Everyone hates buying a new vehicle. It's not fun and it's time consuming to say the least. However, Rey at Karmart made the process super easy and painless. I had to get a second car due to my kids schedule changing(we could no longer share a vehicle). From start to finish I was there about 2 hours. I had looked at 2 specific vehicles previously that I was really interested in. From start to finish he was great, and I got one of the ones I wanted. No pushy car salesman tatics,no trying to get me into something I wasn't interested in. He was very upfront with everything. Even the auto insurance team was great. They ran a quote and it came in way higher than what I was paying through my current insurance, and they didn't try to talk me into switching. I would absolutely recommend going to see Rey if you are looking for someone who just dosent only care about commission, but actually building a relationship with you.

I am pretty disappointed with the sales team. I had an appointment set up to buy a new truck but I live 1.5 to 2 hours away and all I ask for was a some good base numbers to go off of before I come. I had a 2020 ram 2500 trade in and I was looking for a 3500. Communication was really poor over text and they acted like they didn't want my business. for a returning customer does not look good at all. If I was in sales I would work my butt of to make the sale and make the customer want to return for years to come. I was trying to buy a truck and it didn't happen you would think they would want me to. They just quit texting me with no more info.

This includes competing premium brands like Mercedes, Porsche, Lexus - as well as more mainstream brands like GM and competing PNW BMW dealerships. BMW Seattle has been, by far, the best dealership I've ever worked with. Adam and the sales team are friendly, approachable, honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I can honestly say I've built a genuine relationship with the team there in the 15+ years I've been buying (mostly) BMW. The service team are also excellent, which makes the overall ownership experience top notch. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Multiple cars purchase from this dealership. I've caught them in so many lies. Don't buy a car with KIA. Transmissions are awful. I've caught them on camera lying, from saying I had tons of things wrong with a car after just getting it fixed because all they cared about was money. From the unprofessionalism. Not owning up their mistakes. It's a very shady dealership. They've broke parts in my car than made it feel like they were doing me a favor be fixing it. I've never had any issues with dealership but trust me by not buying a KIA you'll regret it badly.
