I have bought multiple vehicles from Haley Chevrolet in Midlothian and have always gotten top service! My most recent purchase was a 2026 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and I could not be happier. I was picky with what I wanted in the truck and trim package. Anastasiia Kuzmenko was my Sales Consultant and she did a great job for me. I told her what I was looking for and she made it happen and fast! From the sales staff to the service staff and everyone in between I have had a great experience. I have used the service department for years now on past & current vehicles I have bought from Haley and have not had a single problem. They have always answered all of my questions and been upfront and honest. 10 out of 10 would recommend going to Haley sales and service.

We recently purchased a new Subaru from RK Subaru. Will L. was the sales associate. Throughout the process, Will was professional and courteous. We weren't bombarded with phone calls, and there was no high pressure to buy right now. Will was receptive to our questions and concerns. There was a scheduling error the day of purchase which was not Will's fault. He was very apologetic for any inconvenience. Actually, there was no inconvenience as another sales associate (Nick) stepped in to begin the sales paperwork process. He was also professional and courteous, and the process went smoothly from beginning to end. The Sales Manager (Nathan?) also stepped in to ensure that things were proceeding. As it turned out there was no dead time during the process. The finance representative was also professional and courteous. There was no high pressure to purchase additional warranty coverage, which we appreciated. All in all, we were very satisfied with the interaction with all RK staff. We felt that they valued our business. This is our 4th Subaru purchased at RK. We would buy again using Will, or Nick for that matter. We highly recommend RK and either sales Associate. Frank L.

We have purchased a couple of vehicles, always recommended them to family and friends for their vehicle needs! However, this past purchase experience has been like no other! My son purchased a new to him vehicle on August the 29th. Broke down on September 24th. Been in the shop a couple times before going in on November 21, where it has been since. Totaling 6 weeks! This week, we told we would be responsible for $139 an hour diagnostic fee until problem was found. After that it could be under our warranty or not as they are unsure as to what the problem may be. They encouraged him to trade it. I respect this as vehicles do have problems and I am sure the mechanics were knowledgeable and doing what they could. My problem is the way we told several times by management they would call us back and never did! I do understand how the value drops as soon as you drive off the lot but this was unreal! We had to repay the processing fees also! He did not drive the vehicle more than 4 weeks during the time he owned it. The is heartbreaking as a hometown dealership! That is what I had like the most about the dealership was their loyalty to family and customers! Boy, was I wrong!

Kasey was the best Service was great. She was very kind, very supportive, professional, and just a breath of fresh air when I was so frustrated. She made me feel so valued. She walked me through every step, helped me get the best price, and got my truck running perfectly after going to several repair shops that gave me the wrong information. My truck that was down for months due to all the other service shops having me fix the wrong thing. Hall CDJR diagnosed it in a few hours and I got my truck back the next morning. They also provided me a ride home when I dropped of my truck, and came back to my house and picked me up when it was time to pick it up. Overall the prices were great being a dealership (I am not used to such affordable pricing for repairs at a dealership). My overall experience was great and stress free and Kasey made this experience wonderful, she is a gem and I will definitely come back for all my service needs.
