The showroom was very clean as was the restroom. They had a variety of models in the showroom that we could sit in out of the elements. Justin was extremely knowledgeable about all of the Subaru models and after purchasing our outback he took the time to sit in the car with us to explain all of the features and even programmed our phones with Apple CarPlay.

I just want to say working with Mike Dupree was amazing. He made my visit so pleasant. He did everything above and beyond to make me end up leasing a new vehicle with not a bit of struggle. He has the best personality as a salesman. Not pushy at all. He worked with the Gm there to help me stay within my budget for a new car. The finance manager was extremely nice too! He introduced himself and worked with me on certain coverages. Finally Allison the customer care manager that wrapped up the paperwork was 💯 amazing. She’s pleasant and has a great personality. She even helped me download the my Chevy app on my phone and made sure I was knowledgeable of how it worked before left. Allison came out to the car and explained a lot about the features of my new equinox. She made sure my Bluetooth was hooked up and I was familiar with the touchscreen. Awesome job Allison! I had a 9am apt when I arrive they tell me that they have the apt for 10am to check start/stop light on on my dash also check the auto park as it takes multiple times shifting before the vehicle will go into gear. At 10:40am the vehicle still sits where I parked it. I go back into the dealership to see if it’s completed they tell me they haven’t looked at it yet. At 11:32am they call me to tell me it’s all set that it’s just the pins on the door plug connector were bent and now straightened and fixed. I go inside dealership to pay and pick up the vehicle and he now tells me that BOTH BATTERIES ARE BAD AND NEED REPLACING for a total of $1,155.28. This vehicle was just purchased from this same dealership January 25 2025 !! This dealership also charges 175 per hour labor rate. Left without purchasing any batteries at all but paid the $189 with tax rate only. Batteries were tested PRIOR TO GOING THERE TWO DAYS EARLIER BY GARAGE BOTH TESTED GOOD. !!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE WORK !! Better yet don’t even purchase a vehicle from here !! The exact same two batteries from Friendly in Geneva are almost $125 less even though neither battery needed replacing !! They also showed on their print out of paper work that the vehicle has an extended warranty until 01/25/29 with 100 deductible which I have a copy of. !!! Also the service tech at the parts counter needs an attitude adjustment and has NO BUSINESS interacting with the general public . Maybe he should just be hidden in the back to work on vehicles with an attitude like that! Matt Armison has no business interacting with the general public with an attitude like that. Infact he should probably be terminated for trying to commit fraud claiming batteries need replacing that clearly test good !! Just trying to scam customers.

Took my truck in for a check engine light. After dealing with a different dealership twice and having them throw all kinds of parts at it the mechanic at Bob Johnsons trouble shot the problem the first time and fixed it. The people were very nice and friendly to deal with.

purchased a used Honda Pilot from Bob Johnson Chevy in Pulaski and I was pretty pumped at first, however, as my first month of ownership is about over I am finding my overall experience very lacking. For starters, I noticed a couple of issues with the car prior to taking delivery, Dylan said he would take care of it and neither was fully resolved. I ended up having to purchase a new license plate light (Honda OEM so it wasn’t cheap) as it’s a whole unit, not just a bulb as Dylan assured me it was. Also the front trim on the grill around the headlights was not seating into the grill. Dlyan reseated it but it has since popped out again. I’ve reseated it but I think it’ll have to be replaced, as I am assuming the clips aren’t catching. I also asked Dlyan about my registration (prior to signing anything) expiring within the next couple weeks and he said “Oh we just transfer it, even if it’s just a day away” and that I could just renew it anytime. After talking to the DMV and Maddie he should have selected a box to renew the registration and provide me with a temp. Got a temp but it was only good to the day my registration expired. I had to call Maddie multiple times to get this taken care of before my registration expired. She told me she would push it through the DMV and send me a photo of the registration so I had it since my temp expired on 10/7. Still haven’t gotten that photo and it’s 10/9. Turns out paperwork wasn’t finalized for the loan services, I had to call Nate to find out none of my deal was scanned into their system, so the loan wasn’t funded. My buyout payment was processed about 3 days after my car payment was due so hopefully there’s nothing there that’s going to ding me. I feel like there was some serious details missed on my deal. It’s not like I was buying a $10k used car….i spend close to $30k on this and really and dissatisfied with the experience. Not sure I would recommend Bob Johnson to anyone that asks. ***update…it’s now a month since I bought the car and I still don’t have a registration sticker for the car. Trim around the headlights is once again pulling away from the grill and I’ve discovered yet another problem…the upper radiator support plastics are missing. I truly cannot believe this is how a $30,000 car is sold, and all I’ve gotten from the dealership is a response here stating “they’ll look into my concerns”. Thanks for nothing Bob Johnson Auto Group.
