Anyone know a good attorney that will be good in a case against Champion Ford Service Center? They have had my car since October 1st of last year over a recall, an electrical issue with the radio and trunk latch. I have repeatedly been put off on how long it is taking to get my car back. I have called FORD Motor Company Complaints and they keep telling me that the Service Center says it will be ready at the start of the week, that's been twice now and 3 more months and my car still is not ready!! This is some of the worst service I have ever dealt with!!! I need someone to help me and tell me what my next steps should be now because they are also telling me that the issue with the transmission(TCM) has caused damage to the bands and it will be $3000 to fix it!

Having worked in automotive sales myself, I usually walk into a dealership very direct, well-researched, and only when I’m ready to make a deal. Because of that, I hold pretty high expectations. From the very start, Scott exceeded them. Unlike another Ford dealership I visited in Clarksville, Scott greeted my wife and me warmly and genuinely. He immediately grabbed the keys for multiple Bronco trims and colors I was interested in, making sure we could take our time and see exactly what fit our needs. As someone who’s been in sales, I appreciated how he asked all the right questions—focused on ensuring we got what we truly wanted while still moving the process forward efficiently. We ultimately landed on a black Bronco that had just arrived on the lot and hadn’t even been PDI’d yet. Scott apologized that it wasn’t cleaned up yet, but that didn’t bother us at all—it showed how new the vehicle really was. In fact, Scott’s first impression was so strong that while he was grabbing the keys, my wife said, “We’re buying from Scott today.” Scott kept the experience enjoyable, sharing stories and making us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. When it came time to work the numbers, both Scott and Joey, the manager, were open, transparent, and professional. No games, just honesty and respect. At the end of the day, it was the best dealership experience we’ve ever had. I’ll be recommending Scott and Bates Ford to everyone I know. Placed trust in their Body Collision Shop from accident repairs of over $7000. Only to discover the new wheels they installed was damaged and leaking air. Photo below clearly show new wheels and no road damage and leaking air bubbles from wheel not tire. Was told would take over a week to get wheel and there are not paying for rental due to new faulty parts. Their manager from that department would not return my phone call and when I called back after said lunch time. He had his employees relay and would not take the call. Will be calling their GM Larry upon his return to office to see if he will accept my call and address this matter. If no response will move this further up the legal process.

Without pushing me towards either one, he shared his observations/insights about my test drive... so very helpful in helping me evaluate the pros and cons of each vehicle. I never felt rushed. I felt like Tyler was genuinely trying to fit a car to my needs an preferences. He was courteous, kind, and respectful. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. This was definitely a "no pressure" experience. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful.

Dropped my F150 off two separate times in a little over six weeks for service for a loss in motor power. The service department charged us almost a $1000 for the first visit. Said they could not replicate the problem so therefore there was no repair to do under there policy in the 2nd visit. Third dropoff was by tow truck and we were told the truck needs a new motor. Incompetent is the least of this. Oh, and the service manager said, he does not care what motor it is, it should not last more than 100,000 miles!!

The sales manager Dante needs some training. The language he uses is unprofessional. I haven’t heard that much foul language from one person ever in my life. In front of everyone in the showroom, including little kids. He got so angry at a customer he screamed get the blank out and got in this customer’s face and told him he was going to beat his blank. I don't know why he snapped like that, it that customer must have really pushed his buttons. It’s was a scary situation for sure. I wish I could have recorded that. I won’t be back to that place. Just felt low class and dirty the way they treat folks.

Our truck blew a high pressure radiator hose a thousand miles from home and after calling around, these guys were the only ones that said they could get it fixed that day or possibly the next. When we got there, not only did they have both parts that we needed in stock but the tech was very very nice and had us back on the road in about an hour. Everyone we spoke to was very kind. They could have easily told us that they were so backed up with other repairs like the other dealerships, but they didn't and for that we are forever thankful.
