Went to this dealer after finding an ad for a vehicle I was interested on autotrader website, the ad showed a the vehicle ~8K below the msrp, howevet the sales people said they could not honor that since autotrader had a problem and long history short they could just reduce it by 2K (which is was a mahufacturer incentive), this was more than what they had in their own website which was ~4K msrp. I would not recommend this dealer unless you want to waste your time trying to get you with a higher price than advertised.

A horrible company that does shoddy work on vehicles. I took my car in for a check engine light, and they tried returning it with the light on and told me that many people come and leave with that light on. I told them I brought it in for the light and wanted it fixed, so they took it and turned it back to me after a week and a half with the light off; however, not a month later, the light came on, and I took it back. They kept it for another week, and a half returned it with the light off, and a little less than two weeks, the engine light is back on. Needless to say, I have elected to have my car taken somewhere else this time.

Very unethical sales managers at this location, Russ & Scott. I was purchasing a truck over the phone and in the middle of leaving a deposit and booking a flight for the next day somebody took the truck out for a test drive. I was told to now wait and if those people decided not to buy it then the truck would be mine. Because I was doing this over the phone and not in person they allowed these people to cut in front of me and then buy the truck. I had to wait over 40 minutes for them to decide if they wanted to buy the truck or not, and they did. This situation could have been resolved, the sales managers knew what was going on but figured selling to somebody in front of them was better than risking a sale of the phone. Very shady people. Greg, who I assume is the owner, wouldn't even call me after going back and forth through email, he told me his general manager spoke with me and gave a good explanation. That is not true, the only people I spoke with were the two sales managers. I attached a screenshot of Russ telling the salesperson "I assigned it to you so no worries" I guess if Russ is going to lie and be unethical he should do it verbally so there is no trace. Worth mentioning the sales person was very helpful and seemed honest, he was the reason I was buying a truck over the phone and flying across the country to pick it up the next day. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE MY OPINION IS THE SALES MANAGERS ARE UNETHICAL, good to avoid this place.

Bought a new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon for an awesome price for the easiest purchase I've had. I had planned on saving up and eventually buying a Jeep next year but with carpools getting shut down and my commuter vehicle giving up I really wanted to move that time table forward rather than purchasing something just to get me by. I was skeptical that I'd be able to find something I liked for a decent price, let alone so close to home, and Kevin Hernandez with Karmart worked with me remotely make it all happen seamlessly after explaining that I needed a vehicle to travel for essential work at a Hydro-Generation facility. An appointment was made so that the sale could be made in a safe & sanitized manner and I was driving away within only 40mins of my arrival, extremely happy with not only the vehicle but the entire purchasing process.

Went in to look for an inexpensive preowned car so I wouldn't put miles on my lease. Worked with a tall hispanic guy (never bothered to introduce himself), who when I told him what I was looking for completely changed his attitude toward me and my wife. He brought us inside to stare at his computer screen at cars located in a different state. If I wanted to look at a computer i wouldn't be at a car lot during a pandemic. I found a car I liked well enough and he insisted I fill out paperwork before driving a vehicle. Long story short he said he'd grab keys and never came back. We walked back down to the honda store and bought the car there instead (hence 2 stars instead of 1 because the young salesman at Honda was amazing.) I've bought cars from Dick Hannah jeep before and have had great experiences. It's a shame that this left a sour taste in my mouth. Shoutout to Dodge service, you guys rock.

They Sold A Car I Was Buying To Someone Else For More Money - starshine
I searched for quite a while to find an SUV I could afford and that met my needs. After negotiation, we agreed on a price and I was given a copy of the purchase order. I had complicated circumstances to get my funding through an estate attorney. The primary people at the dealership were all aware of my situation and I called them to keep them posted on my progress with the attorney.
Within a few days, I had the funds available to pay for the car and called the dealership to complete the purchase and arrange to pick up my car. That is when I was informed that another salesman, with the approval of management, ignored my purchase order and sold the car to someone else for a higher price. As you can imagine, I was furious!
They could have at least called me before proceeding with selling my car to a higher bidder! I do not recommend doing business with them because their word or even their purchase order means nothing to them. They did not follow good business practices or common courtesy when they ignored the agreement that everyone involved had approved.

My husband and I had our 2013 Toyota Prius 4 evaluated here to see how much they would offer us on trade-in. We worked with Ivan and his two managers, Trevor and Starr. They were all top notch! All of them were masked up whenever they talked to us and they kept us well informed about what they were doing and how long things would take. They came back with an offer a few thousand dollars higher than the other dealerships we took it to. We didn't even have to negotiate on price with them. That alone is worth 5 stars right there.. If possible I'd give them 10 stars for their professionalism, and, generosity, general caring for our comfort. We accepted their offer and they cut us a check an hour later. Near the beginning of the process, Trevor told us that he'd have Ivan give us a ride home if the sale went through. I was floored as I've never been treated this well by any dealership. Ivan came out near the end and said that company policy prevented him from giving us a ride home, but that they were calling us an Uber. He said they were going to cover the cost. I can't think of a single thing they could improve on.

Not a great experience. Bought a used ram about 2 months ago and i was told it had remote start and bed lights. I live 3 hours away and on the drive home I found out half the bed lights didnt work, they only gave me 1 key fob and it didnt even work. I called to let them know and get replacement fobs and was told I would have to take a 6 hr round trip to bring the truck back! There is a dodge dealership in my town that they could have issue me new remotes, but they wont eat the cost and instead want me to waste a 6 hour drive, gas and mileage in my new hemi so they can save money on something I should never have had to deal with. New remotes are cheap and they could make it right for $150 and wont... I love the truck but the dealership comes off sketchy and has that shady used car lot feeling. Ive called 5 times and spoken to 2 people and now they wont even return a call or text. I give them $35,000 and they give me an answering machine to talk to instead of doing whats right.

Now they are wanting us to pay to fix the transmission even though we told them before our warranty expired that there was something wrong with it and they said it was fine. Avoid going there .

I’m place, I was told the car was being set aside by Joe, the GM, who is supposed to be the leader of this place, to use his words, “ I’m the only one in this place that can set aside a car”. All of the financials were set, has his staff, Chrissy and Michael get the additional information, registration, proof of insurance, utility bills etc. I sent it to them both, multiple times. After sending it, I was told I would hear back from Michael about a day to swap my trade for the new vehicle. I hear nothing, call, text, all of a sudden I’m getting nothing back... I get a message from Chrissy, “we will not be swapping cars today, the soonest will be Friday” per Joe Geraci. Ok, no problem, I told her I would cancel some things at work for Friday afternoon and asked them to reach out to set a time. I hear nothing. I call and text joe, it shows he read the text, no answer. I call and text Michael, no answer. Finally the end of the next day after calling and texting them again, I get an answer, someone should have called you, we ended up selling the car... no apology, nothing. Michael said he was upset too. Joe said, “what do you want me to do?” Could have started by being honest and true to their word, but hey, I’m apparently just some customer they could care less about. In all of my life I have never had so much trouble trying to spend $40k on a vehicle. This dealership is the very reason there is a negative stereotype about car dealerships- they were dishonest with terrible leadership and zero customer service. Lost several hours initially working with and several hours trying to get a call back about my ‘purchase’ -stay away from this place!

And they didnt have a loaner but told me to use enterprise and they would reimburse me, they didnt, $2400.00 and the deductable for the tire repair. They caused more damage to the dart while fixing the tire... Yes sales might be fine. Service and Admin depts are criminal. Avoid getting even an oil change they screwed that up also. Long story not the only victim ask enterprise heh.
