First time I actually enjoyed buying a car. Yesenia Lopez and Carlos Toscano were very helpful, they took time to find what actually I wanted and kept always in communication. The purchase was without pressure and no push on buying X or Y thing. They worked on what I actually wanted and needed. The transition was transparent and clear, with all the paperwork provided at the moment and no hidden numbers. Definitely my next purchase will be another Lexus from here.

Ive spent every day looking for new inventory, with updates, and have had my fair share of experiences with local dealerships. Plenty who are pushy, unresponsive, and are just not a good representation of the brand that I grew up idolizing. Not here at Redwood City Porsche. Especially Tony Abiog, who made this long lived dream a reality. From my initial call, he was transparent, patient, and very informative. He had the car right in the front when I arrived and this was the easiest transaction I have ever had. He introduced me to Alex, who provided me with incredible information on services and financing options, he made the signing process a breeze. These two men stayed an hour after closing ensuring I had the true Porsche experience by having the car detailed, moved to the showcase, and even walked me through everything I need to know about the car. My smile from the moment I arrived on the lot has not left my face. I cannot thank the team at Porsche Redwood City enough. I am a customer for life!

Everyone that I deal with is so nice, helpful, and accommodating. My service person asked if I would be waiting or leaving and coming back to pick up my Fusion. I said I would wait. He told me it could be 2 to 3 hours because they happened to be very busy yesterday. I said, wow it is usually only about an hour, but I would still wait. He said he would try to expedite it if he could. My car was done in just less then a hour. I would recommend Frontier For to anyone who asked. I did purchase my Fusion from the Ford dealer in San Jose on Hillsdale Ave. DGDG.com. I have never been there for service. Frontier Ford is so much closer to Campbell, where I live. That being said, even if it were further away, I would make them my dealer of choice. Im old enough to remember when It was West Valley Ford, and my dad ordered my mom her first can when she learned to drive. 1967 Ford Country Squire Station Wagon. It was handed down to me in 1976 as my first car, for a while. Thank you for what you do.

UPDATE: After writing my first review, I was promptly contacted by a member of the customer service team. They provided me with a name and number to discuss my experience with the salesman, Raj, and explore possible solutions. I was connected with Kao, the manager, who was incredibly understanding and helpful over the phone. He sincerely apologized for the situation, emphasized their commitment to excellent customer service, and assured me they would address the matter internally. True to his word, I noticed a positive change in Raj’s attitude when I returned to pick up the car. Kao then generously offered to renegotiate the deal for the car I was interested in, and he gave me a fantastic offer! The next day, I came in to complete the paperwork, where I had the pleasure of working with Haig. He is truly a role model for car salesmen—an engaging conversationalist and a genuine car enthusiast. We had a great time talking about cars and motorsports for an extra 45 minutes! After Haig assisted us, we finalized the deal with Kao, who, to my surprise, is also a motorsports fan. Overall, if it weren’t for Kao and Haig, I don’t think I would have returned to this dealership, but thanks to their outstanding service, they completely changed my experience for the better. Huge thanks to both of them for going above and beyond!
