Outstanding purchase experience. I’ve also had service and maintenance done here on my 2017 Bolt EV. If you’re considering buying a car buy here. This is doubly true if you’re considering an EV. They handled warranty repairs as my warranty was about to expire. No issues no hassle just fixed right. Came in for service again today and no games just got me in and out. My experience with them has been so good. I’ve called GM to let them know how well they have made me glad I purchased a GM from them. My family and I had the pleasure of working with a very nice young lady by the name of Cecily. I came in to look at Ford transit cargo vans that would be suitable for my vending business. I ended up with a 2023 Ford transit 250 which I took delivery on today. When I went to test drive it a check engine light came on which both the mechanic at your facility and the mechanic that I took it to for a free purchase inspection attributed to having sat without being driven for a long period of time. When I called back to speak to Cecily and discuss some logistical details on Monday, she informed me that the check engine light came back on and she took it to the Ford dealer who determined that the reason for the check engine light coming on, was due to the fact that a mouse had chewed the wiring harness. As I understand that the wiring harness was not covered under the factory warranty, but your facility went ahead and covered the cost of replacing the whole wiring harness. On the drive home no check engine lights came on. Here’s hoping I can make it to 200,000 miles in this thing.

They told me I would be getting a check back for close to 59,000 and it would take two weeks at most. It’s been well over a month and I have received no check. And they have no answers for me. Very poor communication. The salesman is a compulsive liar as well. Total joke of a dealership stay far away and save your money.

I had a great experience buying my first car from Northstar. I was contacting Mario through email prior but he was previously engaged and Blake jumped right in to make sure I was taken care of. My mom and I had a great time chatting away with Blake and Angela all throughout the test drive and financing. The 2015 Nissan Sentra was in beautiful condition and they had already put in so much work to make sure it was in perfect driving condition and even handled a part that had a recall on it. I couldn’t have wished for a faster or smoother buying process, can’t recommend them enough !

This was my first experience with this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. The price I was quoted over the internet for the SUV I inquired about never changed when I got to the dealership. Every other place I had gone to would change their story once I got there, can't give the incentive and 0%, you get one or the other...you know, the typical old song and dance everyone goes through. But at this place, I got both, the incentive and the 0% financing....and they gave me exactly what I thought my car was worth right from the start! It was my best car buying experience ever. I recommend them highly.
