I walked in one day said I needed a new car ASAP, and left the following day with a new car. We were under a time crunch to get our baby from daycare and Dave worked very hard to get everything done in time. We super appreciate the kindness and quickness. Today I went back to pick up some papers from them and I needed a new battery for my key fob for my other car and Lauren came out to get everything for me so I didn't even have to get my baby out of her car seat! They are always willing to go above and beyond!

We made an offer on a 2022 Kia Sorrento plug-in hybrid, only to find at the last minute that there were more than $2100 in "Accessory" fees, including an undercarriage coating we had not asked for and more than $500 in a recovery tracker. (I can understand why a dealer would want to install a recovery tracker when they're financing the car, so they will always be able to locate and repossess a car when someone has not paid their bill. But for customers who are paying cash for the car, it's completely irrelevant.) When we complained about these fees we were told that they are totally standard protections, in the best interest of the customer, etc. Very disappointing. They did apologize at least for not having mentioned anything about the extra fees until it was time to pay for the car. Another customer wound up buying it.

I was able to make a well-informed decision without any pressure which is super appreciative. The deal was good and they met me where I needed. Highly recommend seeking out Bob Rohrman in general but if you go to the Lafayette location, ask for Tyler Francis!

He even ensured that I would be able to hear the exhaust as this was a big selling point.
