Had a great experience here. My salesman Gustavo was friendly and helpful. They made the purchase personal. When I went in to pick my car up they I went to a small room with a sign that had my name on it and my car. The car had a cover over it along with a bow and revealed it by pulling the sheet off.

For years I have dreamed of owning a Range Rover. We are finally in a position to make that dream a reality. I’ve seen ads for treasure coast so I wanted to give them a shot. After reading the reviews I felt trusted with Ameila. I gave her a call and she found me our beautiful Range Rover Sport Autobiography! Since I am out of state. She immediately sent me over photos and videos to showcase the beautiful ride. Amelia made the process so smooth, we were turned over to Jennifer who is AWESOME! She got our F&I all handled, this made the in store process so easy. We flew down and picked her up Saturday, Ameila had the car in the delivery bay and captured the reaction of me seeing the car for the first time, I couldn’t believe it. The whole team at JLR Treasure Coast made this experience something we will never forget. I am extremely satisfied with the ease of buying a Range Rover. Our sales assisstant Jordan Crespo was magnificent! My husband and I test drove two models and right away were offered a great price for the model I liked and were able to finalize the buy in less than 2 hours. I have been to many car dealers in my life; from BMW's to Mercedes and VW but I had never had such a positive, fast and pleasant experience as this one. I was even able to turn in my previous lease at this dealership even though it is from another make. Jordan also was very diligent getting my Range Rover before it was scheduled for delivery. Great experience with everyone at the dealership. Ordered the 2025 Range Rover Autobiography, and it was delivered as promised and with red carpet treatment. I first tried to order the same SUV from other Land Rover dealerships in my area, but JLR Melbourne was very receptive, returned calls, and followed up with my during the whole process. I was treated indifferently by other Range Rover dealerships in the Orlando Area. Even though JLR Melbourne is an hour from where I live, they delivered!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Rod Dandy reached out to me immediately following my inquiry and provided exceptional customer service. He was extremely responsive to any and all questions and went the extra mile. Rod ensured the vehicle was ready for a test drive upon my arrival and even came in on his regularly scheduled day off. Rod was upfront with all the pricing and there were no hidden fees or surprises. The financing process was also amazing and the smoothest I've ever experienced out of at least a dozen auto purchases. When I returned to pick up the vehicle Rod once again had it ready to go and he went above and beyond again to make sure he gave it the white glove treatment. Rod is a phenomenal person and will be my go-to auto dealer for all future purchases. I highly recommend Land Rover Tampa and Rod Dandy!!

I ordered a Range Rover sport. After waiting three months the car finally arrived. Although I was being charge for the option of a panoramic roof, the car arrived with a fixed roof. Initially the dealership blamed me. They checked her records and realized I was right. I was able to my deposit back but that was all. Andy Wise the manager did not even have the courtesy to talk to me. Totally unprofessional deceitful and lying. Avoid this dealership like the plague
