My service advisor was Andrew Henderson who was exemplary, He had a great attitude, explained everything to me and most importantly got my car in and out quickly. It is easy to make an appointment and my service advisor keeps me informed as my car is receiving service. I trust Allan on what my car needs in the way of service and when. My next car will probably be a Mazda and I plan on purchasing it at Jeff Haas. They treat you as a valued customer whether you are buying a car or just getting yours serviced.

I'm beyond frustrated with the customer service I've received from Mr. Juan Ochoa and general manager Mr. Anthony Luna, I purchased a 2022 Suburban, but my experience has been marred by broken promises and ignored calls. Despite multiples attempts to contact them, I've been met with silence. I hope the management takes my complaints seriously and takes necessary actions. Should've taken my business elsewhere.
