I've purchased 4 Hyundai in my lifetime as I appreciate the value in the product. No one had to "sell" me on the product, just the new features. Roger was exceptional as he truly listened to my needs and was treated me like a family member. He was great with my daughter too as he went through the features of the new car. It's been my experience that the finance person will usually scare you into extra "stuff." John certainly presented the information and was NOT a hard sell. In addition, he really took his time and shopped around for the best financing for me. He was a pleasure to work with too. I will go to Allen Turner Hyundai for all my cars going forward as they truly have a great dealership, don't treat women like idiots and understand exceptional customer service. Upon arriving at the dealership I was welcomed before I entered the showroom. Once inside I was welcomed and asked if there was anything they could do. I gave them my salesman's name and William Swan came up,greeted me and took me to his office. He offered me water or coffee before we got down to business. I explained what I was looking for and Bill gave me three options. We went through the discounts and I opted for the Santa Fe Sport. I was already preapproved for the loan so we went on to the options I had available for my vehicle. Bill discussed the benefits of each option and how it would enhance my purchase. I opted for most of them and there was no pressure or added explanations as to why I should pick the ones I passed on. The best part of the process was our acting like siblings. It seems we have the same demeanor and everything meshed. I was then taken to Jessica's office to go over the choices I made. She painstakingly reviewed everything and I signed the papers. She got me back to Bill and we went over stuff again. Due to time restraints I left and came back the next day. While "prepping" the car I went to service and met Joanne Gecevich. Like everyone else, I was greeted with a smile and congratulations for purchasing my new vehicle. I had some questions that were answered to my complete satisfaction. I also set up my first oil change. I then was "summoned" to the front where I got my parting gifts ( keys, manuals and extended warranty papers ). Ouside I went through pairing my phone and was shown the other functions that were available on my SPORT. I was told if I needed more help to come in and we would go over the things I have trouble with. When everything was completed Bill and I shook hands and the staff that was outside thanked me and said goodby. The next day I was called to say thank you for my purchase. Bill called me too so he could check on my satisfaction with my purchase. Bill also confirmed that I could come in if I had any questions or perceived problems with my car.

Excellent salesman, finance person as well. I bought extended warranty that I now question myself way I don't see its value or how it adds to Hyundai's outstanding Assurance provided by company. I set appointment via Internet and the dealership made it smooth and directly to the point. Nelson was friendly answered my questions in detail. My only complaint was Noone explained or showed how to use the tire repair and there is no spare tire.

I would like to say that doing my process of buying a new car during th waiting time to finalized all the paper work I had the most hospitality by my salesman and the other staff. My meal was paid by the dealership and my salesman even took the time to sit and eat with me. Everyone there were so friendly.

When I entered the service area, I was not acknowledged or greeted by service reps. I was not sure where to go, who to talk to, or what line to get into. I just stood around unsure as to who to talk to.

Not my first new car purchase, although everyone was pleasant, I have experienced better. I did however appreciate the full tank of gas. Staff could have spent more time going over car operations, for example. The automatic 6 speed also has a manual shift feature I didn't even realize I had this option until reviewing the handbook. Radio presets are confusing , could have had more review of radio other than just pairing my iPhone to it. I Would also would have liked to have all weather floor mats also included as a family member did with their purchase of a new Hyandai from another dealer.

Ivy was different from my previous dealer when I leased my older car last 2013. I felt that she was more on customer service, she showed me most of the features I have in my 2016 veloster. When I went to the dealership last 2013 I did not get the same customer service from the dealer that time comparing to IVY LEE. She is very gentle and not pushy to purchase another car. SHe gave me enough time to think things over. very professional.
