I recently purchased a '25 Tiguan SEL. I started the process at the end of April, and the car officially released in the US at the end of May. I was referred to Gus (Mikedis) by a friend, and he has helped me throughout the entire process. There was never a sense of urgency, and Gus remained professional during the entire process. He kept me updated real-time and gave me heads-up on what to prepare for in the future. Prior to this purchase, I've despised working with car salesmen (due to the stereotypes that exist within that industry), but this has definitely shed some new, positive light on the entire experience.

Recently completed scheduled service on my Atlas. Early morning appointment, all staff were in good spirits. Jenn and Larissa are friendly, check in was fast and they communicated with me while I waited for my car. I got to observe how all of the other customers and employees interacted, definitely a big improvement overall as past experiences were not as good.

If you're looking for a new car, you have to go see Vildan! I just bought a brand new Volkswagen Atlas from her, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Vildan was welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the features of the Atlas and patiently answered all my questions without any pressure. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. The workers are nice but that’s about it after my experience with 2 Vw It’s all about making money off anything and getting you to apply for sunbit financing .. you’re better off finding an independent mechanic you trust ..they don’t share information which forces you to pay for diagnostic services each time .. just a money pit

Simply stated, I believe they seriously tried to rip me off. First, they tried to charge me $600 for a 30,000 mile service even though I had pre-paid for it when I first leased the car from them. When I made the appointment, they correctly told me that their records showed I had already paid for the service and that there would be no charge. However, when I went to pick the car up, they insisted that they had no record of my prepayment and made me pay $600 for the servicing. Then I found the original receipt at home and sent it to them. They took around 3-4 weeks to "process the refund." Additionally, when I picked the car up, they told me that the technician said that the car needed a brake job for a cost of $1,600. I declined and the next time I brought the car to my local mechanic, several thousand miles later, he told me that the brakes weren't even close to needing a brake job and had at least 25,000 miles left on them. So, the long and the short of it is that they wrongly tried to get $2,200 out of me in a single visit. Obviously, I never went back.

I purchased a 2011 VW GTI and along with it a $599 "Vehicle Tire and Wheel Guarantee". The former business manager (now Ryan Agosti) pulled out a photo of a damaged wheel and recommended this covered. He ensured by that any damage to the wheels would be covered under this agreement. A year later I attempted to fix minor scrapes on the wheels at New Country and was told that the stock wheels on my vehicle were not covered based on the way they are manufactured. I contacted Ryan Agosti and explained everything. She claimed to have checked with her boss, Tom Coppinger who said there would be no refund whatsoever. The only reason this was purchased would be to cover the wheels- based on the guidance of the dealership themselves.
