Just wanted to share my great experience at Asheboro Honda last night. On the way home, my Kia with 231k miles finally gave out on me, so knew it was time to buy a new car. Walked in 1 hour before closing at Asheboro Honda and Aaron Bell greeted me. Asked what I was looking for and showed me the new 2024 Accords. Was able to explain all the differences between the different trims and made my decision easy! Not at any time did I feel rushed or not important even though the dealership had already closed by the time I got into finance. Whole process took 2 hours and was out the door with my new 2024 Accord Hybrid 2k under MSRP! So if you're looking for a new car, go see Aaron! He'll take great care of you

She was polite, not pushy at all, and gave me her card in case I had any questions. She welcomed me to reach out anytime and made me feel like it would never be a bother. We talked back and forth for a few weeks while I worked through some things on my end. I ended up having my car appraised through the dealership and received a good value for it. In the end I purchased a 2026 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback with her help and assistance. Even when we ran into a few issues along the way, Andrea stayed optimistic and never gave up on helping me. I stopped by the Service department today to get the batteries in my key FOBs replaced and had the pleasure of meeting Louis. He replaced the batteries with a speed and expertise that was quite impressive. I told him I was having issues with the trunk release on my Accord, and he immediately figured out the remedy. Louis came out to my car and showed me the button in the glove compartment that was causing the problem. He completed all of this in record time and was so pleasant, not to mention having a great sense of humor! I will be returning when I am ready for my next Honda!

As I was traveling to help my elderly parents, my dad fell and I drove from Shelby, NC while needing my Renaldo Honda to service my oil change. Dunn's Fast Lube people informed of the transmission cap and oil plug leak. Anthony and tech, Jacob, cleaned up transmission fluid discharged around the motor, replaced and capped properly.
