My spouse and me just bought a Dodge Ram midnight edition from Rairdons and I have to say, They’re approach to selling cars is paramount to anything I’ve experienced when buying a car. We had the pleasure of having the best salesman ever, Jay La Clair. Jay completely changed the opinion I had of a salesman. His laidback no pressure approach is so refreshing and something I thought didn’t exist in a car salesman. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted in a truck and that truck wasn’t on Rairdons lot. Instead of jay pushing one of their trucks on us, he searched for the exact truck we wanted. Turns out that that truck was in Idaho. The impressive thing is, that rairdons and jay worked As though that truck was on their lot and they did whatever it took to get us in it. They even drove out to Idaho to get it for us. Not only that but we traded in our car that was back home on orcas island and instead of us having to drive Our trade in back, Jay Came out to orcas and picked it up. Their exceptional customer service was the result of them making what we wanted in a truck, paramount. Jay and Rairdons made our truck buying experience, effortless, rewarding, 1st class and second to none. I used to really like this dealership's service department for my 2011 Ram 3500 truck. Now, not so much. Brought truck in for an LOF, tire rotation, and steering wheel centering after they did a wheel alignment some time back. All prior to driving that truck from Federal Way to Phoenix, AZ.
(1) Tires got rotated but they didn't adjust the pressure-- so was dangerously low in back and dangerously high in front. Discovered this at home and entirely by chance; and
(2) They didn't adjust the steering wheel, but maybe that was a good thing.
I don't mind paying more for dealer service rather than using an independent shop, but if you can't trust a dealership to do a proper job on a basic service then what's the point? The speed limits on the way to Phoenix are mostly 75-80 mph-- not a good speed at which to have tire/handling/stability problems in a pickup. I'm quite aggravated that these guys put me and my family at risk this way.
I did complain to Risa, my service writer about this. She said the manager would get in touch with me. That never happened. Use these guys at your own risk.

My fiance and I purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk from Juan Gomez. Juan stayed late without making us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing him. He knew what he was selling and wasn't afraid to let us know if he didn't have the correct answer. He was able to source the information we were asking about with quickness and accuracy as well. I am not a trusting individual, especially to a car salesman, but Juan had earned my respect and will be my go-to person when I am ready to trade in my current Ram for a newer model.
Andrew Burns was our finance manager. He was very forward and straight to the point. I was reluctant to believe him when he told us what our monthly payment was going to be until he put it on paper and we finalized the sale. I could not have asked for a better team between Juan and Andrew. Andrew was having some computer issues with finalizing and printing our paperwork and rather than have us wait around until the issue was resolved, he threw us the keys to our new Jeep and told us to enjoy ourselves and he would be in touch with us once the contract was ready for signatures. To make this situation better, rather than us having to go back to the dealership to sign everything, Andrew sent Juan to our home to have us sign our contract.
We will definitely be returning customers and will be referring all of our friends and family to see Juan and Andrew without hesitation. I cannot speak enough praise for this team at Yakima Jeep. Kudos fellas!

In July I took my son's new car with 3000 miles on it into the service department because it smelt so bad like antifreeze that your eye and nose would burn. They looked at it and told us that sometimes new cars smell like that and there was nothing wrong. My husband refused that answer and asked that a different tech look at it. The new tech, within minutes knew the heater core was bad. After them having the car for 2 weeks we got it back and it was absolutely destroyed. They disassembled the car with a screwdriver leaving gouges everywhere. The hood and both doors scratched, there was a dent in the passenger door, the heated seats were wired up backwards and none of the dome lights or overhead lighting worked. To repair the damage they caused, they had to replace numerous interior panel pieces, fix and repaint the door, repaint the rocker panels and door jams and buff the whole car due to scratches. After several phone calls and time off work with trips down they finally had everything finished at the end of November. The kicker to this story is the car still smelt like antifreeze (not as bad as the first time) and when I said something about it, the shop Forman and service director told me that sometimes new cars just smell like that. Well I'm not a complete idiot so I have since taken my sons car to a different dodge dealer to have the heater core looked at. Not to my surprise the heater core had failed again! They said it had failed again because the tech at Bud Clary obviously damaged the heater core casing trying to beat it into the place. It's now January 11th and I think we finally have everything fixed and I'm hoping I can start the new year off not dealing with this car anymore!

Overall, an outstanding service experience. I was promptly greeted by Aaron at the service desk. He listened to me and made sure he had documented my concern. He put floor and seat covers in my vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me frequent updates during the repair. When everything was done, he explained everything that was done, and thanked me for my business. My truck was washed and vacuumed, and the whole experience made me feel that I was engaged and important. I love this dealership! Highly recommended.

I wish I could give a no star rating. All this dealership wants to do is give you the bait and switch. Went to purchase a vehicle, signed all the paperwork and was given the vehicle. Two days later they said the bank said they needed more money or I would have to return the vehicle. Called bank and they said they were not asking for more money that that would have to come from the dealership. Dealership called cops on me today saying I stole there vehicle because I hadn't returned it yet and went in there tried to discuss options with them and all they could say was that the bank is the one asking for more money. The sales manager I talked to several days earlier told me it would be no big deal, as long as I came up with "x" amount of dollars I would get the vehicle no problem, looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Today I try to talk with him and the cockroach that he is, decides to hide in his office so he doesn't have to face me. He told me he wouldn't BS me and that's exactly what him and his company did.

Spent a whole week working with a Sales rep Raymond on trying to setup a new truck. Found one and said that we had it locked in for a Saturday deal. I tried responding to him via phone, email, Voicemail and he never responded back. I tried calling 3 times today (Friday) and was transferred 6 times, put on hold 10 times and hung up on twice only to find out they sold the truck yesterday... Absolutely horrific customer service and will plan on NEVER doing business with Bud Clary again.

Sales team try's hard to deliver but incompetent sales managers Richard and Josh ruined my experience while I was working with gabby I heard Richard and Josh making homephobic jokes to another employee this almost made me walk out but Gabby's amazing attitude and my liking of the car I stayed once My trade was appraised I was brought a shockingly disrespectful number for my trade I was told that they don't control trade our corporate does... I was at AutoNation ford a few days earlier and was given a reasonable offer worst dealership ever do not by any means by a car or so buisness here
