I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Ashley & Alana over at JC Lewis Ford back in December of 2025. It was a very good experience, all in all. Communication was great, replies were almost instantaneous. I made the trip from Louisiana to Savannah to purchase a F150 Platinum that was fairly difficult to find elsewhere. When I arrived at the dealership, the entire staff was very professional, and welcoming. The entire transaction took very little time, from when I arrived, to when I finished in financing, and drove off. Though it is quite a distance from me, I would certainly consider purchasing a vehicle from them in the future if at all feasible. I recommend you stop by them before shopping other dealerships (I had communications with several during this process... some downright awful, so it was refreshing to walk away having a pleasant buying experience). Very happy with my truck, Ashley & Alana, Nichole in financing, and the process, as a whole. Thanks again!

I believe that the experience at a dealership starts with its people and it continues from there with the Delerships overall building, grounds quality and then it’s inventory. NeSmith absolutely exceeds on all of these areas. They have the most friendliest personnel that I’ve ever seen, their building is beautiful, the exterior and interior are well maintained and best of all, they have athe largest inventory, diverse selection of automobiles and (custom) Trucks not found anywhere. I found that The Service and Parts Department continues and makes sure that your buying experience doesn’t stop there, they make sure that your new vehicle receives its necessary service on time, they also provide you with the installation of any additional accessories that parts may offer you or that you may want to enhance your new or used vehicle experience. My experience today was overall very good. The only issue was that we were told at 10:30am to give them another 1.5 hours and the car would be ready. We came back to the dealership around 1:00 and the car was not ready. Gabriel Elias was fantastic! He was very apologetic and said that the service dept. had gone to lunch and that is why the car wasn't finished. It was delivered to my home before 4:00pm by Demetria Orr who was also fantastic! The parking lot was much easier to navigate today as well; it is normally not a pleasant experience and causes us angst when we know we have to deal with it.

Bought a truck here in 2017. Service was horrible. Told myself I would never do business with them again. Fast forward 8 years and my son sees a Ford truck he loves. I bought it for him. Day and a half later the check engine light comes on. Get in touch with sales and service calls me. Tell me they can get it in in three weeks and then will most likely have to send to a Ford service. Could be without truck for 3-6 weeks that I just bought. I said this is unacceptable and they need to make it right. I was told they could help me trade out of it but nothing else if I didn’t want to wait. I was even told to let auto zone put a computer on it. Service is terrible. I’m my experience with Rincon Chevrolet you are on your own once you leave the lot. Buyer Beware

Bought a car here had 1 week ac not working engine light was on I was very upset after about 4 phone calls talked to sales rep who was transferred me to Ashley only he thought he did I heard all the laughing and jokes about me complaining. I hung up get to Ashley who says just bring it up here we will look at it and fix it if we can't we will send it out they had my car for 2 weeks. I was told it's fixed come pick it up today. I got the car check engine light was on after 5 minutes ac was blowing hot air. Ashley said he drove it engine light never came on ac was fine. I went to Auto zone they said that's a lie the censor is bad there's no way he drove it and the engine light was off. The ac has no freon that's why it's blowing warm air. Ashley flat out lied to me! Now I have to take it some place to find out why the freon is leaking. All he said is well it's used so you might have problems. As we picked up the car that was NEVER fixed there was a lady there who said she bought a car yesterday and is having problems all I said was good luck! I had to give one star cause it won't let me give zero.
