The service department is terrible! DON'T GO THERE! It's the worst I've seen in my 63 years. Pay close attention to your car. Especially if you are a woman or a senior citizen. I went in on March 23, 2026 for service. All I wanted was a simple oil and filter change, and a tire rotation. The bad attitude and the unprofessional attitude of the person made me jump in my car and go to another dealership.

Took my Nissan here to get a diagnosis arriving at 7:30 am. The service dept did not respond until closing time to detail what was wrong. Had an unsettling interaction with the sales dept that evening as they said the service dept was closed and I could not get my vehicle until the next day. Had to leave the vehicle over night unexpectedly. Came back the next day and drove off and now tha ac is blowing a chemical odor and does not cool properly. I believe they tampered with this system as it was not like that prior to bringing it in. Called to explain the situation but did not receive any communication back from anyone. Horrible customer service and the fact that the ac unit is tampered with is unacceptable. Beware!

Going through the initial vehicle purchase was a decent experience, but I had to provide a low rating after finding out my front bumper had some minor damage from one of the employees over-tightening the bolts near the middle of the license plate bracket, which caused an indentation in the bumper paint. I spoke to Jonathan in the service department, explained my situation, and sent over some photos, which he said would result in a new bumper replacement ( still within the 30-day warranty). I arrived on the day of my appointment at the service department, handed over the keys only to be told that the service was completed within a 10-15 minute waiting period. The service department removed the front license plate bracket and basically said the repair was complete. I tried to explain to Eduardo that the bumper had been damaged when an employee installed the license plate bracket, but he said there's nothing that can be done and that the front bumper cannot be replaced. For anyone planning to purchase a vehicle from CarMax or any dealership, please make sure the license plate and license plate frame/bracket are installed correctly.

Made the appointment for 10 o’clock for the oil change got their right on time was told it’s gonna take about an hour and a half to two hours waited for 2 1/2 hours. Ask if my car is ready they told me no and it’s just sitting outside. At this point, I just took my car and left. Why even bother make appointments if you have to wait four hours for oil change.

Buyer beware - All used car prices are $2995 more at the dealer due to a lojack they pre-install and claim they can't remove from the invoice. Also, don't bother unless you are financing your car. I arrived for my appointment at 5:30pm (confirmed all details beforehand, even my payment method to wire the money). I was sat and left in the back room until 7:30pm being told I needed to wait for the General Manager to call back to approve my purchase. At 7:30pm I looked through the window and watched one of my salesman giving another couple a full tour of the car I was there to buy. I found the my other salesmen and asked them directly about it. They said they weren't sure and suggested what I saw wasn't what I saw. They went to the GM's office. Only the salesman who was selling to other couple came back out, made no mention of what I'd raised, and told me the GM couldn't approve the sale because I wouldn't finance. Prices looked good to me online, but honesty upfront that you won't take certain payment methods so people don't waste a whole day at your dealership is a very small ask.

He got my paper work and made wait another 30 minutes while serving other customers. I also saw him on his phone sending text messages while I waited. I felt disrespected. She explained the process, documents, costs, and purchasing options clearly. My only complaint is the additional 45-minute long wait that we had for our 2:30 appointment time, which we showed up on time for. It was Saturday afternoon, which is likely the busiest period of the week. However, it would have been a better experience if our wait for a service rep would have taken less time. To our sales rep's credit, she provided us with a free tank of gas as an apology for our earlier wait.

Upon arrival, the entire team impressed me—from the receptionist who warmly greeted me to everyone else I encountered. Mario went above and beyond, ensuring a transmission specialist was on-site specifically for my car that day. He even gladly coordinated an Uber to get me to my rental car—a service the previous dealer flat-out refused to provide. What truly set this experience apart was the communication. if you want a honda at this dealership and not pay a ' market adjustment' mark up $5000 for a civic..$10000 for a civic si..or a passport or a crv..or a prolouge.. just sit down.. show your costco card or you AAA card..and ask for the costco or AAA price..if they try to tell you about ; market value price i.e. mark up..getup and walk away.. there are many other honda dealerships that dont sell their car for' mark up ' market value' its just a scam

I texted the dealership that I will not be able to come in, post a phone call in the morning. I received a message saying they are willing to do an offsite test drive for me. I reached the location the next day, and no one showed up there. I then realized it was a BOT who arranged this meet up. AN AI who asked for ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DATA PRETENDING TO BE HUMAN. Mind you I did not ask for this test drive, it was OFFERED TO ME. What is worse is Diamond Mazda had no idea about this, no human oversight of the AI and has no controls over these bots. I had to call them to inform and they proceeded to gaslight me. BEWARE before interacting with them and sharing your data while buying a car. I am absolutely shocked and scared that Diamond Mazda has no oversight on powerful tools such as AI and lets it run wild, ENDANGERING REAL human life. When I tried to complain, Marco the salesman refused to share number of the GM claiming he did not have such information...(ridiculous) and proceeded to harass me further, leaving me feeling unsafe and distressed in a location that the BOT made me come to. I have now filed complaints with govt authorities. I leave this as a CAUTION to anyone who is interested, Mazda has several dealerships, this one is NOT the one u should go to. There is a reason why their rating is so low - full of misrepresentation and malpractice of business.
