Made a 9:00am appointment two weeks ago to have my Ram pick-up trouble-shooted for a electrical problem today. When I got there I was told their computer did not have a scheduled appointment for me. But could work me in and all trouble-shooting is done between 8am and noon. Sat there 4 hours untill noon and my truck did not move. After 4 hopurs I asked for my keys back and left! NEVER WILL RETURN!

One of the worst ever dealership I have ever been to. They posted the price of the Chrysler 300 2018 car on the official website and after I made all the effort to talk to the sales guy and manager and drove an hour and a half to get the car, they told me they marked the price wrong. Like seriously. I called the an hour before I went in. Also, they said 18000 the 1 was mistakenly marked as 1 instead of 2. Come on man. Even if that was true, the new car isn't the same price, leave the pre-owned we were trying to see.
I spent my afternoon driving to the location. After the manager told me they marked the price wrong and they now can sell only for 5k more, the manager was extremely rude and spoke about how they can choose to not sell the car. Like seriously, I was just accepting an apology for all the time I wasted making all the effort. Is that how you treat your customers. Extremely bad. Please be very cautious doing business with them. Very very displeased and disappointed.

(Note to 5-Star Dodge in Aberdeen) I am not sure where to start, but I am not impressed with your service department. I'm an educated fella, life and school, having been a NAPA parts man/machinist for 16 years, a Snap-On dealership owner, and ran a small car lot before returning to school and am fairly successful in my current profession. Been there...done that. Almost 2 weeks have passed since my Ram was brought into your dealership on a flatbed. I didn't buy from 5-Star, simply because you didn't have what I what I wanted for the price I needed. Should not matter. This is a Dodge/Ram warranty issue. As of today, and for the past almost 2 weeks, my perception is, your service department has put my truck on the back burner and, while I'm a tough guy to get past understanding and into the pissed off mode, you have succeeded. I have been told for the past several days that you are still waiting to hear from Ram how to proceed. There is no reason for the balony....I am obviously not a priority, rather quite the opposite, because I did not purchase the vehicle from 5 Star. I am, by nature and by training, a patient, understanding fella. I worked in the automotive industry longer than I have been in education. I get it....things take time but this is a travesty. That time has passed. Is there a reason this issue cannot be resolved as soon as possible? I will be a car buyer for years to come but am totally unimpressed with the poor service and communication I have received from 5-Star so far. I know when my first old, 2004 Dodge 2500 hemi lost a valve spring, costing me a head, cylinder, manifold, it was taken in and dealt with with pride and a degree of urgency, by the Dodge dealer in Aberdeen at that time. If that was 5-Star at the old Dewayne Deweese location, kudos. Should have kept it up. That is customer service. I would appreciate your attention to my issue. I will contact Ram Corporate to see if this issue can be facilitated. BTW....takes a lot..A LOT...of poor service to get me to this point. I look forward to your attention to this matter.

if you use coupon for car service, your car will be serviced by a "non-master" technician with lower pay rate! I cannot guarantee if that technician knows the difference between gasoline or engine oil!
Here was what happened to me:
I was trying to use a standard Mopar coupon for a full synthetic oil change at the time of checkout. Very interesting things happened...The cashier did not allow me to use it and explained that I have to present the coupon at the time of the service order. I have been doing the same thing with another Jeep dealer without any problem, so I asked for an explanation. They asked the manager Tiffany and here is what she explained:
If I use a coupon, they will bill a lower rate which would have distributed my service job to a "non-master" technician who has a lower pay rate.
They even uses examples that if I pay less, they have to hire a "JixxxLube-level" technician to do the job. Ouch...This is shocking to me that this dealership or Mopar has such double standard to discriminate service jobs by whether customer uses coupon or not? OMG, this is unbelievable in today's industry...
What's worse is this manager is a total denier...I asked her to write down this reason in paper so that I can use this to check with Mopar if this is company policy. She refused to record her words and reworded it to be "Service will need to be distributed accordingly when customer presents a coupon". She claimed they have used the "express lane" technicians who are all master-level. But listen, even the original service confirmation email said "express lane", I didn't even have a choice.
At this point, I am extremely frustrated with this dealership. I think I will try to avoid AutoNation entirely in PNW.
Guys, if you want to keep your cars for longer, make sure you can make more money so that you don't need to use coupon on them, or just move away!

Denver and Sarah Morford run a tight ship with ethics and morals we all can appreciate. I had a big and involved maintenance issue on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was communicated every step of the way including why the part failed. When I picked up the Jeep it ran like new. They Aligned it and washed it which was above and beyond. Finding this kind of service is unique, unexpected and appreciated.

I took my Jeep in for a 60 thousand service never had any issues with my car over the 5 years I owned it, after I was expecting to pay around $270.00 for my first bill it ended up being over $400.00 to allow them to do the fuel injection cleaner. My car was fine for about two days after I had it serviced then all of a sudden it would just stall while it was idling at a stop light. I took it back to Jeep and had to take time off work to do this and spent the $125.00 for the diagnostic only to come back with them telling me a sensor needed to be fixed. I had them fix it and two days later my car started to die again. Keep in mind I have taken very good care of this vehicle, only has 59 thousand miles for 2014 and all services have been up to date. Never had any issues anywhere else. I left them a message asking for a call back and a week has gone by without anyone returning my call. I would recommend to anyone to take their Jeep elsewhere as I read better reviews elsewhere with the Jeep dealership in Tacoma. I am beyond frustrated and ended up trading my vehicle instead of trying to have them fix this issue. Horrible customer service and all they care about is making money.
