I needed a lease for our family. We needed a new car that was safe and new while fun to drive but we also had a budget. I spoke to Mike and explained what we were looking for. I was very nervous to experience the "car dealer hard sell" and have to stress and spend time negotiating down to what we needed. BUT I did not have to do any of that. I told Mike what I needed and he came back with exactly what I was looking for. He actually came back with a lease that was $50 less a month than what I was asking for! He communicated by replying to all my texts within the hour. I told him I was only able to come in and sign papers because I had a busy schedule and he had all the papers ready to go when we arrived as I had requested. He also worked with my auto insurance carrier to make sure my insurance paperwork was what the dealership needed. I will go directly to Mike next time and highly suggest other folks to call him directly. You won't be disappointed.

My fiance and I purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk from Juan Gomez. Juan stayed late without making us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing him. He knew what he was selling and wasn't afraid to let us know if he didn't have the correct answer. He was able to source the information we were asking about with quickness and accuracy as well. I am not a trusting individual, especially to a car salesman, but Juan had earned my respect and will be my go-to person when I am ready to trade in my current Ram for a newer model.
Andrew Burns was our finance manager. He was very forward and straight to the point. I was reluctant to believe him when he told us what our monthly payment was going to be until he put it on paper and we finalized the sale. I could not have asked for a better team between Juan and Andrew. Andrew was having some computer issues with finalizing and printing our paperwork and rather than have us wait around until the issue was resolved, he threw us the keys to our new Jeep and told us to enjoy ourselves and he would be in touch with us once the contract was ready for signatures. To make this situation better, rather than us having to go back to the dealership to sign everything, Andrew sent Juan to our home to have us sign our contract.
We will definitely be returning customers and will be referring all of our friends and family to see Juan and Andrew without hesitation. I cannot speak enough praise for this team at Yakima Jeep. Kudos fellas!

I purchased my previous vehicle through this dealership. After parking, I walked around for 10 to 15 while two salesman were standing out from smoking. They odiously weren’t too concerned about customers. The salesman That worked with us was pushy and lied about the vehicle. The owner drove our vehicle for a few months without servicing it before selling. We had to get it serviced a week after purchasing. If I could give it 0 stars I would. STAY CLEAR!!! I

Took my 14 Ecodiesel in for a LOF and a recall on a Saturday appointment, and they double booked the appointment. I WASN'T offered a ride home or a rental as if i was sit there from 9am till 415 when the vechicle was finished. Got a call saying they were done and it was getting washed, arrived at the dealer to find my truck was not washed and the technician left my headlights on, and got grease all over the driver side of the vehicle and steering wheel. Was interested in trading in for a challenger but after this visit i will no longer be doing business with them.

The GM has instructed the receptionist and staff to never give his name out. Why? Because he's (mis)managing this dealership and fostering an environment with his staff of lies, non accountability and deception.
And to think this was my experience when trying to buy my second car from them, getting home with the new one, and 6 days later, they are threatening me unless I come in and pay more.
Call my attorney. "Dodge" these guys like a bullet. Go to Larson or AutoNation. They are gold, transparent, honest .......... and hey, the GM actually will come out and make you feel like a customer.

Overall, an outstanding service experience. I was promptly greeted by Aaron at the service desk. He listened to me and made sure he had documented my concern. He put floor and seat covers in my vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me frequent updates during the repair. When everything was done, he explained everything that was done, and thanked me for my business. My truck was washed and vacuumed, and the whole experience made me feel that I was engaged and important. I love this dealership! Highly recommended.

I wish I could give a no star rating. All this dealership wants to do is give you the bait and switch. Went to purchase a vehicle, signed all the paperwork and was given the vehicle. Two days later they said the bank said they needed more money or I would have to return the vehicle. Called bank and they said they were not asking for more money that that would have to come from the dealership. Dealership called cops on me today saying I stole there vehicle because I hadn't returned it yet and went in there tried to discuss options with them and all they could say was that the bank is the one asking for more money. The sales manager I talked to several days earlier told me it would be no big deal, as long as I came up with "x" amount of dollars I would get the vehicle no problem, looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Today I try to talk with him and the cockroach that he is, decides to hide in his office so he doesn't have to face me. He told me he wouldn't BS me and that's exactly what him and his company did.

Came in with my 2014 jeep latitude because it was leaking coolant. I spent 4 days arguing with a guy in service because he kept saying i had to pay $1300 and it would be done in 2 days and i didnt have warranty. My jeep only had 28k miles and i had purchased extended warranty as well. When i went in one day with my paperwork turns out they fired the guy. The next guy told me that parts had been ordered and it would be a few days. When parts got in they gave me a date and told me that it would be ready. They changed the date and time 4 different times. After being in the shop for 15 days they told me that when they were putting everything back together they found 4 stripped bolts and that i needed a new engine! They finally got an engine in and locked my vehicle because of the Blow and Go i had. I had to get my vehicle towed to a different shop to be serviced for that then towed back to the dealership and they said it was my fault i had that on there. After all that they triggered the blow and go AGAIN so i had to pay for that to get serviced again. They finally gave me my vehicle back after 36 days and they forgot to plug my fog lights back in. So i had to take it back to them once again and after 3 hours i got it back and had to get my battery replaced because of it. Worst service i have ever received. It is better to pay to have your vehicle towed to another dealership than to deal with Bud Clary. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

After paying over $200 for a check engine light report I was quoted $521 for repairs. I had to asked twice for a detailed quote breaking out parts and labor. Being an untrained Chrysler mechanic, I was able to replace both parts in under an hour with OEM parts sourced at 2/3rd the cost of the parts quoted by Chris. I understand Dealership shops are expensive to operate, but $422.64 in labor seems out of line. The service sales rep was Chris Rider.
I recommend using another dealer or independent mechanic.
