I am pretty disappointed with the sales team. I had an appointment set up to buy a new truck but I live 1.5 to 2 hours away and all I ask for was a some good base numbers to go off of before I come. I had a 2020 ram 2500 trade in and I was looking for a 3500. Communication was really poor over text and they acted like they didn't want my business. for a returning customer does not look good at all. If I was in sales I would work my butt of to make the sale and make the customer want to return for years to come. I was trying to buy a truck and it didn't happen you would think they would want me to. They just quit texting me with no more info.

Lee Johnson Mazda in Seattle did a great job on a recent service I had done there. The head of the engine was leaking antifreeze at about 80k miles and it required 2 full days to take the engine out, replace the head and then put it all back together again and make sure it all worked. Whew!! Fortunately, it was a known problem and Mazda took care of it at no charge to me! Everyone I dealt with was competent and professional and I was even able to get a loaner car while my car was there for several days. Very happy with the service they provided.
