Working with Gem City Ford made the buying process for our new truck a very easy process. This dealership is 2 hours away from where we live, and we have closer dealerships in our area, but it was worth the drive! We worked with Troy Courson, and he was very knowledgeable and helped ensure we were buying what we needed and did not push us into anything we did not need or want. I highly recommend working with Tory if you have any questions or have an interest in one of their vehicles. All the other staff that we interacted with was just as easy to work with as well. We did a test drive, and then we kept in contact to work out the details over the following days. When it was time to pick up the vehicle it was a very simple process of signing the papers and handing over the keys. There was no bait and switch or surprise charges at the end. What they said it was going to cost is exactly what we paid! They were very honest throughout the whole process, which is huge in this industry.

I need to start by saying that I absolutely dread buying a car. I dread the entire process. My experience with Victory Lane Ford has proven to be the exception. After months of searching, I finally found an Explorer fitting my very specific criteria. However, I live in Connecticut and the car was in Illinois. I sent an inquiry on a whim. Clint Knight replied within minutes, verifying the vehicle was available. I thanked him and said I would reach out after talking with my husband. Here’s the important part: He did not bombard me with messages (as prior salesmen did), but waited until I reached back out a day or two later. He then answered every question thoroughly, and as I was buying from CT, he sent specific videos of the vehicle as extra reassurance. Clint was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I never expected to buy a car in this manner, but Clint made it the most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had, even arranging the vehicle’s transport to CT. And as of this morning, the most gorgeous Ford Explorer is sitting in my driveway! I highly recommend that Clint Knight be your guide should you be looking to purchase a new car.

We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" :)

This week I purchased a vehicle from Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln. Ed Seggelke was my salesperson and he was amazing! He was kind, engaging, personable and an all around great person. He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Ed treats people the way everyone should treat others and I can't recommend him enough! Thanks, Ed for an awesome experience! Also, Danielle, the Business Manager is so nice and easy to work with. Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

A big plus is they do an inspection and take care of issues before the truck is put out on sale. Highly recommended if you are looking for a truck.

Them I was able to get to get with a very nice sales man name Douglas if anyone wants to get with a salesman who is going to help you out see him he will do what he can to help you understand anything about the vehicle that you are buying any any paperwork if you have questions about.
