Despite filing several complaints, there was no resolution. Jay and his team were committed to rectifying the situation after all this time. I was invited to the dealership by the manager and welcomed by a team of customer service-focused employees. Brittany Brown, the Finance Manager, went to great lengths to ensure that I left the dealership satisfied. After three years, I can safely say I am now happy with the car I’m driving and the exceptional service received.

My husband and I drove over a hour to test drive a couple cars. Right from the start Jon Schloegel was great. He gave us all the info on both cars as we test drove them. We weren't sure which one we wanted, and we went with what we were ok with. Over the weekend, we let Jon know that we changed our minds and Jon and his team were nothing but accommodating!! Once we came back to get the Honda Pilot, Jon went the extra mile to make sure that all of our concerns were answered! Called the dealership got in contact with Angela Jeshili , from the minuter I spoke to her I knew I would purchase this car on June 2 2025 , I practically brought the car over the phone and picked it up on June 3. She was professional, answer all my question , worked and multitask great on the phone ,was knowledgable , never tries to over speak me , she knew I was full aware of things like money factor residue etc . I live about 2.5 hours away from this dealership, but I couldn't find a ridgeline closer that met all my criteria. So I called to ask questions - I spoke to the product specialist Tom, who was straight forward, efficient, and honest. He quickly got everything done for me over the phone and put my mind at ease regarding any issues with the truck. So we made the trip, the office was run extremely well and we drove off with a truck that I LOVE within 40 minutes of arrival. I'm incredibly impressed, especially in comparison to some of the dealers I visited locally. I highly recommend them and especially Tom. The best car buying experience I've ever had.
