Professionalism was a pleasant surprise for what I have considered a small dealership. Often passed by simply because there was not a lot of cars on the lot. However after some poor salesman experiences at out of town dealers we stopped in and figured what can we lose. Well we met Chris Ganshorn and the car search improved dramatically. After listening to our needs , Chris had us in a test drive - by ourselves and also arranged for us to take the vehicle home for a deeper dive. He gave us an out the door number with a nice trade value. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of the processes of sales, financing and delivery. Jeremy Cupp handled the paperwork and thoroughly explained warranty options. There was no high pressure anywhere in the process.

I was researching my first EV and wanted a 21-23 used model as my first one. During my research I noticed Price Pro was the only dealer within 150 miles that had a large selection and would allow me to test drive what I wanted. We wanted to test them with a booster seat so we could test my son's comfort in the back seat with it and they were very accommodating of us. We drove 100 miles to test drive these vehicles and I am very grateful that Price Pro was so great to work with. I did not end up making a purchase that day but I wold absolutely feel comfortable with buying a preowned EV from them in the future. There is no pressure to buy right away.

I was an out of state buyer...I worked Marc Monroe....we negotiated over text & email a couple times and agreed on a price. I signed live docs over the internet, both purchase and Ford Credit paperwork. I flew into a closest major airport, Brondes dealership sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc went over the final paper work with me, we did a walk around and he explained the vehicle's new features. The Vehicle was clean and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. I was on my way in less than 45 min. No run around or upsell was made. One of easiest new car purchases of my life.... A+++ Thank you!
