The people at Suburban Ford of Waterford go above and beyond any dealership I have ever encountered. The service department is just fantastic. From the rentals to the write-up to top notch technicians, you just will not find better. I have recently had a few separate visits for my F-150 tremor, Expedition and Edge. From oil changes and tires to transmissions. Every visit has been five stars! I would like to personally like to the thank the following employee's: Mark Rydman for overseeing all repairs and taking care my rental need. Megan Tilley, Roland Hayes and Katie Cunningham for their outstanding write up's and communication throughout the process. Technicians Dustin Swindell, Kevin Goebel and Zeke Tilley for outstanding workmanship and professionalism. I have dealt with Lincoln and other Ford dealerships and none, and I mean none of them compare to Suburban Ford of Waterford.

No problems with the work done, but they did the rear brakes I only told them I wanted fronts,and added an oil change I didn't need. I got my car back dirty, Tires covered in mounting greese hand prints everywhere. I spent 2,600 and was disappointed, poor form if you ask me. Everywhere I've ever gone they give you your car back clean.

I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a month ago. The test drive went well even for one with a stick transmission. I saw no problems and bought the car with a cashier's check. Within a couple days I could see an oil stain under it and the shifter never would engage consistently. Plus there was a squeaking belt that developed. I will probably end up selling it

I want to share an Extremely BAD Experience I had with Milnes Ford on Friday, February 20, 2026. I drove 1.5hrs to test drive (& buy) a used Ford Fusion Hybrid. I LOVED the car & made an offer $150 less than $ales Price + On-Line Coupon. The Sales Manager, David Thompson, rejected offer. So, I counter for an increase of $75. My counteroffer was also rejected. It was end of day and would check back on Saturday. To My Surprise, Sales Mgr (Mr Thompson) INCREASED the sales price by $700 !!! I will NEVER but from Milnes Ford ... They lost a sale and they Lost a Customer for LIFE. I've share this experience with my friends and family ... Penny Wise and Dollar FOOLISH !!!

Buyer Beware - Was in contact with manager Mike, Jessica and Joshua about an Ford Escape. I was offered $4000+ for a 2016 Chevy Trex that I only had 2 months. Carvana offered 6900. I told Mike, and Jessica (multiple times), and Joshua that I wanted that car and I would put a downpayment down to insure the sale. At 430 today Joshua wrote and said pending. I would have put a deposit down to hold it, but NOONE said anything. I assumed it was being arranged for me to buy. NOPE I would not recommend them.
