We needed a new van Asap and he and Honda of Columbia did everything to get us in one that works perfectly. The reason we needed a new van was because me and my son were in a car accident and I loved the fact that in the new Odessy, I can slide him in the middle for extra safety. He was great. the only part we didn't care for is he had to go back and forth we the finance guys 8 or 9 times to gat the deal worked out. The 2023 we bought there was a lot easier and the G M came out to talk with us. 7 cars I have bought there and this was the hardest to buy. But Ray gave it his all to get it done. Oh Nick was great also.

Just wanted to share my great experience at Asheboro Honda last night. On the way home, my Kia with 231k miles finally gave out on me, so knew it was time to buy a new car. Walked in 1 hour before closing at Asheboro Honda and Aaron Bell greeted me. Asked what I was looking for and showed me the new 2024 Accords. Was able to explain all the differences between the different trims and made my decision easy! Not at any time did I feel rushed or not important even though the dealership had already closed by the time I got into finance. Whole process took 2 hours and was out the door with my new 2024 Accord Hybrid 2k under MSRP! So if you're looking for a new car, go see Aaron! He'll take great care of you

I recently purchased a 2025 Honda CRV, and overall it was a great experience. My salesman Alex Cox was absolutely excellent, friendly, professional and communicated with me every step of the way. He made the process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. I did have a small issue initially regarding a missing key, manual and floor matts. When I spoke with the manager about it, the interaction wasn't as pleasant as I'd hoped, he came across as a bit rude. However, in the end, the dealership made things right and provided everything I requested. Thanks to my salesman's outstanding customer service and follow through, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recomment Honda of Huntersville overall.

As I was traveling to help my elderly parents, my dad fell and I drove from Shelby, NC while needing my Renaldo Honda to service my oil change. Dunn's Fast Lube people informed of the transmission cap and oil plug leak. Anthony and tech, Jacob, cleaned up transmission fluid discharged around the motor, replaced and capped properly.
