John Booth made us feel at home just with his initial 'meet and greet.' He also was very attentive and was 'all ears' with understanding our situation to best fit our desired needs. Any time we came across a personal hurdle, John provided great insight as well as created numerous options to best circumvent any and all concerns. At the end of our visit (our son purchased a new vehicle). The best part of our closing was to know that John comes along with our long-term deal. Hyundai is quite fortunate to have someone that raises the company bar on splendid customer service interaction and satisfaction.

I spent about a month or so doing general car research until I finally settled on a CPO Hyundai Sonata. I plugged in all of my requirements and Fitz, week after week had the best inventory and value. I submitted an online inquiry, and within minutes Jim Gass emailed me happy to assist. I made an appointment to come in person, and upon arrival Jim had my car of choice pulled up at the front of the dealership. Throughout the process he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I worked w Debbie regarding the finances and she got me right where I needed to be as far as payment.
