficient, patient, courteous, handles the details, and bends over backwards to provide the ultimate in customer service and thereby fostering continued customer satisfaction.

I got to the dealership and was not swarmed or hassled. I walked right to the 2017 Ford Raptor. I walked inside and was met by Kevin Deets who I can not say enough about. He just asked me what I wanted the keys for to look at. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or pushed around. I was extremely pleased by how knowledgeable Kevin was about the 2017 Raptor. The whole process was painless and smooth from the whole team at Fred Beans Ford, sales/fianance/warranty. I would definitely recommend this dealership. And when they haves sales people like Kevin Deets it's a no brainner. Love My 2017 Ford Raptor! And will be back to this dealership when I purchase a new Ford!!!!

Visited the dealership to test drive a 2017 Ford Edge that was advertised in the Washington Observer newspaper. I dealt with salesman Craig W. and he was very cordial and understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle. Between Craig and the used car manager Dan, it was a very stress free experience. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle as I wasn't sure it was what I really wanted, I will definitively consider doing business there in the future if I see a vehicle that really interests me.

Had a 2008 Avalanche ltz I had repairs done on. They never replaced everything that was broken. They claimed when I took it back it broke after they fixed??? Wth. I bought a 2011 Subaru wrx that the paint started pealing off a month after I bought it. They wouldn't touch it. 3 months of complaining they they had the Subaru rep look at and he agreed to have it painting. Took them 7 months to finally get it it. By then the metal was rusting. They just painted over it and must of clear coated the car out side. Stones all thew the clear coat. Traded car2 days after I got it back. Will NEVER go to them for anything and will turn as many people away if I can help it. Total waste of time and money.
