I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Lithia in May with the understanding that I would receive license plates in the mail. I live in Bellingham, WA. Two weeks before my temporary was to expire, I texted the salesman, asking for new temp registration, as mine was going to expire soon. He said not to worry, that the DMV was just slow.
Last Tuesday, six days before my temp registration was to expire I texted the salesperson again. He said they are being sent to me via UPS overnight express and that I would have them by Friday. I got no license plates on Friday. I texted the salesperson requesting a tracking number. I got no response. I got no plates on Saturday.
I called the dealership on Saturday, the day before my temp registration was to expire, and left a voicemail. I got no reply. That same day, fearing that I would be left without the ability to drive my new van, I went to the DMV. The DMV told me that the plates and registration were issued to the dealer a week and a half ago. I had no choice but to report to the DMV that they were lost and pay for replacement plates.
The dealership had the plates for a full week before sending them to me, but only after my repeated requests. When they were sent, it incorrectly addressed, despite the fact that the have sent me mail before. The plates finally arrived after the expiration of the temps.
On Monday, I placed a call to the dealership and spoke to the general manager. All I got from him was excuses. Then he hung up on me.
The management does not care about the customer after the sale.

They kept me informed and let me know when it would be ready. There was a small oil leak and said it was not serious. Other places would have pushed me to handle it right there and then. I really appreciate their honesty. I will be back.

Service dept is beyond terrible. Poor install, ignore all emails regarding as such. Simple water pump recall... 2hrs is book time. Been at this dealership for 17 working hours.. still no call on completion. This is also after I called to check status at the 13hr mark and was told he would check and call me back.... NOPE....

2018 Jeep issues and poor service dept - Bill and Sophie
Bought our second car from this dealer which Is a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. After 3 months of driving the Jeep it would fail to start after being driven then would start after sitting for several minuets. Drove it to “our” dealer and was told by the service dept that they could not duplicate the issue. I explained to the service writer that the exact same issues are all over the internet with solutions I was completely blown off and told to bring it back when it happens again. Well next day we had to tow our Brand new Jeep back to the dealership for them to again say they couldn’t duplicate the issue and they would need to keep it till they could. The dealer contacted the factory and was told this was a known issue and how to duplicate and repair. Huge inconvenience for us to not have the car for a few days while they figure out what everyone else knows on the internet. Teach them customer service in the service dept. spending 40,000 at this dealership to buy the Jeep the dealership should be inconvenienced not the customer. This is the second issue we have had at this service dept. they are ok at oil changes and tire fills. Take your car to a different dealer

I wish I could give a no star rating. All this dealership wants to do is give you the bait and switch. Went to purchase a vehicle, signed all the paperwork and was given the vehicle. Two days later they said the bank said they needed more money or I would have to return the vehicle. Called bank and they said they were not asking for more money that that would have to come from the dealership. Dealership called cops on me today saying I stole there vehicle because I hadn't returned it yet and went in there tried to discuss options with them and all they could say was that the bank is the one asking for more money. The sales manager I talked to several days earlier told me it would be no big deal, as long as I came up with "x" amount of dollars I would get the vehicle no problem, looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Today I try to talk with him and the cockroach that he is, decides to hide in his office so he doesn't have to face me. He told me he wouldn't BS me and that's exactly what him and his company did.

Overall, an outstanding service experience. I was promptly greeted by Aaron at the service desk. He listened to me and made sure he had documented my concern. He put floor and seat covers in my vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me frequent updates during the repair. When everything was done, he explained everything that was done, and thanked me for my business. My truck was washed and vacuumed, and the whole experience made me feel that I was engaged and important. I love this dealership! Highly recommended.

Came in with my 2014 jeep latitude because it was leaking coolant. I spent 4 days arguing with a guy in service because he kept saying i had to pay $1300 and it would be done in 2 days and i didnt have warranty. My jeep only had 28k miles and i had purchased extended warranty as well. When i went in one day with my paperwork turns out they fired the guy. The next guy told me that parts had been ordered and it would be a few days. When parts got in they gave me a date and told me that it would be ready. They changed the date and time 4 different times. After being in the shop for 15 days they told me that when they were putting everything back together they found 4 stripped bolts and that i needed a new engine! They finally got an engine in and locked my vehicle because of the Blow and Go i had. I had to get my vehicle towed to a different shop to be serviced for that then towed back to the dealership and they said it was my fault i had that on there. After all that they triggered the blow and go AGAIN so i had to pay for that to get serviced again. They finally gave me my vehicle back after 36 days and they forgot to plug my fog lights back in. So i had to take it back to them once again and after 3 hours i got it back and had to get my battery replaced because of it. Worst service i have ever received. It is better to pay to have your vehicle towed to another dealership than to deal with Bud Clary. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

SCAMMERS is the only word I can find to describe my experience working with the service department. Don't trust these guys and absolutely don't come here if you don't have to.
I purchased a backup camera to get installed with these guys. The only reason I didn't do it myself was because of convenience & it required the dealership to flash the radio unit in order for it to be able to receive the backup camera.
What should have been only a 1.5 hr job turned into 5 days of them giving me a bunch of B.S. and saying they needed to run tests to figure out why they were unable to get the camera to work.
Ultimately they could not complete the job, returned my car WITHOUT a working backup camera, AND still had the audacity to charge me for labor!!! This is coming from the Manager -- clearly they would rather have a few hundred dollars in their pocket vs now losing a customer for life.
They said if I still wanted it to work, I need to buy a new radio that costs over $1000!!! because their conclusion was that the radio is faulty. That i would have to buy the same model radio when everything else worked because they tested the camera on another car, triple checked the wiring, ran all diagonistics...etc. AND they gave me the guarantee that if I purchased this $1k radio that it will for sure work.
I took the car home, spent 30 min opening up the dash to check wiring going into the radio unit and immediately saw they connected the wiring to the radio harness incorrectly. So it took me 1 minute to fix that and then it worked!!!
I WONDER IF THEY DID THIS ON PURPOSE TO MAKE ME SPEND MORE MONEY KNOWING FULL WELL WHAT THE ISSUE IS AND LYING TO ME. Seems like a crazy coincidence when you figure they seemed very confident and even gave me a FULL guarantee that buying a new radio unit would be the solution. These guys are sneaky and UNTRUSTWORTHY
