State Line Nissan had the BEST deal in the country on the Nissan I was looking for. I was able to purchase the vehicle remotely without ever stepping foot inside the dealership. Mo Alsarawan was very helpful and extremely polite. All of my questions were answered quickly and completely before my daughter picked up the vehicle. The service i had done today was excellent. From the young lady that checked me in . The technician that performed the service was great . Even got a video of everything. The only thing I noticed that was different today was i didn't get the complimentary car wash and did get the vacuum either. But overall the experience was good.

Not only do they perform the needed services, but they also do a free 27 point inspection to make sure my vehicle is up to date on maintenance and safe for my family to drive and ride in. my son in law put a couple of bad reviews in here and I would like to disagree with EVERTHING he has said....the service center is behind bc of covit19 but this dealership brought in someone on a Saturday and paid them over time to try and get our expedition fixed and back to us asap...in this day and age I find this kind of service very professional and courteous and thank them very much for there service.

I have 2021 nissan altima i give my car for service ( oil change and tire rotation) every time they did mistake they don’t have proper wheel balancing machine and they do scrathes and broke my alloywheel for me this is the third time happen and they are argue with coustmers afterthat they are changing the pictures and lying and they are trying to blame on us .i strongly recommended dont give your cars for service in frank fletcher nissan ( joplin) and especially service advisor ( steve wright) he is a very very rude with all customers and below and i shares with proofs also so please dont give your cars in frank fletcher nissan
