I had a very awful experience with Jessica Craig. She wasted my whole day, took a credit card deposit which she guaranteed would “hold the car” while working with another customer at the same time for the same car. Working in sales I understand it is important to hit your numbers, but that doesn’t require you to be dishonest and shady with your customers. She left us hanging and would not return our calls or text messages to let us know she sold the car to someone else.
We were ready to buy that day, but she didn’t seem to have the time of day to help us find another car.
Thankfully we were able to go to Rairdon’s in Kirkland and able to purchase exactly what we wanted that day. The entire team there was honest, helpful, and very efficient. It was definitely worth the driving a little bit longer to work with a quality team.
Stay away from Jessica if you would like to work with a honest sales person.

Years ago one Jeep service department after another disappointed me. Someone told me about Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My first visit wasn't my last. They were honest and very respectful to me. The service department has always been wonderful to me and my Jeep "Just Jack". Will and Grace fan can you tell? When I called for an oil and filter change John at the service department was very understanding about me being nervous about my safety during this pandemic. He booked the last oil change of the day for me. When I got there John wasn't there but Risa was. She too has always made me feel welcomed. She said if there is anything you need just let me know. While waiting I visited Jason in the parts department. He showed me all the new Jeep items. BTW I love my new jeep mug. Jason will be calling me in the Fall about their Jeep hoodies. I just love my hoodie I got a couple of years ago. This is how all dealerships, service and parts departments should treat their customers. Thank you John, Risa, and Jason.

Was super excited about getting our dream car! Though, once they got most of the deal settled... we brought it in multiple times for oil changes (which you only get one free). They didn't fix the issue and had actually not done ANY OF IT, and charged us for every one. It was a modified vehicle and they sold us a bogus warranty saying that it was good for the car. Within the 60 days, the car had a lot of issues and they had sent us to our local dealer, and sent their own inspector. Needless to say they kept saying there was no problem. There was and it was confirmed. Then, they told us the warranty won't work, and we had to pay out of pocket. We had told the manager, and they denied to even help us even though it was THEIR bogus warranty. This dealership doesn't care for the quality of the car or value their customers in my own personal experience. We were so heartbroken over the neglect that they had shown to us as customers.

I took my new 2021 Challenger to Dodge of Renton for a exhaust rattle I’ve been having since new. The gentleman at the service desk was very helpful with getting me an appointment the same day. After they had my car for an hour they told me that “exhaust rattle from Scat Packs are normal because it’s a performance car,” I wasn’t going for that stupid excuse. So I took my car to The Muffler Shoppe in Seattle and as soon as they put the car on the lift they found the problem. It was a loose exhaust clamp from the factory. If these guys at Renton Dodge Ram can’t figure that out, something so easy to find and fix, I wouldn’t trust theses guys for a simple oil change.

After writing a bad review about Tacoma Dodge for the little bit of money ($195) that they owed my wife for a fender repair on a new car she purchased, Steve Crosetti the general manager reached out to us and remedied the situation. I spoke to Steve, explained the situation and he sent us the $195 check immediately. Our salesman Alexander was really good to. Danny the sales manager at this dealership was supposed to take care of this but he didn't. He got kind of pissed that he still owed us money. But in the end, Steve Crosetti took care us us.

Called for a service appointment because the compass on my 2019 Jeep is not working correctly. The earliest appointment they had was 3 WEEKS out. The last time I was there it took them 1.5 hours to do an oil change with an appointment. We are new to WA. I definitely will not be getting my next vehicle there.

Excellent dealership. I buy a lot of new cars, and have dealt with a number of dealerships. By far these folks are the best. They honored a great price, offered a fair deal on the trade without me having to fight, and I was in and out of the dealership within 90 minutes, and some of that time was me finding all the docs they needed (yes I was not prepared as I should have been :). Other car dealerships should take notes on their business practices. BTW, this dealer is 150 miles from me and was worth the drive!
