Dropped off our truck nearly two weeks ago for a mirror replacement and another issue that “needed diagnosing.” That diagnosis took three days—yet the tech had the answer the moment he entered the VIN number. After all that time, we picked it up dirty. No wash, no attention to detail. At Same’s in McAllen, they return vehicles looking like new. Payne Ford should take notes—customers deserve better

Great service and company. I went looking for a used vehicle and expected a long day of going to and from dealers looking for the right one. My first stop was at southwest ford VW lot and was greeted by Arryn and started to look. He understood my situation and promptly found a vehicle that fit my needs. I was guided thru the purchase with ease and felt very welcome and appreciated. He kept me informed thru the process and made sure we were taken care of. He explained all aspects of the deal and I appreciated his attention to detail. I can’t enough about the whole experience but to say all the way thru the purchase it was great. I had an unusual thing happen, the same day I purchased my Ford Maverick, there was a recall so I had to wait a while to get my truck. Jerry kept me informed though- out the wait and found a way to save me even more money before the truck was delivered to me. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Cleburne Ford and it’s because they have great service!

ZERO STARS Salespersons retrieved my payoff number on my lease termination on the vehicle I was currently driving, the numbers were showed to me, salespersons told me that the difference would be paid to the other dealership and I would walk clear from that vehicle. All understood and I know the difference would be added to the new vehicle as we all know when there's negative equity. The issue here is when the salespersons took my old leased vehicle that dealership tells them that more money is owed. Now the new dealership that I purchased the new vehicle is telling me that I need to pay the difference. No way!!! They themselves got the pay off number and was never told that I was responsible for the difference, Their excuse now is that they retrieved my payoff number on the 4th of July from my credit report. How is that my fault where they got it from? That just proves that this dealership just wanted to make the sale that day and will say anything to the customer to get them to buy it right then and now. This is complete deception and lying by omission. I will never buy from them again and will tell all my friends and family and to anyone that reads this. Beware customers and fellow veterans from San Antonio and surrounding areas of this dealership for their deceptive and misleading practices. Never again!!!

Let me start by saying Jason Reid was incredible sales guy I ever meet from the moment I showed up to the dealership to the moment I closed the deal he was there and working hard to make sure I got the news truck also want to give a shoot out to the finance team don't rememberer her name but she was amazing on getting me a good deal. I never seen something like that. This has to be the best deanship I ever been to because of how Jason and the finance team took care of me. I have told all my friends I still cant stop talking about it.

Nate is simply amazing. I’m big on honesty and follow through and he didn’t drop the ball for even a second. As a matter of fast after I told him what our maximum was he went above and beyond and took an ADDITIONAL $500 off. Even after I had already agreed to the cost because we are military. We have plastered his name all over base. And we will be back soon to buy my husband a new truck, that trust is SO hard to build and he did it so easily. Thank you Nate.

You can do everything for Jon Galland and you are just a number to him......replaceable, even if you make a mistake because of the UNCOMPINSATED things you do for him, and mistake you may or may not make,....you are "FIRED"! as a previous employee you are nothing more than replaceable, if you work here or want to work here.....DON'T DO anything additional for "FREE", he will abuse you till he fires you...and, it doesn't matter about the customers he effects doing so!!! This is a dangerous place because of Jon Galland!

Worst Car Buying Experience – Stay Away from Peltier Ford in Longview, TX If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I live in Arkansas and found a truck online at Peltier Ford in Longview, TX. I drove all the way down there to look at it, and right off the bat, I noticed a dent in the driver-side rocker panel that was never disclosed to me during the price negotiation. I should’ve walked away, but I went ahead and bought the truck. On my way home, the check engine light came on, and I had to have the truck towed back to the dealership. I had to fight with them just to get them to agree to fix it. Two weeks later, I get a call saying my truck is ready. So I take another day off work, drive several hours back to Longview, and when I get there, they tell me my truck isn’t ready. I had to drive all the way back home to Arkansas without my vehicle. Another two weeks later, they finally deliver the truck to me — and guess what? The check engine light is STILL on. When I called the service manager, instead of owning their mistake, he had the audacity to tell me to take it to my local Chevy dealer to fix it on my own dime and my own time. At this point, I’ve made three trips to Texas, wasted countless hours, and spent my own money dealing with a problem that should’ve been fixed the first time. This dealership has shown me nothing but dishonesty, incompetence, and zero customer care. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Peltier Ford in Longview, TX. They are happy to take your money but will not stand behind the vehicles they sell.
